Delightful small bistro with indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent service. French onion soup daily, tasty, not too salty and hot when served. A+. Salads were perfect. This is a "must come back to try other items" kind of restaurant. Desserts were numerous so I tried the daily special of cherry "custard" which was light and allowed the cherry flavor to dominate. The chocolate mousse was "difficult to find words sufficiently superlative" to do it justice! And the choice of drinks was almost excessive and included imported French sodas, multiple flavored coffees and steamed milk with or without flavoring. So quit reading my review and grab your keys to drive to A Taste of Paris.

We just enjoyed a delicious, authentic French lunch right here in the Bitterroot! My onion soup was perfectly prepared (not too salty as cheap imitations sometimes are!) and served hot but not scalding. I had the Geraldine special drink that was exactly as advertised-exact balance of sweet and sour. The chocolate mousse was outstanding as well. We had a young man as our server who is in high school here but had the poise and manners of a seasoned French waiter. The outdoor seating was especially delightful today.

The real deal for a French café. In addition to some good food and pastries, you can also pick up some French items for the home (cookies - mustards - sauces - etc).

What a great little gem! The ognion soup is amazing, real ham, triple cream brie, home made cream puffs = heaven in Hamilton ( who knew!) Got to go back for dinner to taste the Vol au Vent, Boeuf Bourgignon etc. They have a beautiful wine list too.

Summary: great food, great service. I know its odd to have a french place in Hamilton, but I'm French, and trust me its good. Full review: Wife and I enjoyed a very tasty lunch at this out-of-place but very welcomed spot in Hamilton. I enjoyed the french onion soup and zucchini crepe, while my wife had the ratatouille. French Onion Soup VERY flavorful and delicious. Includes two other pieces of bread that you can use to dunk in the soup after you've worked your way though the first one. Crepe Tasty, although i found the zucchini flavor a bit strong. I would have preferred a traditional crepe like a Complete (ham, egg, cheese) but it was not available on the menu. Ratatouille Tasty and fresh. Really enjoyed this although it did need a touch more salt. La Duchesse (dessert) One word: AMAZING. This is a must-have at this place. Tasty chocolate with creme anglais, was our favorite part of the meal.

Absolutely a delight. Happened upon it accidentally and we're very happy with the end result. Very fresh and authentic food as I have been to France twice. Excellent wine choices as we'll and cream puffs to die for. Would definitely go again. Friendly owner and staff.

Wow! Just... Wow! A wonderfully unexpected addition since our last trip to Hamilton. The atmosphere is perfect, the people wonderful, and the food is top notch. If you are looking for the perfect place to have a meal that is not your typical burger and fries, this is it. Our experience started with a cake. We needed a cake for a special birthday on just a day's notice. We were turned away at a nearby bakery and are sure glad we were! We accidentally met the gracious and delightful Laurence on the sidewalk outside her cafe, described our predicament, and she described the two cakes she could make and invited us to choose one. Both sounded amazing, so it was really a coin toss for us... And we won. We picked up the cake the next afternoon. A butter cake with pears, almond custard baked in, and, in Laurence's words "copious amounts of chocolate ganache." It felt very dense and heavy in the box, but it was delightfully light and fresh to eat. We're an international family, well traveled, we have varying tastes and have a few amateur chefs among us. But, we all agreed this was perhaps the best cake we'd ever eaten - an absolute delight. This willingness to go the extra mile and this attention to detail and great tastes seem to permeate everything at A Touch of Paris. Don't miss out on the wonderfulness of this place when you next visit Hamilton!

I went with my family today for a late lunch (2pm), and it had just been packed right before getting there. It had quieted down by the time we started eating and we had a lovely time. Two of us ordered the Tuesday special (I forget what it is called - boullete?), which was delicious. I ordered the ham and cheese billini (I forget how to spell it...) and french onion soup, which were both exquisite. And the last dish ordered was a mushroom crêpe, also quite good. The restaurant is also a shop, where you can buy all kinds of French novelties, soaps, cheeses, juices, etc. There is something for everyone, and it's all quite tasty.

I went with my eight-year-old twin girls got there at 5:30 didn't leave until 7pm. Got The dessert to go. my girls loved the food and didn't seem to mind the wait. They played outside but it did take a long time. Can't wait to try it for breakfast and to try it for lunch- I think breakfast and lunch might be their stronger suit. It's delightful that it's in Hamilton!

Never been to Paris, but I can't imagine this place wouldn't do well there too. Excellent food and attention to detail. Nice people. Had the crepes and a variety of pastries in three visits. Excellent scones and pastries of many varieties. Definitely worth a visit.

My friend and I were traveling through the Bitterroot Valley and to our great luck we came across a flyer for this magnificent Restaurant. So we went there. Let me tell you that coming from Switzerland and used to excellent croissants and bread I was always disappointed with the Croissants I sampled in the United States. What a delight to come across and savor one of the best almond croissant ever, freshly made !! My friend followed suit and tried it as well and till this day he marvels and raves about it too. We were sitting outside on the very lovely, cozy and very pristine patio. What a delight to have such a great experience. The owner Laurence with whom we had the pleasure to chat for a while prepares everything from scratch. It is like eating a home made meal prepared with love. What a great symbiosis of excellent cooking craftsmanship and a love to prepare the best food for your customers. Thank you so much Laurence for this outstanding experience. We will definitely come back. What also struck me that it is so much more than a Bistro/Restaurant, the tables are nicely set up with white table cloth and fine cutlery. Like one could expect in a fine dining restaurant. I could tell that much attention to details had been applied. Outstanding memory of the Bitterroot Valley, can't wait to go back for more than croissants. Merci beaucoup Laurence et tous mes meilleures voeux, Ursula

Freshly made croissants in Hamilton? This creperie, about to add a dinner menu, serves authentic French food. My lunch of light crepe with smoked salmon, pencil thin asparagus and homemade hollandaise was melt-in-your-mouth yummy. The veggies are purchased through a French operation in the U.S. And if you need a gift for a francophile, you'll find a fascinating collection of food and household items straight from France. Ooh la la!
