The good: The cupcakes are cute, creative, and look great. The store looks cute. The workers are friendly. The bad: The MOUND of frosting you get overwhelms the cupcake. I mean, you're eating a little cake with a ton of *sweeeeeeeet* frosting. My elementary school daughter finished 1/2 a cupcake and declared herself sick. I ate 1/2 my cupcake and felt like I probably went into diabetic shock. The proportion of cupcake to frosting is just way off. We threw out two cupcake halves. The bottom line: I would go back and give it another try. Maybe start by scraping off half or more of the frosting. Then try again. Too much of a good thing (frosting)?

I love Gigi's wide assortment of flavors, and how they have very unique flavors that make them different then any other cupcake shop! There is a lot of frosting... I usually end up scraping off to enjoy the cupcake, but I still think they are tasty, and the tons of frosting makes them look unique!

Awesome cupcakes!! I love the stuffed ones!! I'm not a fan of frosting so asked them to make one with just a little frosting and they do it all the time. Friendly, fun atmosphere!

I was happy to find out that they have gluten free cupcakes to choose from. I've been here numerous times and each time is pleasant. The store is cute and the employees are always friendly. And of course the cupcakes are to die for!!! The wedding cake cupcake is by far the best one.

Such a cute little cupcake shop. Great location. Went there for the 1st time with my 21 yr old daughter and we love it. First thing you notice is the decor,cute and simple, second is the welcoming customer service. They were so friendly and inviting and took the time to talk about the different kind of cupcakes they offer and third were the cupcakes themselves. They weren't too sweet so there was no fighting between the cake and the frosting. A very nice balance. We recommend it.

The cupcake I had was hard on top and wasn't very moist. It tasted like the mix cake you get from any grocery store. The excessively large amount of frosting was extremely sweet, very thick and did nothing to compensate for the cake. No one in my family was very impressed with any of the flavors we tried. The overall opinion was that it's an overly frosted generic tasting cake that we would never pay over $3 each for again.

We have tried these cupcakes a couple of times and have really enjoyed them for a treat. The frosting can be overwhelming on some of the varieties. My personal favorite is the Bourbon cupcake followed by the Champagne. I bought my daughter's birthday cupcakes here. I had a movie theme all picked out and the owner helped me decide what would make the cupcakes special. I must say that the cupcakes exceeded my expectations.

A prefect example of "too much of a good thing". Cupcakes are good, but they go completely overboard on the frosting. The frosting is literally taller than the cake itself. Might be a plus for some people, but I gotta scrape 2/3 of it off just to be edible. Expensive.

The shop is adorable, and staff was nice. But I've had better cupcakes out of a box mix. The birthday surprise tastes like cardboard, and the cookie dough, tastes like stale crackers

I really thought I was going to love the cupcakes here. I love sweets & found the giant mound of frosting appealing. I had a carrot cake cupcake and was disappointed. The cupcake was very dense, the cake was dry & the frosting wasn't as tasty as it looked. The shop is adorable & staff were very welcoming & friendly. I might try another flavor, but will need to get out of this sugar coma first.

Stopped by here on Valentine's Day and had a great experience. We ended up buying 4 cupcakes based on the employee's recommendation. The cupcakes were very tasty, moist (I hate that word) and amazing. I can't eat these things every day but for an occasional treat I will be back.
