The only reason I am giving Moe's a four star is because their restaurant is always dirty. Other than that, their food is amazing!!! The queso is to die for.

I've never had a bad experience here. Of all of the tex-mex burrito places, this is actually my favorite. They have grilled tofu and really good guacamole, along with their selection of meats and other toppings. Free chips and salsa with any entrée is another plus.

I will simply recommend any of the other burrito restaurants. Poor service and the food is nothing spectacular. The restaurant was dirty and took longer to get thru the line than it should have for having 3 people in front of me.

I have had Moe's catered to the location that I work. In general it is pretty good very similar to other southwestern grills. It was a treat to get it for lunch at work. I had to try it at the restaurant. I think there are many great qualities to Moe's but i think there are also some major drawbacks. If you are planning on going to Moe's for lunch, make sure to go earlier. If you go right at noon be ready to wait awhile. Because of the wait, by the time you are ready to check out the food is cold. I liked the simplicity of the menu and the salsa bar but if you are expecting a salsa that is remotely hot you will be extremely disappointed. The queso is magical but i feel the chips are stale and over salted. I have gone back at different times and I have the same complaints as expressed above. I like Moe's.... I don't love it unfortunately.

Just like any other moe's it's a fun place with nice mild ingredients. Great place for lunch this location was not crowded at all. They do serve beer at this location. Overall great lunch and will visit again when in the Fargo area.

My first time at Moe's on Saturday w/a die hard fan. I walked in and there were 5 people behind the counter but only one asked for our order. My friend went first then I was asked, the guy was speaking super fast, so I mentioned that I was a new customer, that slowed him down to normal speed and helpful. At checkout I was waiting for my chips n queso and a employee ended up tripping and throwing my chips but it seemed deliberate. We got our drinks and were looking for a seat, not one table was clean and the floor was fithly. Had to get the supervisor to clean the tables. While eating I noticed the young employees still standing around doing nothing but checking phones. The food was good, I had a burrito bowl, but queso was so-so.

One star for the service. It appears that they've hired flunkies from the high school hockey team to work the line. Orders were left so long that the food got cold. One was someone else's. Manager did nothing to help his floundering, seemingly concussed help except watch. We are a fan of moes in other states but this one really is an exception to normally good service and food.

Fun & delicoius. Fresh ingriedients, unique menu, cold bottles of beer, and veggie options too! Fun atmosphere. I saw kids, families, couples, and after work folks. Moe's got a fun motif and a bright, sunny atmosphere. Service is super friendly. Food was really delicious. Beer was good & cold.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
