Best pizza in Bozeman including the price. Classic casual setting and good location. Friendly service.

Excellent pan pizza, wheat or white crust. My little one liked the NY pizza, but it had a crispy crust, so I'd call it a CA crust. My husband had the manicotti and devoured it. Service was excellent.

Get the Hyalite Special!!! it's phenomenal with chicken, bacon, jalapeno, pineapple, and red onion. They have invented their own sauce called the pink sauce. It pushes this pizza over the top!!!! They also have the best dough of any pizza place in Bozeman HANDS DOWN! People nitpick and complain too much about things like carpet and a lack of big screen TV's. It's not that kind of place, just a little hole in the wall with solid food and a chill atmosphere. I love this place!! It's everything you want in a local pizza joint and a Bozeman institution.

Went with a large group for a birthday party. It was kind of empty so it was a nice social setting. Order the Bobcat special. Pizza itself was pretty good. Ingredients were on point but not a huge fan of the crunchy crust. I prefer soft/chewy crust. Other than that, a really great little restaurant.

I like the pizza and salad bar! I'm a transplant eat coaster and this is one of the few places in Bozeman I like the pizza. The inside of the place could definitely use a sprucing up. I love a good family owned business

I love it here! Pizza by the slice and great pies. The ambiance is great and classic pizza dining! Highly recommended for groups!

Pizza is decent enough, but badly overpriced for what you get. Two tiny slices for about $7... and I was hungry again within an hour. I can afford it, but it feels criminal paying that much for a tiny serving of pizza.

Often crowded place with benches leaving the tables too close to my belly and tables too close for people and waiters walking thru. GREAT pizza though...and a small but good, fresh salad bar too. Nice back room with TV for "larger" group. Friendly staff. Right across from MSU college.

I had not eaten here for several years. The pizza is still fantastic. A very good crust with amazing sauce and generous toppings.

Colombo's has gotten a lot of my money over the years. I'd say they're head to head with Bridger Brewing as the best pizza in town, which earns it four stars as the bar is set pretty low out here (but then you don't move here for the pizza). Bobcat Special, Spinach Pie and Tomato Pie are all great, especially on a pan crust. Seriously, get the pan crust. We frequently get our pizza to go, but we also enjoy dining in here. Just a good, laid back vibe in this place. Service has always been friendly. I've had one pizza get messed up over maybe 50 orders, and when it happened, they took care of me.

Great college pizzeria vibe and friendly staff. Price is really good value, especially for slices (lunch only).

We had a pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, and green pepper. The crust was perfect to my liking as it was thin and crisp, with just the right amount of air. This is Roman pizza. Sauce was great. Here's the deal....the Italian sausage. They make their own. Probably the most flavorful I have ever had.

Pretty good pizza - fair prices too. And.... not five star by any means. Little burnt remnants from the oven were stuck to the bottom of my pizza both times I've been in. I will go back.... but those who say this is 5 star need to get out more. Frieldy staff though! Tom C.

This has always been a personal favorite of mine. They have great pizza and the staff is always very friendly. I also enjoy the kind of older look the restaurant gives off. Enjoy!

I love pizza, and Colombo's is BY FAR the best i've ever had!!! I went to MSU and lived 2 short blocks from this joint---had dinner here VERY often. It is consistently delicious, every single time. You get loaded up with toppings and the crust is always crisp and flavorful. I always had left overs for days after which was always a nice "breakfast" for the mornings. You can see your pizza being made to order as well. Salad bar and pasta are good too. i just stick to what they do best-pizza! A fun family/young college student/date-worthy atmosphere. Everyone fits in and you feel like family here. Good prices kept us coming back for more. You will not be disappointed!!

Awesome. They sell slices with a variety of toppings and sauces during the day. Paired with one of the many draft or bottled beers, it makes for the perfect lunch, especially near campus. And a nice salad bar to boot! Service is always fast and courteous, and Joe the owner is as friendly as they get. Cheers!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
