I spotted this little doghnut shop while passing through Randleman so I figured I would stop in and see what was goin' on. It's located in a row of strip shops just off Main St. It's a small very fresh and clean place, they have 2 or 3 tables if you want to sit. They have 2 sections of display cases with a good variety of doughnuts along with cinnamon buns, doughnut holes, apple fritters and a few other items. They have dispensers behind the counter with the different doughnut fillings, they squirt the filling in the doughnuts when you order. I know I saw raspberry and lemon, but there were others available also. I picked up an apple fritter and a blueberry cake doughnut. The apple fritter was very good, it was kinda crispy on the outside and more light and fluffy on the inside with chunks of apple scattered about. I'm more partial to heavier dense type fritters, but this one was still awesome with a cup of coffee. The blueberry cake doughnut was kinda odd, it was like they mixed blueberry batter and regular yellow batter to make a swirl effect, but when you bite it, the blueberry cake part is kinda hard and the yellow cake part was soft, but dunkin' it coffee solved the problem and it was still pretty good. I'm not in Randleman often, but I'll definitely stop back in and try some of the other items here at Super Donuts next time I'm in the neighborhood.
