Swan Hill Bed and Breakfast & Lake Cabin

Drew and Debbie are fabulous hosts. We stayed at the lake cottage. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the lake from your bed! Full kitchen and thoughtfully stocked with wine and local craft beers. Debbie's breakfasts are from local sources, including pigs raised locally for them for ham and sausage. Fantastic! Very clean and modern, you will definitely enjoy Swan Hill. Drew Debbie and children are delightful. Drew had alot of local knowledge. Tell Him your interests and you'll be given options to consider. We'll definitely return to Swan Hill when we are in Flathead area again.
Stayed at the private cabin on our honeymoon. It was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, just what we wanted! The dock was right outside our door, with easy access to paddle boats and kayaks, with the indoor pool right up the hill. Can't say enough good things about this place!
A while ago my boyfriend suggested that we take a vacation to Montana and while I am a Florida native, I thought he was kidding, as I am a beach girl and know nothing of the Big Sky country they call Montana. It turned out, he was serious and it ended up being one of the best vacations I have ever taken! We rented a lake front cabin on the Western United States largest fresh water lake, Flathead Lake, and after four days and three nights he had to beg me to pack up and head back home! Swan Hill Bed and Breakfast is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stepped foot in. The hosts of the Inn are warm, welcoming, charming people and have the ability to make you feel comfortable right away. It is an indescribable feeling to know that you have picked the right place immediately, as we all well know the internet can steer us to unruly places at times. We first stepped into a lovely cabin home that seemingly offered several rooms, each equipped with a private bath. My boyfriend and I rented the Inn's newly renovated lake front cabin that offered panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin offers every amenity one could ask for, including a jacuzzi tub, cable TV and internet access, full kitchen, a beautiful and spacious deck overlooking the lake (which we found ourselves basically living on), not to mention the amazing sights of eagles and the local wildlife! A short jaunt up the hill takes you right to the porch of the main Inn, where there is a swimming pool and sauna! There is so much to do in the area, as well. The owners of the Inn were extremely helpful in assisting us with information about the area. We ended up going White Water River Rafting, Fly Fishing, visiting local attractions and eating at the best restaurants in town! I have told all of my friends and family about this hidden treasure and will DEFINITELY return year after year. We highly recommend this place!

what a pleasant surprise! We tried to go to our usual restaurant for lunch but it was closed. So we decided to try Vinny's. it was really a very good meal. Husband had fish tacos, I had Lilly's Special Soup, we shared edemame and a Lake Monster Roll. at the end of our meal we were treated with a decadent chocolate brownie. food was awesome. we will be going back! only drawback is that there is not any wine there :-( sad...
Vinny's Philly Cheese Steak was SO good...I swear I could see the statue of Rocky Balboa on Philly's Art Museum Steps while I was eating it! Well done Vinny!
Read the reviews. Believe them. Go there. Enjoy the food. Enjoy the ambience. Have fun. This is a place you have to experience to understand.

Found this on Yelp and what a find. Great BBQ had, the brisket sandwich for lunch. Didn't get a picture because it was that good, couldn't wait to start eating. You'll have to stop in to see for yourself. For you out of towner, it's a must. You living in the area and haven't stopped in, your missing out. Warning they close when they are sold out. I posted a picture of a full basket of freshly made ribbon fries (chips). You'll also want to try the freshly made chicharrones, yum.
Drove from whitefish to here... It totally worth it! Food is so delicious! Ribs are delicious, chicharrones are a must. Potato chips are home made so good Service is very good Get here early... Food sells out
If you're near Polson, Montana, this restaurant should be on your travel agenda. The BBQ is homemade and mouthwatering! There are a variety of sauces and unique side dishes to compliment your meal. Get your meal to go and sit along beautiful Flathead Lake or dine in and sit in their cozy dining room. Caution, don't be late, the food is fresh daily so they may run out of your choice selection early.

Oh my goodness! Second summer visit to Polson and we have passed by Finley's and never stopped. Our GREAT fortune that we did this evening. The food and service was amazing. Hubby and I both had the shrimp scampi and it was scrumptious! The bread and sauce they place on the table is wonderful and one serving is not enough! Wine selections were decent and the :"pours" were nice. We won't be back until next summer BUT, we will be back!
We had the good fortune to stop at Finley Point Grill for the first time last Wednesday. Drinks we're buy 1 get the next half price. It was also karaoke night. Markie Mark got things going smoothly with lots of good local singers. My husband is a connoisseur of potato skins - these were the best he's had anywhere. They were to die for! The apple cider pork chop melted in your mouth. Every bite was mmm, mmm delicious. The sirloin steak was cooked to order. Juice and tender. The wedge salad was fresh with lots of quality blue cheese. Everybody treated you like you were family. You can tell they all want you to have the best experience possible. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We will be back - weekly!!
Good lunch of fish and. Chips, and Cobb salad. Everything fresh and tasty. Salad would have been better with crackers or breadsticks. Fish freshly breaded. Service good but not outstanding.

I Ordered a Bernie Burger, so proceeds can go to the 4 year olds battling cancer, but hold the slice of ham, so I can save the calories for a huckleberry shake :) ... It's hot out here!
We had a great lunch at Burgerville. Both the hamburgers and pork sandwich were solid, and the huckleberry shake and onion rings were good. Really nice staff, and the setting is an old school burger joint overlooking the beautiful Flathead (but super clean...they run a quality operation). Can't beat if.
Simply the best old fashioned drive-in around ! Fast superb service always!! The royal-burgers rock!! Family run, hometown business for many years in Polson. If you are driving through Polson,mt. Be sure to stop there !! Can't wait till they open!!

FANTASTIC!!!! I'm gonna kick my own ass for not getting here sooner....I knew it was here, just never put the effort in. Had lunch there and the burger are Freakin' awesome!!! They come on a Ciabatta roll (A GOOD one!) PERFECTLY cooked. Fast and super friendly service, price is a little higher than some spots, but clearly a case of you pay a little more to get A LOT better, and thet includes room vibe, staff, and food. Looking the dinner menu over, they have LOTS of stuff to try. I'm gonna be there a few more times before i leave And Tom Waits playing on the system was a nice touch. BIG fan !!!!!
East Shore Smokehouse cooks up some pretty good food, and the staff and decor are legit too. Overall, I was pleased with the meal I ate there, but in this review I'll focus on what the restaurant ought to improve, in my opinion. For one thing, there were a fair number of flies and moths inside, which was rather offputting. Apart from that, the staff sometimes crossed the line from being sincere to being overfriendly and pandering, so if they dialed things back just a little, they'd be solid. The food itself was pretty nice, but I found it to be somewhat greasy in some cases (sweet potato fries and chips), and too heavy and savory with respect to the chicken and pork barbecue we got. I know the whole point of barbecue is to give you the taste of meat, fat, and smoke, but I've had barbecue that I've adored, and this just wasn't it. Again, I must emphasis that I was quite happy with my experience overall, but it would take a couple improvements to make ESS a top notch place in my book.
Awesome setting. We sat on the patio under the big Evergreen on a beautiful evening. BBQ combo was good but prime rib dish was a bit overcooked. Check out the bunnies before you leave. Thanks yelp for recommending this one as the setting made it great for my last vacation dinner!

Very good breakfast and fun atmosphere. I definitely recommend their 'smash browns'...awesome! So glad we stopped in here to grab breakfast before we hit the road. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious! If you are in the area, stop in and eat here!
Ate at Betty's today on first visit to Polson and its a great place for our lunch. Great outdoor seating. Amazing view. We also need gluten free options and Betty's is ahead of the game in that arena. Worth the stop for sure.
Very nice diner. Fast service and fair serving sizes. We had breakfast and the coffee is excellent.

99% of the time when I get a pizza here in town, it's from Pizza Hut. Consistent quality, very friendly service. As I understand it, it's a privately owned franchise. Be careful of Pizza Hut's new Drizzle Sauce, my Balsamic was over-powering, and was not given the option of being able to put it on half the pizza when I ordered online. I have talked with 'The Powers That Be' and I now understand I can TRY a Drizzle Sauce by asking them to put the sauce in a condiment container to be applied to a slice to try. I highly admire the effort Pizza Hut takes for customer satisfaction...especially being a national chain thang.

Food is all made from scratch. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Quaint restaurant with outside seating.
HUGE sandwiches. a 12 inch will kill you. stick with the italian ingredients and you cant go wrong. would have loved a less "wonderbread" style bun for their stellar ingredients (or maybe toast them for some substance??) but maybe weirdos dont like bread that doesnt resemble sponge cake thats good for dentures. dunno. anyhow. yummy. nice staff. bit threadbare in the deli cases, but what they had was great. VERY HARD TO FIND, as street address is not accurate, and they have teeensy tinsy leetle signs that you CANT see from the street. we circled the block 3x trying to find the place. yeah, its kinda down an alley and shares a parking lot on the opposite side of its actual street address. BIGGER SIGN, GUYS! THINK PEOPLE IN CARS! go, eat. get italian deli. f*** subway, and mcdonalds. eat here! they are cheaper for better food!
I've eaten there once...the sandwich was very tasty; but for the price, the sandwich was more of an hor dourve. Still very hungry after eating it.

We stopped here the day after Xmas while driving through, after walking around Polson looking for an open restaurant. I was about to settle on the salad bar when we noticed they had gluten free pizza. My son and I were stoked. The pizza was excellent - one of the best gf crusts I've ever had and the sauce made it one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Our travels brought me through Polson again so I stopped in to verify my initial findings. I just took my first bite and am a happy man. Ps my wife said the gf crust was better than the regular one.
Haven't eaten yet but if the service is any indication of the food it's not going to e good!
Never got to eat here but gave 4 stars because of customer service. There oven broke offer a full refund plus free sandwiches. Nice place will try again when things are up and working.
