In town for just one night with the family and Bullman's was a great place for us to grab dinner. The service was fantastic and the food was amazing (thank you again Rachel K. For the great suggestions). We're already planing our next visit when we're back in Kalispell.

Pizza was ok, the rest was a disappointment The restaurant is in a small corner of a building near the movie theater. The decor appeared new. The sign at the entrance stated to seat ourselves, so we did. The restaurant was reasonably busy but there were tables available. We were greeted and our order taken quickly. We ordered cheese bread (came with ranch and cold marinara dipping sauces), apple walnut salad (huge and got two different dressings), goat cheese pesto pizza (medium) and pepperoni pizza (large). I ordered a soda water (carbonated water) and they didn't have any but they did have sodas from the dispenser. My spouse's first beer was a little warm but the second was fine (good selection but all their beer was bottled). The food was reasonably tasty and reasonably priced. If I'd return, I'd ask the arugula be removed and raw tomato be cooked on the goat cheese pizza and the marinara dipping sauce be served warm. The real downside was the service. Our drinks didn't get refilled quickly and our glasses stood empty for some time. Our salad and appetizer plates didn't get removed and replaced with clean dinner plates for the entrees. We ate our pizza on the plates we ate our salad. We had to avoid placing the pizza on the leftover dressing. Everything seemed to take a long time including getting the bill and a box for the leftovers. This restaurant has room for improvement.

I am bummed. I love this place but last night my pizza was cold. It was out on the counter and all the servers would look at and would walk right past it.

These people know what they are good at and stick to it! Great four star Pizza! **** The only reason they dont get a four star rating is the service and lack of attention to detail. The service: They have great service if you sit at the counter (It is the preferred seat if you are dining alone during the winter as it is in front of a warm brick oven) but you might get lost in the shuffle of a full house. From time to time we are left wanting for drinks or some other amenity, but overall it is usually a pleasurable experience. The food: The Pizzas are wonderful, with a fresh selection of meats, veggies, herbs, and cheeses. they also have a chili/ herb/ garlic oil that is tasty and a welcome change from the crushed red pepper also at your disposal. decent bottled beer selection however it would be very nice to have some quality local beers on tap. The price: The price is a little on the high side at $16-$18 for a 15"-16" pizza. You can get a much larger pizza across the street with more toppings for about the same price... But does it taste better? Kids may not care however a discriminating adult might just choose Bullman's...

I am extremely picky when it comes to pizza and salad and I must say that Bullman's definitely exceeded my expectations. From the time, we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly. The atmosphere was great although, the tables were pretty close so not much privacy. The feta cheese vinaigrette dressing is a must try. The pizza was perfect especially the crust. I didn't catch our servers name, but she was very attentive even when she got super busy. I would definitely recommend Bullman's if you're in the Kalispell area and looking for a great pizza experience.

Love this place, a little on the pricey side but worth every dollar. I got the crazy mountain and all I can say is pizza heaven!! The crust is perfect, crunchy on the outside, nice and chewing on the inside, with a touch of smoke that only a wood fire pizza can deliver.

Great wood fired pizza place. Staff was attentive and polite and food was good. Pretty standard fare in terms of selection.

    (4)
  • Collin K.

Crazy Mountian pizza. No olives. Super good. Wood fired pizza is hard to beat. The staff did okay for only being two girls against a full restaurant. You could get as good of pizza other places but in not sure about here since I'm no local. The mango salad dressing is really good too. I have to eat a salad with pizza or I feel kinda greasy so the side salad option worked for me.

My family and I recently tried out Bullman's; we're very glad we did. The pizza was excellent and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The downfall of this eatery is the layout. It is generic and strip mall cookie-cutter, so when it gets busy it can be a little off, as others have stated. Wait staff is what you would expect from a cookie-cutter strip mall establishment. They come and they go. Nothing special to report in that regard. The general manager, the big quiet fellow, subtly directing the coming and goings of the staff is the cornerstone. He is actually the head chef. He trained in Europe as a pastry chef then having worked in a number of key restaurant in the Seattle area before joining us in the Flathead. Unfortunately he is not the owner, so his hands are loosely tied but he aims for the best ingredients and can make a great meal. Back to the pizza, kissed by flame and still cooking when served. These pizzas are a refreshing change from the sludge in downtown Kalispell and East Coast slices in Whitefish. Zesty and alive with real flavor. Best served with a cold beer before the piping hot oven. (We prefer the bar ourselves... Especially when the snow is falling and winds are blowing.) Salads are very good as well with a side order of cheese-sticks, which is more like a small pizza. Finding the right meal for your family is key here. Once the right size and type of pizza have been learned, this should become a staple eatery when going out. Each pizza is radically different from the next. Which is why this is a fun place to visit. So if you have one that 'does no do it' for you do not give up. If in the area shopping this is nice spot to consider. Head to movie theater parking lot, you will find them nearby.

Waitress had a serious attitude problem. Poor management. Pizza was just ok. Certainly not good enough to put up with surly, slow help and high prices.

This is good pizza. The restaurant is just not outstanding in any particular way. The ambience is a little funky, service disjointed, and the pizza is there, coming from a brick oven, but its not memorable. You walk in to what seems to be the back door and then you have to walk thru the crowd to get to the counter to be seated. I don't know, something is just not clicking here. But it's OK. Now if you want interesting pizza, go to Moose's. If you want Italian and cheaper by the slice, go to Scottibellis (the location near the Blue Cow), if you want raw New York, go to 2nd Street in Whitefish, but if you want Amazing Pizza, go to Missoula to Biga! Now that's some Pizza!!

Great pizza!! The BBQ chicken pizza is the best. Good people but service is kinda slow because it's wood fired pizza which makes it even more delicious. Pretty pricey though. But over all good place.

Better than your average pizza joint, Bullman's Wood Fire Pizza has a stash of firewood beside their pizza oven, and they know how to use it. The flavor od the Goat Cheese and Pesto Pizza was fantastic. The fresh arugula on top makes a great contrast to the pizza underneath, but the real star of the show is the fantastic goat cheese they put on it. I could eat that goat cheese with a spoon. It's probably good enough to convert people who think they don't like goat cheese.

We knew we had been wanting to go here before we had to leave Kalispell and having tried Mooses and Angela's, it went without saying. They were so good, we should have been going here since we got to town. We got there about 7:15 and they close at 8pm on Sunday, we must have just got there in time because they did turn people away about fifteen minutes later.. There were a few tables with people finishing. We opted to go with two mediums pizzas so we could try different ones. The mediums, averaging $11 each, are not that big, but we did leave with a small box. Plenty for two people. Plenty of toppings and cheese, there is just nothing more you could ask of pizza, oh wait, flavor, flavor might be something you would ask for, and this one has it. If you are in town on a short stint and have to pick between Mooses or here, come here for the pizza and go to Mooses for the beer and carving your name on the wall.

  • Ben G.

Best pizza in town (unless you're looking for a deep dish) and a pretty good atmosphere. Only down side is they don't have a liquor license that allows them to have beer on tap, at least that is what I've heard. The cheese sticks are awesome.

We were very pleased with both our salad and pizza and the service provided by Erin. We ordered the Greek Salad which was perfect with fresh greens, mixed peppers, plenty of olives, as well as diced red onion and cucumbers. They served the dressing on the side which is good as my wife prefers very little dressing while I like a little more. We ordered a large pizza with Italian sausage and prosciutto which was delicious, crisp thin crust similar to pizza we have had in Italy. We could only eat half so if you don't like left overs a medium would be ample for two people along with a salad. Large selection of medium priced beer and Pepsi products. Erin was a great server, very cheery, efficient and friendly. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the tinny, rather loud background music which was annoying. We will definitely return!

Best pizza in the Valley. The boyfriend and I ordered the Pioneer, and the crust was perfectly thin, just the right amount of cheese, and perfect greasiness (just enough not too much). I'm glad we stumbled in here!

They try to make thin crust here...but once you have been to Tony's Napoletana in SF North Beach, there is no going back. It looks pretty with trendy decor, but the pizza combinations just do not hit the mark. Bland due to poor quality ingredients.

    (2)
  • Nick K.

Good food average service. Went there on Black Friday and they only had one server so it was a bit slow but it wasn't horrible, have had way worse. The food came out fast and hot. The crust was great crispy but not burnt which can ruin a pizza no matter how good the ingredients are. Would definitely go back and try again.

Great little pizza place. Good location. We had the Mediterranean salad. Dressing was good. Salad was big enough for 2 or 3 to share. We also had a medium pizza the "Rocky Mountain" with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella. We also added artichokes hearts for a simple dollar more. Very fresh and tasty.

    (4)
  • Levantino D.

Excellent thin crust, very close to authentic Italian. Very fast wood cooked pizza and service. May be because we came in late, 8pm on a Monday. Great deal for the price, atmosphere and service. You can have the 14" Large pizza half and half. You'll enjoy it.

We wanted pizza after a week at Glacier NP, and our choice came down to Bullman's and Moose's Saloon. Eventually we decided upon Bullman's, saving Moose's infamous ambience for next time. We were extremely happy with our decision. Fantastic pizza, coupled with a fine selection of microbrews... how can you go wrong? In particular, we were pleasantly surprised by the many vegetarian options. (Never fear carnivores: There is plenty here for you too.)

Dined with 4 adults and 3 kids and all were thrilled with the meal. Fancy pizza for the adults and more traditional fare for the kids. Fun to see the big wood fired pizza oven. Good beer selection too.

After seven days of camping in Glacier National Park, we were ready for some good beer and pizza. Fortunately this place fit the bill and it lived up to our expectations. The pizza was delicious and so was the beer. It was just what we needed after so much camping and hiking!

I can't believe no one has written a review about this place! The pizza's are wood fired, great ingredients and great service! Big fan of the "Bridger"....mmm pancetta! Can't wait to get back to MT and have one! Big shout to RC!

Bullman's is the best thin crust pizza, wood fired, stop in Kalispell. They have large salads and sandwiches. This is NOT the usual FAT BOMB Montana pizza that most people should avoid. Everything here is fresh, high quality, and delicious. They are across the parking lot from the movie complex. They are very friendly. A good family destination.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
