This review is for the staff, not on the chain restaurant itself. I was staying across the parking lot in the motel. As I settled in for the night, my hunger from driving 14 hours finally caught up with me. I ventured across the parking lot and arrived to a Pizza Hut that was nearly closing. The staff was cleaning up the dining area (it was a dine-in Pizza Hut) and getting ready to close. As I was contemplating on what to eat next on my phone, one of the staff members came outside to come inside. Although they were getting ready to close, the staff was kind enough to make a pizza for me before they left. We chatted for about 20 minutes until the pizza was ready. Apparently, they were used to visitors arriving minutes prior to closing. They don't get much tourists and the town is very small and close-knit. It also helped that the two of the staff members were very cute and curious of my relocation to Seattle! ;)

Wow was this place a good find! It's definitely a small town diner, complete with cowboy decor, plastic tablecloths and keno machines in the back. But the service was good, the food was delicious - I had the sirloin steak, baked potato, and salad - and the prices were good. The only thing I didn't understand was the giant basked of stale breadsticks they served as an appetizer. If you're looking for a good, basic dinner, this is a great place to stop.
Horrible service and would never go there again. Dinner was almost gone before waitress finally surfaced and asked if everything was ok. Although the steak was overcooked we didn't dare say anything. Once dinner was done, waited 15 mins for a go container for the scraps. I finally got up and got that myself! Then continued to wait for the bill....and wait. Had to ask another waitress for it because never did see our server again. TV was blasting loud as we were told we had to eat in the bar area and a football game was on. All of it going on and who appeared to be the owners sat right there and watched it all. Worst $60.00 bucks ever spent!!!!
Came here at the recommendation of our caddie. Had the mini tacos which were really tasty, drinks were nice and well price. Old school decor and town was quaint!

We stopped here for dinner last night After reading the reviews we weren't sure what to expect but it was close and we were hungry First off after reading the reviews we both had to try their famous tomato soup It was delicious !! Chunks of tomato in creamy tomato.... Devine I got Rainbow trout French fries and coleslaw .. ( now I have never had trout... I have had almost all other types of fish.. Catfish, bass, bluegill, cod, walleye etc ) But this trout was way way too fishy tasting for me... My husband tried it said that's the way it taste ... So guess it's just that kind of fish... On the other hand the French. Fries were cooked perfect Coleslaw was ok but a little on the bland side.. Hubby got a club sandwich and fries He's cloud was great. They even used real turkey ( not sliced lunch meat ) Did have to ask for extra mayo I also got a slice of blueberry cheese cake to go It was amazing ! Fresh blueberries in a blueberry sauce cheesecake was light an airy. A great treat ! Service was good. Nothing exceptional but good. Food arrived fast and hot. And they were busy Not pricy And the place was clean Right at the truck stop so plenty of truck and trailer parking All in all a good meal at good deal ... If in the area again and looking for something to eat we will for sure stop here again My only regret is I wish I had got done tomato soup to go with us lol
Friendly service, clean, and a good local-type diner. Have the meatloaf! Buffalo burger is also good. Guy in red cap by soda machine won't stop staring at me, though.
Ok this place is divey but the only reason anyone stop is for the tomato soup. It is the best, EVER. I always make a stop on my way to Missoula. I get the club sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. I love it with a million crackers crumbled in it. Then I get a quart to come home with me. It almost has a sweet flavor to it which is probably why it's so famous. Ps- the chicken fried steak is also a good bet ....and so is the chicken and rice soup :) ENJOY
