When the family and I come to Bismarck and are looking for pizza, this is the only place we go. It has the best crust and flavors of pizza around. It's not a big area to sit but if you wait it's well worth it. I can't even tell you which pizza is my favorite because this place has even made me like some pizzas that I normally don't.

Great Pizza every time! The hand tossed pepperoni pizza is amazing! Delivery to UTTC is a major plus since no one ever delivers to us on campus! Thank you very much!

Great crust if you like them thin and crisp. My German wife said it was the best pizza she'd had in the US- and it's definitely in my top ten. Very similar to the pizzas you get in Germany (made by Italians who immigrated in the 60's)

We ordered a large deluxe with hand-tossed crust and it tasted like a rising-crust frozen pizza. Completely unremarkable and not cheap, either. Interior is unappealing and looks like a chain restaurant. Disappointing. I'm not sure why there are so many 4-star reviews of this place. Another reviewer compared it to frozen pizza so I know I'm not crazy!

Chicken pesto minus the chicken is my favorite. Went on a Thursday and they had live music. I would have to say its one of the best pizza places in town.

Not bad. Fresh mushrooms are a plus in my book on a pizza. However, of you were to blind fold me and put a Jacks frozen pizza fresh out of the oven and one of these. I don't think I could tell them apart. I had the thin crust.

Very delicious if you are looking for something new and exciting. The pizza is always very good and have a great menu to choose from. I also like that they will half and half any 2 kinds of pizza no matter what. You won't be disappointed unless you want greasy pizza, then this is not your place.

I am a pizza connasuer from Denver, CO. This is the best pizza in all of ND. Go hand tossed and get a pepperoni bacon and sit back, open your mouth and start getting fat-er... Just awesome. Even the crust is good. They have wifi and will leave you alone if you need to work. Awesome.

Excellent pizza. Table service is only ok, but admittedly I only go here with big groups.

Very easily the best pizza in Bismarck & likely the state. Really can't think of better pizza I have had in many-if any-bigger cities. Try this place. It is excellent.

Compared to pizza on the west coast this place has no flavor. One of the only pizza places in bismarck that has gluten free pizza though.

Best pizza in town. It might be more expensive than the chain restaurants, but you definetly get what you pay for, not only in the ingredients, but also in the service as well.

This place is fantastic. The service is some of the best in town and they bring out new and exciting things about once a month. You have to try it!!

Apparently Bismarck is the spot for great non-chain Pizza in North Dakota... We arrived around 6:45ish and the place was completely packed and was told it would be about a ten minute wait. It actually was about 15-20ish, but what can you do? Most people seemed to just be sitting and chatting at the tables when they were done eating...nothing Brunos can do about that... The menu was chalk full of decent pizza choices, as well as appetizers. We settled on the garlic cheesebread for a starter. This choice was SOLID. The bread itself was pretty soft(bordering on too much so, but still good), topped with the right amount of cheese, baked perfectly. There was also some excess cheese inbetween each piece...yummy! The pizza was also very good. Sort of a sweet sauce, with very fresh cheese. It was baked enough to give it a light goldenish look, with some nice crust bubbles. We picked the pan instead of the thin and it was pretty sturdy, without being hard. The crust itself was rather plain, but the cheese and sauce combo was spot on. Our server, Jordan, was EXTREMELY polite and efficient. Came back to the table at just the right times, was very polite to other guests leaving. Very quality worker. There was a mixup in the kitchen apparently though, where our appetizer was given to another table. They gave us a new one and it was comp'd from the bill, so that's a nice touch. The price of the appetizer was I believe $6, which was fair. I think the pizza was either $16-17 though, so a 14 incher, that's a BIT steep. It's worth a shot though as it's a very solid pizza joint.

This review is for delivery, and not for eating in. I just cannot with the service that I experienced. I flew into Bismarck and was tired and hungry and just wanted to get some pizza delivered to my hotel. No muss, no fuss. I ordered a pizza and caesar salad. When the delivery guy arrived, he had the pizza but no salad. To his credit, he was apologetic and seemed like he was going to make everything right. He said he would run back to the restaurant and grab my salad to return in 15 or 20 minutes. He calls from the restaurant to tell me that they're out of Caesar dressing. Ok, disappointing, but I can deal. Worse things in life have happened. In addition, he continuously apologizes and says that he'll bring me the salad along with a gift card to make up for all the mishaps and the now extreme delay. He returns to drop off my salad and another apology, but no gift card. I didn't ask for the gift card. This was offered to me. And then this was the final broken promise that made my heart sad. I really don't think I'll be ordering from Bruno's again. Side note: I requested garlic on my pizza if available, since this wasn't a choice on their website but it's a pretty common pizza ingredient. No garlic on the pizza, but there was little a cup of melted (garlic?) butter inside my pizza box. Craziest pizza night ever. All for the price of $29.17.

Delicious salads! I ordered delivery and I was able to customize my order online and my salad is out of this world!

Want something different? Try the sauerkraut, sausage pizza. My friend likes the Taco pizza. 4 stars since I like my pizza at a warmer temp.

Frozen pizza? Please. One of the pizza places in Bismarck and the only one I will go to when I am in town. The staff is friendly and so are the owners of the place. If you are looking for great pizza Bruno's is where it is at! So many complainers here are too used to dominos.

The Cadillac of pizza in Bismarck. Now if they'd drive that Cadillac to Mandan and deliver me some pizza out here, that'd be great. Seriously Lakewood is closer than a bunch of spots in Bismarck. Don't be prejudice against mandanimals. Bring us pizza. Start delivery in Mandan. It is time. #nohomo but I love your shitt.

good not great...excellent service, decent prices and friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the wings but the pizza wasn't anything special.
