We both got the Shrimp Burger and it was simply amazing. Had the potato salad and sweet potato fries. On top of it all, the owner is a long-time local, and we love supporting the community. Don't miss out!

Harbor deli is pretty kickass low key deli. The Shrimp salad is great. Word to the wise though the fountain drinks are made with the local tap. If you're sensitive to that (some of us are) get a bottled drink (or beer!).

Stopped in for lunch and had an amazing sandwich (The Captain). The rest of my party had shrimp burgers that was described by one as "Possibly the best sandwich I have ever eaten". Great service and super friendly staff - we're going back before we leave.

Had islander (fish sandwich) and shrimp burger. Excellent fresh tasting lunch. Will have to remember this spot for future trips to OBX. Order at counter, and food then brought to you (or takeout).

Stopped for lunch. Nice variety. I had the Reuben which was excellent. Husband had the Captain and said it was good. Order at counter. Seating adjacent enclosed porch overlooking marina. Will be back. A definite recommend.

I've eaten here in the past with my family for years. This was my first time back in quite a long while. I was tired after hiking Pea Island in the heat today. The deli was closing but at the time, I guess I wasn't aware of what time of day it was. I asked for a second to think of what I wanted. Thats all. Sorry I took up your time coming in late. Your food is great like it always was...fresh. Yes. I like to eat plain Jane. No frills. It did hurt my feelings though to hear you talking about me like I was a nobody. I was a customer wanting your good food.

Not a bad quick lunch spot. Sandwiches and chips. Good value. Got a rare tuna sandwich that didn't over power the tuna with sauces and stuff. Grilled, on bun, tomato...great. Wife got a grilled fish cake sandwich called The Islander. Healthy...tasty. Simple good found.

I had a delicious blackened cobia sandwich here. Fresh fish, kind staff, not overpriced. Would go just for that sandwich or the cobia salad. The next time I had BBQ brisket sandwich... Not as good. The meat was a little too fatty for my taste and had lots of sauce on it. Sweet potato fries were good too.
