This Dominos pizza is the worst run establishment in this whole area. The managers are rude and careless and the employees answering the phones are rude as well, not to mention they routinely try to add additional charges without letting you know, like adding an extra topping charge on a 2 topping pizza even though you only told them 2 toppings. I've gotten wrong food multiple times and they just don't care. They will send your correct food like an hour later and act like you are inconveniencing them and don't offer an apology. It's a shame they are the only delivery pizza around. The only good aspect of their business is a few of their drivers, always polite and friendly. If anyone out there opens a different pizza delivery here you'll sure have a mess of new loyal customers!

It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive so I was quite angry when not only did it take 50 minutes (50 minutes!!!!) longer than the estimated delivery email time but imagine my anger level when it arrived cold. COLD!! I had to heat it in the microwave just to warm it up. Our parmesan bites were cold too. This isn't the first time our order has arrived wrong, late or poorly made but this is the first official complaint I've sent in. The delivery driver didn't even apologize or offer up a reason as to why it was late. This is the last time we will order from Dominos. The ONLY reason we ever did was because y'all are the only game in town that delivers to the country. But I will tell you this, I will get in my Jeep and drive 30 minutes each way to pick up Pizza Hut before I order from you again. I would like a credit for my entire order. You can charge us 2.99 for the coke because that was the only thing that arrived as it should have.

I ordered a pizza to the base and was told 45 min. I set a timer for 40 min and drove to the front gate where I was to meet them. They decided to come early and since they couldn't get through on the phone, they left. Instead of waiting the time they were SUPPOSED to be there, they drive back. I had to sit at the gate another 30 min waiting interrupting my work schedule causing me to stay even later. I called and the manager did not even offer us a discount. They just sent the now not so hot pizza back to the base. Completely unprofessional. If you come early than YOU wait, you don't make me wait.
