Will go back for great bar atmosphere and professional, friendly bar manager and staff. Restaurant acoustics. artwork, lighting, and overall ambience outstanding but the entree portions are ridiculously small for the price. Hostess friendly, manager went table to table to check in though more about checking the box that she stopped by vs looking for feedback. Waitress efficient but did not offer any explanation or alternative suggestions when she told us they were out of scallops at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Overall great date night but plan on eating a sandwich before bed.

We live close by, but had never gone until I read Yelp reviews. Super fun atmosphere, with 'local neighborhood restaurant' feel. I loved sitting outside, and, thankfully, no one was smoking. Waiter was very friendly, and helpful making food suggestions. Price was a tad high for quantity of food, but it was fine for a special evening.

What a great find thanks to all the yelp reviews! A jewel hiding in a strip mall I've passes a thousand times. My dinner was a symphony of flavors in every bite.

Food is great - love going to the bar for drinks on date night. Really enjoyed the kale chips - who knew?!? Love listening to the live music in the bar. Enjoy the artwork as well. Looking to make our first purchase of art from them!

Chef's Palette just opened this month in Cary. The location is quite a bit further south than most of the Triangle area restaurants I review, but I'm always excited to be able to get to see a restaurant still in its developmental stages. From the looks of it, this place could turn into one of the better spots in the area for fine dining. The decor here is really original. The lighting is a bit dark, but I suppose they're just going for that look. They solve the problem of trying to read the menus in the dark by having electrically lit menus. Too bad that didn't carry through to the drink menu. There are paintings that cover the walls, which always give you something to look at. The windows are covered to help get rid of the strip mall atmosphere, and the interior is all custom done for the restaurant. All the dishes and glasses are also uniquely shaped for the particular dish. For drinks, I ordered a Strawberry Mai Tai, my husband got a Coke, and my son got an orange juice. The Mai Tai was good but seemed to have very little strawberry flavor. Usually when I make strawberry mixed drinks, I cover strawberry slices with sugar and use the juice it makes after sitting a few hours. But I don't think they used strawberry juice in this, I think they just put strawberry chunks in the drink. For the appetizer I was torn between the Chibby's Calamari, "Big Kahuna" Tuna, or Intense Sweet Potato Ribbon Fries. I decided on the sweet potato fries based on the quatro frommage dipping sauce that came with. There were 2 other sauces, the Caribbean spiced honey mustard and the remoulade, but I didn't like them as much. Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the sweet potato fries. I've had them at other restaurants and they've tasted better than this. I think I would try the calamari or tuna next time, and probably not get these again. All the entrees have fancy names. The lamb and duck isn't called "Lamb and Duck", it's called "Earth and Sky". My husband ordered the Renaissance Ribeye with a Caesar salad. He said the salad was the best he's ever had, much better than the one at Outback or the ones I make at home. He ordered the steak medium-well, which tasted over-done to me (I like mine medium-rare), but he said it was perfect, and so much better than the one he had at Firebirds a week ago. They have a kid's menu here, but my son didn't seem interested in the traditional chicken strips or macaroni and cheese. He only wanted the applesauce that would have been served as a side dish, and we were able to order it separately for him. It took me a long time to decide on what to order. I wanted the Earth and Sky, but I have a problem with Saga bleu cheese. I just don't like Saga brand at all. I've tried it, I don't like it. If it was some kind of brie, or even Humboldt Fog, I would have been all over that. The Jack of Hearts Filet Mignon had the same problem, again with the Saga bleu cheese. So finally I decided on the Impasto Pecan Encrusted Pork Marsala. The pork was huge. I just wasn't expecting that much meat. It was good, and it was incredibly tender. I loved the marsala sauce, it was delicious. It was served with 4 fried portabella mushroom ravioli propped up in garlic mashed potatoes. My husband got the same garlic mashed potatoes with his steak, and he liked them as much as I did. There was also some asparagus on top, mostly for looks I guess. There was a lot of food there, and I couldn't finish it all. I hope the pork reheats okay because that's what I'm having for lunch tomorrow. My only problem with the entree was the temperature. It seemed to lose its heat quickly, and I like my food piping hot. I think they would have better luck if they had heated plates prior to placing the food on them. Having a plate warmer wouldn't be too much to set up, and it does a lot to preserve the quality of the dish after it's served. I had to see the dessert menu. I had glanced at it online before we went to the restaurant and everything sounded great. I wanted to get something we all would like, so I ordered the Southern Fried Magnolia. It's a warm almond pound cake with amaretto glaze, cherry sauce and whipped cream. The pound cake was unbelievably moist and flavorful, it was wonderful. My son ate most of the whipped cream, and my husband didn't like the cherry sauce so I ate most of it. I thought it was great. I love the combination of cherry and almond. The restaurant could use a few improvements. Better lighting, hot plates, a better strawberry Mai Tai, but these should be easy things that will come in time. I wish they were open on Sundays as well. Seems a shame, missing out on a good day of business like that. For being open less than a month, the restaurant is surprisingly organized and seems to be doing well already. I think it was good for the price, and we'll be coming here again in the future.

Dining room and Bar are somewhat different. We had a pleasant dinner in the dining room. Great for conversation, special occasion, nice evening. Scallops and steak were excellent. Nice birthday dessert. Wednesday was half price wine, house merlot and cab were good. Bar appears to be very nice, more casual, different menu although I believe they will allow you to order from the bar menu in the dining room.

This is one of my favorite places to go with my husband. You can dine on linen tablecloths with lovely artwork or in the bar area, which is warm and relaxed, but also upbeat and social. The food is yummy and diverse. I love the tuna appetizer with a glass of good wine after a long day. On the weekends they generally have some pretty good live music after dark. A great neighborhood spot that's pretty uptown for it's location.

The food was good but not great. We had the salmon and the flounder. Both were good but I could do just as well at home. The service was adequate but not great. Our glasses were often empty. I did not feel the value was there for the price. There are other restaurants that the food is better and less expensive.

My wife and I have been wanting to try this Restaurant for a long time. We finally did. OK a place in Apex in a strip Mall next to HT ( Harrie Teeter ) . What a pleasant surprise. I always have a joke between my wife and I. When we go to a Restaurant I always ask to be seated by the Waterfall. I asked the Lady to be seated by the waterfall, she did not blink and said follow me. I thought she did not hear me. To my surprise she did seat us by the waterfall. A picture of a waterfall was close to a table. My wife laughed out loud and so did I. I ordered the Realism Red Snapper , it was delicious, my wife ordered Chicken Fresco Gnocchi, She loved tithe food presentation was excellent and it tasted fantastic. Our served was great, she was attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our experience here. The Manager Kathie Clark came to our table to make sure we were happy. We chatted with her and told her about the waterfall, she laughed and said she was glad we came in. I mentioned how good our dinner was, she brought out the Chef Jounte to meet us. What a passionate man about his craft. He loves his craft and it shows. The Restaurant is filled with art work and interesting items. We were in the dining room area, we did not got to the bar. Save that for another evening. We will definitely come back. Our experience was great and the customer service is second to none. Give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy.

Chefs Palette is one of my favorites. Tonight I had the Chefs Seafood Duo and the scallops were amazing. The drinks are strong and the live music was great. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Holy Delicious! This place is fantastic!!! Every morsel was divine! In a relatively new strip mall, you'll find this eclectic restaurant... a mix of random art on the walls and a large bar area. First off... those lit menus others have described are VERY cool! We thought they really set the mood for a nice romantic dinner. We shared 3 appetizers (seared tuna, vidaya onion, and the strawberry salad)... they were all unbelievable. Great attention to detail, fresh, and slightly different than I have seen from other restaurants. We also shared the scallops entree! Heaven!!! It was wonderful. I had 4 decent sized scallops on my plate w/asparagus, a wonderful creamy sauce and some kind of creamy grits. As a side note, they have a small herb and vegetable garden behind the strip mall. In other words, we will be back!!! It's worth the treck to Cary!

I love a dim and calm restaurant, and that's what I found at The Chef's Palette! The illuminated menus were so cool! No need to try to read the menu by candlelight! I had the Chicken Francese and it was TO DIE FOR!! The serving size was quite large and I had to really restrain myself from overeating because it was so delicious! Trust me, I brought every leftover bite home with me! After dinner my dining companion and I went to the bar which was HOPPING on a Saturday night. The band was great, as were the drinks! I will definitely return because I cannot wait to try some other items on the menu! I'm only leaving off the last star because I want to go back and enjoy it even MORE than I did this time. Good job!

I made the reservation on Yelp. We arrived, were greeted by the hostess and taken immediately to our table. We were seated at a table with a quiet, intimate location. After we ordered the Seafood Platter appetizer and a bottle of Sav Blanc our waiter recommended moving to a rectangle table for additional space. Following the app we had the side salads and the Tryptich Tomato Mozz. Our foursome each had a different dish. Filet Mignon, Bone in Ribeye, Filet Medallions, and the Ricochet Risotto. We also enjoyed a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, the chocolate cake and creme brulee. The service was Professional from the moment we entered until we departed. The food was absolutely delicious, expertly prepared and will cause us to become repeat customers. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent restaurant, superb service, delicious food. Our family went there for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a wonderful experience. They had a delicious buffet and it was reasonably priced. We had been there before for dinner and had a 5-star experience also. It is well-worth checking out! Our waiter both times was Daniel! He is awesome. Beverly

This restaurant seems like a place that should be in downtown Raleigh. I love the food, the atmosphere and the staff. Kathie Clark, the owner is so friendly and accomodating. The food is very upscale and creative. You are missing out if you don't try it! Monday night 1/2 price apps are fantasitic!

We arrived at 4:45 (15 minutes before they opened) but we were greeted by the owner and she welcomed us in and asked if we would like to have a seat in the bar area before the dining room was opened, we jumped at the idea of getting out of the 90 degree weather yesterday and were promptly seated by the owner/manager that smiled and asked if she could get us some water. We declined and just a few minutes later were greeted by the bar-tender and although he wasn't officially "on" he said he would be more than happy to get us something refreshing from the bar, to which we gladly agreed. A glass of Raymond Chardonnay for me and a glass of Shot Gun Betty for my hubby and we nestled into the comfy sofa to chat while they finished preparing for the dinner crowd. NOT one time were we made to feel like we were not appreciated, in fact we were made to feel quite the opposite, like we were valued patrons of their fine restaurant. Our meal last night for our anniversary was served to us by the most delightful young lady with a pleasant voice, temperament and attitude that i think i would like to ask for her as our server next visit. Yasime (i think that is how you spell it) began our meal with the portabella mushroom, roasted red pepper and feta cheese and red onion sans the kaiser roll from the bar menu and the sweet potato's with three different dips. DELISH!!! Our meal was the Salmon with encrusted almond over sweet potato hash and seasonal veggies, which was steamed zucchini. Several glasses of wine later and we left with a full tummy and a very satisfied evening meal. If you read my review on The Granary Restaurant in Fearrington Village you will know how much this was appreciated. if not, then maybe you should (read my review that is). If you haven't visited this place, please do us all a favor and help us keep them in business for a very long time, go and visit and try all their delicious food. Your Mystery Dinner Guest.

My God it's full of deliciousness! This is an updated for Chef's Palette. Went there for a Valentine's night dinner and this was hands down, so far, the best dinner experience I've had since living in NC from 2008 to now. . . And I'm a foodie! I ordered the "Earth and Sky", rack of lamb and roasted duck. My gosh. It was an exquisite, sensual experience and the title of the dish was perfect. The earthy flavors and sauces mixed with the crisp, savory delights blew my mind. My compliments to the chef!

I have not yet been back to Chef's Palette. After writing my first review, I received a nice message from the owner/manager of the restaurant, thanking me for my honest review and inviting us back to try it again. She offered a gift certificate for a free dinner, so we could give it another shot. I replied to her, giving her my address, so she could send the GC, which I never received. Now I am not only disappointed with my first, and only experience at Chef's Palette, but with the management as well. I won't be going back.

Great food! Pretty good service. It's worth the trip. The menus are neat. The food here was actually REALLY good. For an appetizer we had a dish with huge shrimp in a sweet and spicy cajun sauce. We tried the Earth and Sky and it was scrumptious. The duck was tender and juicy and the Gorgonzola encrusted lamb was awesome. We also tried the red snapper, which was also excellent. Our server was nice, and probably would have been more helpful, but the band was a just a tad too loud for us to hear her clearly. We were able to have a conversation just fine though. The atmosphere is surprisingly classy, coming off of the strip mall. When we walked in, there was a live band playing in the bar. It's a bit dark in the restaurant, which is probably deliberate to maximize the effect from their backlit menus. Most people love the menus. Personally I found them to be way too bright in comparison to the dark atmosphere in the restaurant. Constantly seeing them all over the restaurant really ruined the dark, romantic atmosphere for me. If I had to suggest something, I'd suggest a lower intensity on the menus, and a warmer color for the back lighting. This is a reluctant 4 star from me. The food was top notch, and the service was good. The menus kind of ruined the experience for me, but it doesn't seem to bother most people, and if you don't mind it, you'll love the food here.

this review is from an earlier meal. With everyone exhausted, we opted to have a holiday meal at Chef's Palette rather than do the Christmas turkey route this year. I arrived early and was promptly seated while I waited for everyone else. Opening the menu delivers quite a surprise and I was intrigued already. Once everyone arrived we quickly ordered a pallette seafood platter, silhouette scallops, Amaee's medallions and of course the kid got the ribeye. Since I had a craving for seafood, the platter hit the spot and was really filling - actually unless you have skipped a meal that seafood platter is really enough for two people to share - you have been warned. Overall, my inlaws thought the the restaurant was outstanding so we did well in this choice since we had not been there first to scout the place. The service was spot on and my water glass was kept filled without me having to ask. I also noticed that they have "bar-side" which serves a similar but different menu. I plan to return to try a few more items. There were several other dishes which caught my eye and of course, I really want to check out the bar side. ;) Enjoy!

One of the best places that we ate in the south. Since good food is hard to find we were easy on the service.

My husband and I went here for my birthday--I ordered Earth and Sky (duck and lamb), while he ordered the ribeye with the tarragon-butter/gorgonzola crust. I thought the backlit menus were nifty, but a touch unnecessary in my opinion. The food was excellent--I thoroughly enjoyed the duck, though I would have liked the skin to be a little crispier. I think it's because I'm so used to other poultry that comes to the table with crispy skin, and I'm a fool for crispy skin. I got a caesar salad, that was possibly the best Caesar salad that I've ever had. The dressing was absolutely divine, and there was just enough of it. For a drink I had a Dreamsicle, which was quite tasty. They're really working hard to make it a great dining experience, with tasty food prepared expertly and beautifully presented, art prints on the wall (keeping with the "artist" theme), and wonderful service. My only regret is that we had to leave early after my husband's boss called him in to work. But we will definitely be back! :)

Received a gift card as a gift, so my husband I decided to try it out on our anniversary. First impression when walking through the door.. Nice! Local artists hang their artwork around the restaurant, menus light up when you open them and automatic pepper shakers with light! Just a couple things to add to the restaurant. Menus was very nice. Husband got a ribeye and I got the special, 8 oz filet and crab cake. Crab cake was delicious as well as filet. Husbands ribeye was a little tough and the potatoes were a little under done. We had dessert too, we ordered the cheesecake but we were Brought the carrot cake. Oops, oh well, we ate it anyway and It was good. Overall, nice place that we will definitely go back too.

Wow....... Ok just finished here and they really suck, are having an off night or closing the doors in the next 72 hours. We heard great things about this place from more than one person but it was -5 stars for real. My sandwich was ok not bad but my wife ordered a burrito and it came without the listed salsa and sour cream. imagine eating a chamois with cold beans in a stale tortilla, ok now imagine something worse. When we asked for the above listed salsa and sour cream the joint charged us extra.......fo reals.......! After we paid and were leaving I showed our waitress the menu the items listed and was told " You should have communicated better the items were not on the burrito" .....huh? Ok in a nutshell this place is bad, drive the extra two miles to Lucky 32 or grab a box of munchkins next door and save 30 bones! *****UPDATE******* The owner did send me an email and acknowledge the mistake which is a solid move. they also adjusted our bill which was good customer service for sure.

Got here on a Saturday night without reservations and had a very tolerable wait of about 15 minutes to get a table. After some confusion among the wait staff as to who had our table, our service was great. We got the The Howling Wolf shrimp and the muscles appetizer. The shrimp were amazing, and the muscles were descent. For my entrée I got "Tournedos of Beef Armature", the most expensive item on the menu, but worth every penny. I travel a lot for my job and tend to blow my per diem on good steaks, and this was one of the better steak's I've tasted.

My 5 star review is based on 2 visits to the "bar side" of the restaurant last week. Visited for the very first time last Thursday with my bestie for an after-dinner drink--side note: what were we thinking? we should've just come here first and split a couple of apps while enjoying their Thursday $5 house martini special...oh, well, there's always next time, which will hopefully be next week..;) Saturday evening, the hubs and I were actually kid free (!) so we stopped in for a couple of drinks and an early dinner. In my opinion, when you walk in, it feels like 2 separate restaurants, & I don't mean this in a negative way at all. To the left of the host stand is the "dining area" where only the dining room menu served (no option of ordering from the bar menu). The dining room menu sounded amazing but the entrees are between the $20-30 mark on average, which is a little out of budget for us (especially when we want to indulge in a couple of drinks!) After sitting at the bar and enjoying a couple of drinks, the hubs ordered a shrimp po' boy and said it was the best one he could remember having in NC (half of his family lives in Louisiana & he spent a few years living there as well, so he's a bit of a po' boy snob ;) I opted for the black angus burger with bacon only. The burger itself was great, the bacon was a little disappointing but for an extra .60 cents, no biggie. The potato bun it comes on was delicious & the steak fries were amazing!! Good portion sizes for the price, too. $10 for each of our sandwiches which included 1 side (we both got steak fries so I can't comment on their other sides). They have a yummy sounding appetizer menu (part of their "bar menu") that I want to order from next time. I saw their nachos come out several times on both visits and they looked delish so I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering those on my next visit. I enjoyed the lighted menus- although it didn't seem necessary since the lighting was adequate enough (at least on the bar side), it was a nice touch! Hostesses were very welcoming both visits as were the bartenders. Same bartenders were there during both visits and they were attentive without being intrusive each time. Bestie & I really enjoyed the Thursday night $5 house martinis special (she got the dirty martini, I opted for a cosmo- both were great), and they have some other enticing drink specials (like $3 house wines) on weeknights. I think they also have live music some weekends. Also worth noting is that the outside of the restaurant is very misleading as far as what you would expect on the interior. Although it's at the end of a little strip mall at the corner of Ten-Ten & Kildaire Farm Rd, the interior is pretty swanky w/ some really nice woodwork, local artwork, a nice little "lounge" area with some comfy looking couches/chairs on the bar side, and nice sized outdoor patio w/ heat lamps (granted, the patio only overlooks a fairly busy intersection, but it's still a nice option when looking for somewhere to enjoy a drink outdoors). Already looking forward to my next visit!

For a restaurant in this price range, I expect better execution. Atmosphere is very tuned up, you'd never recognize it from its former occupant. The back lit menu's are just for the flash factor, I could have read just fine without them. They've packed a lot of tables into the dining area, which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you are against a wall or your back is against your neighbors chair behind you. The suede upholstery, dark floors and the beautiful art everywhere beg the diners to dress up a little, so suburbanites in shorts and sneakers look out of place. On to the food, the bread a restaurant chooses to serve speaks volumes. The bread here is unfortunate. Served warm but easily could have been a basic baguette purchased at the Harris Teeter nearby. The Nuts and Berries salad had a perfect amount of dressing, berries were ripe, but the chunks of red onion were overpowering and the salad could have used goat cheese or something similar to make it really stand out. Entrees took quite a while to come out. Husband's Beef Bourguinon was almost cold, but my Tuscan Chicken was piping hot which is a sign something is going on in the kitchen. The chicken was a bit dry as a stuffed thin cut is apt to get, the pasta was cooked well but from the description of the sauce on the menu "roasted red pepper sherry cream" I didn't get any of that flavor. Entree portions are not as large as the standard in the US, which is not necessarily a bad thing but at $20 and up the flavor should really be packed in. We had room for dessert so we opted for the Chocolate Waterfall which just sounded so lovely. It was supposed to be triple chocolate espresso bread pudding. It came out just like uncooked brownie dough on a plate, with some candied nuts sprinkled on top and some sweet sauce drizzled around to make it look good. It was not warm (not sure if it was supposed to be) and really tasted just like brownie mix from a box. No coffee flavor or Frangelico flavor coming through at all. I hope Chef's Palette makes some improvements, because this spot has potential.

Took a group to dinner for the holidays. What a great experience! I had salmon with oysters and fava beans. It was excellent. Two of the others had grouper in puff pastry. The pastry was light and Gouda grits were very creamy. We shared pecan pie and chocolate cake. Both were ok but not anything special.

My wife and I enjoyed this place immensely. The food was uniformly excellent, from the calimari, to the ice cream sundae for dessert. We enjoyed the subdued atmosphere. You would never know that this is a strip mall storefront. Our service was excellent and we're looking forward to going there again.

Came here with my husband and Father in Law. I tend to be a little skeptical normally, so I wasn't really expecting too much. I will say I checked out the menu online, and while everything sounded great, I thought the "Theme" was taken pretty far - to the side of cheesey. The place knocked my socks off! The atmosphere was very nice, and I loved all the local artwork on the walls. The food was delicious - I had Chicken and Gnocchi and it was so good I kept eating past the point of being full! The service was great, and we had the chance to talk to the owner of the place for a little bit.... her enthusiasum was awesome! Definately worth checking out - I was surprised!

I ate here alone while on a business trip. The tuna appetizer was as outstanding as others described, and large enough to be an entrée for some. I also had the sweet potato chips, served with 3 good sauces for dipping. They were very good but enough to share with 2-3 people. I had the soup du jour which was a beer cheddar broccoli, not that great. Nice quiet restaurant in a mall, with a bar that has a lighter menu and much more noise!

In an effort to find a quick bite to eat for Sunday Brunch, we were sorely disappointed with this local joint. The place is quite dark, which wouldn't have bothered me had the food been good. We decided to sit in the bar, as it was much brighter. Our server was friendly and prompt, and that's pretty much where the compliments end. Having worked in the food industry, I know for a fact, it doesn't take 45 minutes for Egg's Benedict and a grilled chicken salad. We were just at the threshold of getting up to leave, when our lunch came out. The english muffin under the Smoked Salmon Egg's Benedict was stale, and the home fries/hash browns were cold. The house salad add grilled chicken was one of the smallest portions I've ever seen, not to mention I ended up picking out many inedible, rotten pieces of salad. The plates had some sort of design made out of sauce that we're pretty sure they prepared the night before. Manager apologized and comped the eggs. Sorry, we won't be going back to this place.

One of the best in Cary. This is not a typical place. The menus for instance have lights built into them that glow from behind the words so you can read easily in the intimate lit environment. The food is definitely on par with the best in the triangle. My family all went for dinner and were impressed with the apps, cocktails, service, vibe and atmosphere. Great bar, highly trained staff... if this place doesn't make a killing, there is no hope for the Palettes in Cary.

Went to Chef's Palette last night with a group of 6. I had really been anticipating trying it because it is just down the street and the menu looked awesome. I started with the nuts and berries salad which was a mixed green salad with candied pecans, strawberries, red onions and a nice balsamic vinegrette. My husand is not a fuit and nut salad fan but I love them and this one was excellent. he got the roasted vidalla onion The onion was quite tasty but for some reason they served it with a huge amount of bread slices it was about a loaf of bread which looked odd on the plate and seemed strange with the dish. Many of the dinners came with a salad so most of the folks at the table had their salad as their first course. For the entree I got one of the specials which was port tenderloin stuffed with a cornbread, andouille and crawfish stuffing and a spicy raspberry sauce. It was exceptional. It was served with mashed potatoes and roasted white asparagus. My husband got the rib-eye which was also served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus and was perfectly cooked (rare). he really enjoyed it. My friend wanted the scallops but didn't like what they were served with, and they were very accomodating about substituting the risotto which she really enjoyed. She also loved the scallops, but that was the one entree that they were rather skimpy on She only got 3, and they were not very big. There were 2 other ribeyes and one other pork special at the table, and everyone was quite happy with their food. One of the rib eyes didn't come out with the rest of our food. Our waiter explained that the chef wasn't happy with the way the steak looked so was cooking him a new one. When it came, he did enjoy it and luckily he didn't have to wait too long. No one had room for dessert so I can't comment on the desserts. The lighted menus are very cool! They definitely should do this with the drink menu as well. My one disappointment was with the wine list. As a wine lover, I feel the wine list is as important as the menu and I get the impression that the wine here is an aftertthought. First of all it was disappointly small with very few known names on it. They had the Jordan and the Caymus but the more reasonably priced wines were not impressive. They also had no vintages listed on the meny which is very unusual for a high end restaurant. I asked our waiter some questions about some of the wines and it was obvious that he really knew nothing about them and they apparently don't have a sommelier since he didn't offer to send someone over to discuss the wines. They do have a large number of wines by the glass and it looks as if they are only available by the glass, but he indicated they are all available by the bottle as well, although no bottles prices are listed All in all, an enjoyable meal and we will go back, I'd just like to see a little more attention to their wine list

We went there for the first time last night. We usually end up downtown Raleigh but wanted to go somewhere closer to home. We didn't know what to expect but WOW were we surprised to find a warm, sophisticated and beautiful place. We started in the bar then moved onto dinner and back to the bar for the live music. GB4 is great...you have to hear them! We met Kathie, the owner, and thanked her as this will now be our regular hang out! Great wine, martinis and the food was phenomenal. We will be back over and over again!

Okay, okay, okay . . . let me first thank my wife for doing so much to find a place that may have accommodated my discerning taste in food. Chef's Palate . . . unfortunately, I am going to have to include this establishment in the category of restaurants where I would rather stay home and cook my own meals. I give this restaurant two stars for the decor and the wait staff. When it comes to the food. . . I was very disappointed. What chef or cook can't prepare a simple medium rare rib-eye? "A blue" rib-eye obviously is not medium rare. The "sky and the earth", my wife's meal, . . .her duck was obviously undercooked. They took it back to cook it a bit more and it still came back undercooked. We should have known that there was going to be trouble when they asked for our drink orders and they did not know what an Arnie Palmer was. The only saving grace was the creme brulee. Unfortunately, my experience at Chef's Palette was more so of a cheap lithograph than a Rembrandt.

When I entertain my best friends and real estate clients in Cary, I only select restaurants like the Chef's Palette because I know that the service, ambiance and quality of food will turn the evening into an epicurean delight! We love the light-up menus and pepper shaker, selection of music, menu selection and overall friendliness of the staff. We had a marvelous time.

We would like for this restaurant to do well since we live within walking distance, and because the last one was so inconsistent. I met the owner before she opened this summer and asked about the menu. After our conversation, I knew the place was not going to be a sports bar or pizza and pasta place. We had 2 burgers, my wife likes her's well done and I was disappointed when I asked for mine medium rare. They order their meat already ground and cannot cook medium rare. I prefer Tribeca or The Corner Grill for my burgers. We had sweet potato and steak fries. The sweet potato fries were excellent and my steak fries had too much salt. I used a napkin to remove the salt and they were edible then. The burgers are just over $10 and they fall short of The Corner or Tribeca. It could be because they have to cook their's longer but since my wife wants her's burnt no matter where she goes, that theory didn't fly. I would like to see the owner market to the Stonebrige subdivision and give us an incentive to come in more often. We are a captive audience and would eat there more often if the cost was more comparable to other restaurants in the area.

Save yourself from reading all the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and just GO. The moment you open the menu, you'll be happy you did. Promise. Best ever everything. I'll be back, soon.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner--perfect! Our wedding guests were staying in Cary, so we looked at all of the Yelp reviews to find a great place for our rehearsal dinner. We didn't want a impersonal banquet type meal, and Chef's Palette got great reviews. From the moment, we contacted the warm and wonderful owner, Kathie, we knew we had made a wise decision. Kathie invited us for a tasting a couple of month's in advance, and we picked a choice of two salads, three entrees and two desserts. She personalized a menu for us, and put up tall dividers, so that we felt as if we had a private dining room. We could not see any other guests in the dining room, and they could not see us. The dining room is lovely and elegant, with walls covered with local art. When "the bride" went to the tasting, she deemed the Chicken Francese "the best chicken dish I have ever tasted". I agree--it was perfectly seasoned, fork tender and the homemade spaetzel was fantastic, For dessert, I had the chocolate canvas terrine, which was beyond scrumptious. Rich chocolate rolled in graham crackers with two toasted marshmallows, covered with sea salt caramel sauce. Yum!! We had a number of servers designated solely for our group, and they accommodated 34 guests by setting up four tables--two long and two round. Everyone commented on the delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this for a group, and am also eager to return with my husband for dinner, so that I can fully take in the art work and get a second chance to eat at this wonderful spot.

I read reviews about this place. Decided to give it a shot. Called ahead to see if there was any wait, luckily they said no wait. I went there with a party of four at 9:44 pm. When we asked the hostess to be seated she looked stunned. She knew she would be yelled at by the server for giving them a late table. She went to ask, and I over heard the server saying that she has no table set for us. She came back and said, that the dining room is closed... (At 9:44) The hours stated that the restaurant stops serving at 10 pm. She offered us to sit at the bar. My mother in law is on her 60s and the music was way to loud to accept this offer, plus we wanted a table. The food may be good, but the hospitality is not there. So if you decide to go there make sure you're out by 10. Ps: I feel bad for the hostess. She was sweet but she was let down by the staff. So yes, this place is out of the map for me.

We've lived in Cary nearly a year Å„ow, why did we not discover this place sooner? Great service, no pretension, fabulous food, and a great place for fine dining or a more casual experience at the bar or on the patio. Any chef who can turn spaghetti squash into the most divine comfort food you've taste is worthy of a shout out! We'll be back.

Love this restaurant! Service was great-- bar manager and server were both friendly, down to earth, & accommodating. Got a bottle of red wine, pork stuffed hush puppies (omg so cool!!!!) and the tuna apps for starters. YUM! love the spicy peanut sauce with the tuna! Next we got the steak frites & the duck. Again, no complaints here! Everything was just fantastic!!!! The entrees even came out on a little palette- so cool, love the little things. This might just be a regular thing for me :) Oh and Stephanie who hosts trivia on Wednesday nights is hilarious!! See you all again soon chefs palette!

My husband and I went to the Chef's Palette for our anniversary and the food was well seasoned, beautifully presented, and the restaurant was lovely. Having just moved here from New York City, we were ... a little surprised by the high prices. The prices at CP are basically the same level as NYC and the food, although good, just does not justify that price point. Particularly for this area, it definitely made us raise an eyebrow ($18 before taxes for a salad?). It was a nice night out, but nothing about the restaurant particularly wowed us.

Heard good things about the place and we decided to give this place a shot for date/anniversary night... And we are glad we did.. Made a reservation for 6:30 and showed up a few minutes late and the place was a ghost town, I was thinking, oh come on...it can't be that bad. We were seated immediately. As everyone mentions you get a big menu that lights up.. I really did not like this as it actually was annoying and hurt my eyes as the contrast is insane.. So I put that menu down and went directly for the drink menu.. We ordered a hurricane and old timer.. Both drinks were very good, though the old timer was definitely the winner of the two.. We ordered the Brie app and it was good, the sauces weren't anything special, but they did a nice job.. Dinner, I ordered the rib eye and the wife ordered the special which was a seafood special. The special was amazing, did a great job and the piece of fish was extremely tasty.. The rib eye was cooked perfectly just didn't have much seasoning, slightly disappointed. The potatoes and veg were fantastic. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and knowledgable which was great. The other knock was the decor, it's just eh.. I don't like the fact they have all this artwork up on the walls, and it's for sale..if you want to be an upscale restaurant act it, not an art show...

Excellent food and atmosphere. Staff is fantastic. Quincy gets five stars too! Whether it's a burger at the bar or a full course meal, it is second to none. Wine excellent and martinis's perfect.

Chefs was a great bar and restaurant scene. Danny, the bar manager, is the man and makes a really good cosmo. The staff was really friendly. I went on Taco Tuesday where they have gourmet tacos (2 for $5 dollars) and $3 margaritas. The pulled pork tacos with lime aioli sauce were delicious and was such a good deal. Friendly staff, great drinks, decent prices. You can't go wrong by coming here.

The food here was great. The service was just very slow!! We went there for our anniversary dinner. It was a Thursday night and it was us and 2 other tables. We waited an hour for our food and finally got a server's attention. He then informed me that something went wrong with my food and they needed to redo it. He could have told me that right away. We ended up getting an app and dessert for free, so I guess 1 1/2 hour wait for food was worth it.

Food and drinks were excellent. The meal took a little longer than expected to arrive, but it was well worth it. Our server was more than accommodating and even comped my wife's meal because of the delay. I will definitely return.

My brother wanted to try a new restaurant for our sibling supper out so we both agreed on this place based on the menu and yelp reviews. I am so glad we did. I don't dish out 5 stars easily but it was an easy decision. It's in a strip mall so I was really not expecting much. Once you step inside you are transported to a swank downtown feel restaurant without the drive. I easily forgot where I was. The room was dark but no worries they have LCD monitor menus! There was a variety of dishes at affordable prices and a couple that were a little more costly. Our waiter was top notch. He was a perfect blend of helpful but unobtrusive, knowledgeable but not chatty and great timing on all food deliveries. It was a Wednesday night so there was a wine special and my merlot was tasty. My brother had the beer flight and it was fun watching him try different beers. The prices on the drinks were very affordable. We began with the calamari and fried banana peppers. I could have eaten just a whole plate of banana peppers. I found the calamari to be overcooked but the breading was tasty. The marinara? sauce was absolutely delicious and not acidic so I dunked my dry calamari in that and it saved the appetizer for me. No complaints from my brother. He had the house salad with balsamic vinaigrette and I had the caesar. Both were fresh and plentiful. The vinaigrette was thick not watery but had great flavor he said. My dressing was a caesar vinaigrette and not the creamy stuff I was used to. However it was very nice especially after I squeezed the lemon they gave me onto it. My brother ordered the Symmetrical Shrimp and Grits which also had andouille sausage and crayfish and it had a nice kick. Very generous portion and the shrimp was huge. I had the Styling Seafood Trio which had lobster filled zebra ravioli, grilled jumbo shrimp and seared sea scallops with asparagus in a sherry cream sauce. I am a seafood eater and I'm always left wanting more in this region but last night I was beyond satisfied. The ravioli was OVER stuffed with nice lobster pieces not just the foamy claw like other places. The pasta of the ravioli was el dente - THANK YOU - that never happens at any of the restaurants I have dined in around here. The shrimp was huge and perfectly cooked - not overcooked like most places. The scallops were buttery and genuine seared perfectly on both sides. But the star of the plate? The sauce. When I read sherry in sauce I cringe because I just know they will pour cheap sherry on my food and ruin everything. Not here. This sauce was creamy without being a thick "gravy". The sherry was expertly cooked into the sauce and oh so smooth. There were herbs in there including a sprinkling of marigold petals. When I told the manager who stopped by she brought me bread to sop it up. I have been avoiding bread but this time I could not resist. It was that good. For the service and the quality of food I felt the final bill was very reasonable. I will be returning with my husband for dates as it is less than 15 minutes from my home. I would recommend this restaurant for special couple dates and girls' night as well as adult family events. While there was one lovely little girl who dined quietly with her parents I would not recommend this place for children. They do have a bar area where they serve the full menu and bar fare. We stopped there afterward to check out their trivia. That side would be more appropriate for a louder group or a group with children. An added bonus was that I could not hear the bar patrons while I was in the main dining room except for when the DJ first announced trivia was beginning. Chef's Palette earned all 5 stars with me. Bravo!

19:15 PM Recommend you make a Reservation which was a good thing because we were seated next to a birthday party of 10 and the restaurant was turning covers on surrounding tables quickly. Service was quick from light emitting menus which reminded me of a color tablet computer. Sweet Iced tea was good with lemon slices on the side. Ciabatta bread was tasty but not baked on site. After we were seated and the Calamari appetizer came within 5 minutes (Very crispy flash fried squid rings with tentacles were done well with a nice sweet chili dipping sauce which was not overly spicy.) Blended Bibb salad was fresh but the braised pears were omitted or for some reason not included in my salad. The restaurant neither explained the discrepancy, nor replace my salad nor include a side dish to replace the pears. The Trecento BLT Salad was also crispy fresh and included all of the advertized ingredients. The five Suprematism Scallops were grilled to perfection and did not require any further seasoning from the lighted pepper mill. The Symmetrical Shrimp and Grits did include crayfish tails (a nice touch) and the spicy andouille sausage was actually mild. Tonight the Dessert Menu did not include the key lime pie mousse with Oreo cookie crust and with a strawberry as pictured by previous guests on Yelp

Wow - what a find! This place is absolutely great for date night because it isn't far from where we live in Apex. It has all the attributes of fine dining and then a great bar to go over to and enjoy live music. We went with another couple and sampled the scallops and tenderloin - both were very good. The scallops aren't what I would order if you are particularly hungry but I shared with my wife who had plenty with the steak and fingerling potatoes. The bar tenders know their business and served a solid Old Fashioned. The musicians were fun loving and good natured playing a variety of covers and Americana favorites. Most of the crowd was there on date nights - the bar scene was a little sloppy but definitely tolerable. Smoke tended to waft in from a side patio area when people entered and exited the enclosed bar area.

Went there for dinner with my mom as our last dinner before she headed home in the morning. Bar was totally full and dining room was pretty empty. I'm sure that was because it was $5 burger night. Decided to sit in the bar area and join the fun especially when we found out we couldn't get the burger special in the dining room. I got the bison sliders and sweet potato chips and they were excellent. Loved the goat cheese and pickled onions on it. My mom had the burger special and she said it was really good. For dessert we got the Chocolate Canvas Terrine by the recommendation of our server. It was a winner as well. The mouse melted in your mouth and was paired perfectly with the graham cracker crumbs, caramel and toasted marshmallows. Overall an excellent meal. I'll definately go back!

Chef's Palette was a great surprise. Cleverly named -- palette/palate -- with an underlying art theme. We've lived nearby but somehow never heard of it. The art theme gets a little kitschy with all of the cleverly named menu items (Renoir's Ribeye) and then just disappears when the menu identifies some items by their boring names. Regardless, the food was really first-rate. Starters of the BLT salad and calamari were both very good, and the entrees were very good as well. I really enjoyed the Cajun take on shrimp&grits, with andouille and crawfish. I'm not usually a big fan of grits but they did a fantastic job absorbing the Cajun sauce. There was a ton of Andouille but the crawfish were teeny-weeny. The bites of the chicken franchese with spaetzle that I managed to steal were also very good. Specials were limited to just one item, and I've since learned that the menu rarely changes. Chefs Palette definitely earns a spot in the rotation. Two drinks, two appetizers, two entrees = $90 PS -- the menus light up when you open them. I don't think I've seen that before -- very readable but a bit of surprise.

This is definitely a steak place. Not sure about the other items on their menu, but the boyfriend and I both got steaks. I had the ribeye and he had the filet. Both were insanely delicious. The arugula mashed potatoes were to die for and their rotating beer selection is fantastic! Service is wonderful and we had an overall fantastic experience here. Great romantic evening.

Party of 5 on a saturday night. I ordered the shrimp po boy and it was very bland and boring. After asking twice I got some extra roumelaide sauce expecting that to help but the sauce tasted of nothing. The food for the rest of the table was fine but the service was consistently the low point. It took forever between a server stopping by and we consistently had to ask 2 or 3 times for drinks, silverware, sides, etc. Then we get the bill and the advertised $8 beer flight is on the bill at $10. They fix that bc "it was the advertised price, so we'll give you that one". Thanks... but the $13 shot of Patron is what they charge. I've not seen any place in the triangle charge that much for Patron. Insulting price gouging. I'm really anoyed. Just not a well run place and not worth the time or money. Steer clear.

the earth and sky (lamb and duck) is wonderful and seasoned just enough to enjoy the flavors of the meats. the bibb salad has a unique black pepper and molasses vinegrett that is also worth a try. top off the meal with a light creme brulee!

Every time I dine here it is a wonderful experience! They serve awesome cocktails, have a great wine list and the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The dining room is more formal but you can order from the bar menu. Almost every Saturday night they have live music in the bar area which is always fun to visit after a nice meal. I have tried almost everything on the menu and can honestly say what ever you order you won't be disappointed.

Three stars wait time + one bonus star service. Not a true fan yet, but will keep trying. After our big race event, my team and I made a reservation at Chef's Palette for a special occasion dinner. We arrived with 'costumes,' since it was Halloween night after all... We started the meal great, with our drinks and table appetizer, and our costumes photo-op, and those *shiny* menus. Oh yes, everyone of us tried to *pinch zoom* because we thought it was pc tablets for menu... apparently you can't pinch zoom a paper! Chef's Palette is both 'restaurant' and a 'bar.' On this night, the bar side was quite lively, but not overwhelming; the restaurant side only have three table of guests, including ourselves. I'm not a fast drinker, but if I finished my first beer before the main course arrived on the table, the kitchen is not prepared. We were frequently ensured by our polite waitress that dinner plates were on the way, but when one is hungry and has been looking forward to this one meal of the day, those words of assurance became somehow acrid. The foods were truly delicious once we had the chance of sinking our forks and knives into it. I ordered the "Earth and Sky and Sea," basically their dish from signature menu and added scallops on the side. I was told the Shepard's Pie and Ribeye were quite good as well. As if to redress the night, we received a complimentary fondue dessert for the table, which I am not ashamed to say that chocolate can fix any problem, and overall the night ended on a pretty satisfying note.

Eh. Just ok. There were 4 of us and only I really liked my meal. I got the shrimp and grits which was very good, albeit overly rich. I was full after two bites. So rich. My husband got scallops and was not happy with them and the couple we went with was not overwhelmed by their meals either. Our dessert was bad too. That was kind of a bummer. We got a S'mores type dessert and left most of it on the plate. Who leaves dessert on their plate???? Not I. That's how you know it was bad.

This is a solid restaurant with a dining room nicely separated from the bar area. We mostly go to the bar area as you can order from both menus there. Food is really tasty. Yesterday I had their seafood risotto special which was outstanding. If you want to enjoy a drink after work at a relaxing bar with a behaved crowd this could be the place for you. Wednesday is trivia night in the bar area.

I really want to like this place. We keep re-trying it and we keep being disappointed. The bar is usually full and lively with people our age so we wished it could be a place to hang on date night. But the service is slow and the appetizers are just not that tasty. It's near our house too. Can you see how much I wish we could keep spending our money here?? But sadly, no.

Chef's Palette is a 5 star dining option that people living/working in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, parts of Raleigh, FQ should consider before driving to downtown Raleigh or Durham and Chapel Hill. The bar and restaurant provide 2 different ambiences with the bar (including high top tables and comfy sofa seats with tables) being lively/energetic and the restaurant more romantic/quiet enough to have a conversation without talking loudly. I've had dinner at the bar in the past with girlfriends prior to going to a movie or just to catch up after a long week. I dined on the restaurant side most recently when my husband surprised me with a romantic night (yes!). I like that you can order off the bar menu or restaurant menu in either the bar or restaurant. On the bar menu, the blackened catfish tacos are really good - I would visit Chef's Palette just for these - there are 2 grilled soft tacos for $9 and it's the right balance of fish, pico, and the cilantro-lime aioli. They could probably serve as a light dinner for one person or if you are coming with a friend, it's a great starter to combine with another or just have as an appetizer. I've had them with the pulled pork nachos before which are better than your average nachos. I remember asking the bartender which of the bar primers he'd recommend and he said all of them are really good and that he wasn't just saying that because he worked there - after having the nachos and the fish tacos, I believe him. On the restaurant menu, I most recently tried the gourmet macaroni and cheese which was incredibly delicious. I was worried that it would be grossly heavy with the four cheeses, short ribs, broccoli, and tomatoes but it wasn't. It was soooo good! The short ribs were succulent and placed on top of the mac and cheese. The tomatoes and broccoli were also plated in a way that if you wanted to eat the items separately you can or you can mix it all for the ultimate gourmet casserole/comfort food. The cheese was not too heavy and not too salty. At $17, it is a large serving of mac and cheese that is definitely enough for 2 meals. It is one of the best mac and cheeses I have had - definitely recommend. The chicken francese is another comfort food option served with spaetzel that tastes like a German/Hungarian grandmother would make. Aside from the catfish tacos, I noticed that Chef's Palette has a lot of fish options (shrimp, scallops, salmon, lobster ravioli, tuna, etc.) - more than a lot of other restaurants and I am looking forward to trying some of those dishes out on future visits. For dessert, my husband and I recently tried the Wabi Sabi Waffle which is a freshly made Belgian pecan waffle with vanilla bean ice cream, warm cinnamon pears, caramel sauce, and strawberries on the side. It was presented beautifully with the waffle quartered and stacked with the ice cream on top and the pears and strawberries on the side. We loved it and look forward to having that or one of the other desserts on the menu (honestly they all sound delicious). Chef's Palette has a solid wine list that should make wine snobs cheer and lots of martini and cocktail options. My husband and I were not that excited about their NC drafts (wish they had Red Oak and more variety) but there is solid selection of bottled beer. Chef's Palette has happy hour deals Monday through Thursday and they are closed Sunday. Definitely check Chef's Palette out whether it's a romantic night out or you just want to go out for a drink and catch up with friends.

Brought my parents here and found the vibe in here to be great. Ambiance was nice, very lively, probably won't bring my parents next time lol. While the food was just alright for me (3 stars), the service was great. Loved our server, he was awesome. One thing I loved was the shrimp starter we ordered. Forgot what it was called but it was to die for. We all wished we had ordered our own as an entree bc it was the best thing we ate all night. I mean the entrees weren't bad, but nothing I would go running back for. I must say tho whatever risotto I had with my entree was quite tragic. But alas, chefs palette is a place worth trying. Might give it another shot one day

I recommend eating at the bar. Great place to go for apps and drinks at the bar. Services and food seem to be better there the table. The glowing menus are a little too much. Either you do the tablet real menus or stick to traditional. Bartenders have always been very good... Great for a martini. Menu can be limited but food has been good. Price isn't too bad for what you are getting in this area. They have bands on weekends which is why I recommend bar area even more.

This is my first review of Chefs Palette but our second time dining in the restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night and there was no one sitting on the restaurant side, but the bar was quite busy. I had the Shrimp and Grits which did not wow me. The description said gouda grits, but I could not taste gouda. The sauce was a bit spicy...or it could have been the sausage. On our first visit, I ordered the Gourmet Mac and Cheese, which I thought was much better; rich, creamy, cheesy and the meat very tender. The butternut squash soup special was very tasty but the fried tiger shrimp appetizer left something to be desired. Bang Bang shrimp from Bonefish Grill is better. We have been to the bar multiple times on Monday night for the $5 burger special and highly recommend it.

We decided to try this for Thanksgiving since neither of us were up to the task of cooking that day. With a reservation made, we went for their lovely Thanksgiving Buffet. They had turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, macoroni and cheese, etc etc. It was enough for anyone there, and I know we both want to go back on a non holiday to try the food again,.

I read all the reviews before making reservations to celebrate our anniversary. I truly wanted to like the restaurant; the location is good, the atmosphere is nice and the menu is very thoughtfully crafted. Unfortunately that is the end of good stuff. The bread tasted liked it came from a supermarket and was several days old. We opted to get the anchovies with our Caesar Salad but were surprised to discover that the anchovies were not mixed into the salad but were presented on the side. But the greatest disappointment was the entrees. My wife ordered the scallops which were not cooked properly and were excessively salty. I had the short rib which was tasty but not at all tender. In short, the food was poorly executed and just plan overpriced for what we received.

I am updating my review of Chef's Palette! My experience this time around was much different then my first experience here. I came in with a group of about ten people for dinner. As I sat down at the table the friendly waiter handed me a very large menu I open it up and boom wow a glowing menu (haha I know it's the little things that get me excited). I like that they have a few little touches to this place that make it unique, yes one being the glowing menus, two the glowing pepper mill, and three on the weekends you can go to the casual bar on the other side of the restaurant and enjoy drinks and live music. The bar really has taken off here with what seems to be some locals that live near by and are coming out for a bit of nightlife. I consider Chef's Palette an upscale dining experience. The food is incredible but it's pretty pricey. However I would definitely recommend them for a special occasion dinner. It's a romantic dining room but still casual at the same time. Ok so lets talk about the food. I love that they make all their salad dressings in house so as a sucker for blue cheese dressing I started my meal with a house salad. The salad was fresh and delicious as expected. My friend next to me started off with a dirty martini and the only reason I'm bringing that up is because they hand stuffed her olives with pimento cheese. I have never seen that done before and if I had known I would have ordered one myself. Lucky for me she handed over one of those delicious stuffed olives, heaven!! For my meal I ended up ordering the ahi tuna appetizer I wasn't hungry enough for a full meal but was craving some seafood, The tuna was prepared perfectly and it was enough food to fill me up. The app actually comes in a two sizes the vignette or the mural. The vignette was plenty for me, but it's great to order the mural if you are plan on sharing. I tried a bite of the risotto, calamari, and sweet potato chips, they were all delicious and dishes I would definitely order again.

Based on the positive Yelps about this place, we went for Thanksgiving buffet...not sure if this was their first-ever attempt but it was a disaster. They were constantly out of things on the buffet, and not just for a moment. We'd alert the staff, and nobody really seemed to care that their customers were standing around waiting for the buffet to be stocked. Fake mashed potatoes, Turkey from a loaf, no cranberry sauce! Just an awful excuse for a Thanksgiving buffet.
