Stopped in from Gulf Shores to Southaven. Read reviews and sounded like a great local stop for our family of 4. We were right! Kids loved the horse ride inside. Family friendly staff, great local food and relaxed atmosphere. Worth the 4 minute drive off I-55.

I picked this place based upon previous Yelp ratings and am glad to see that it lived up to those ratings. That being said and based upon my experience, I can't think of anything bad to say about this restaurant. The food was excellent, service great, decor in line with the location and the people friendly. I ordered the Dining Car (?) which is a chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon, provolone cheese and a white BBQ-type sauce, all on a sourdough bun and fries. I was very pleased with the softness of the bun as I'm a sucker for great bread and it made the sandwich that much better. Fries were from a bag based upon texture but good also. I didn't have dessert but the cakes on the counter were very appealing. I'd recommend this place to anyone passing through. The attached bar still has, what looks like, the original flooring from when this place was a train station. Keep up the great work!

Knocked my socks off! Eclectic and friendly, tables tops decoupaged in old newspapers, chairs upholstered in t-shirts. From burgers to chicken cheese grits it was all tasty. Standard beer menu, but it's more than made up by the quality of the food. Save room for desert, cookies, cupcakes and freshly baked cakes as tall as the water tower down the street. One of the best choices in Winona.

We're a party of 6 on a Saturday for lunch, driving from Slidell, LA to Memphis, visiting from California. This was a great stop for all of us. We all ordered something different: salad sampler, BLT, open faced roast beef sandwich, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, G-Daddy burger and the kids pizza sticks. The food was fresh and delicious. I tried 2 dressings for my salad, the comeback sauce and honey mustard. As recommended by another reviewer, we asked for pimento cheese on the side so we could all taste it. Delish! Best of all was the service. The gals we're welcoming, accommodating and super sweet. We all had a wonderful experience!

We were traveling from North Mississippi to Jackson and we wanted a fun place to store for lunch. The decor is creative, funky and old. The food is basic, but done well.

I wanted to love this place, cute location and building, plus, I want small businesses to succeed. It took 20 minutes for staff to acknowledge we entered, additional 5 minutes for menus, additional 5 minutes for drinks and additional 30 minutes for food. Ordinarily we would have left after 10 minutes of being ignored, but we didn't have anything else to do and there was an electrical outlet to charge my phone. My Smokehouse burger was served on a cold, limp, bun with cold cheese, barely warm meat and spoiled tasting bacon. After the bacon was removed, the BBQ sauce was the only thing with flavor. My husband said his TX toast and HB steak had flavor and was almost hot enough. His FFs looked good, but were cold. The salad, they forgot to bring till after the entree, looked fresh he said was good. I was pretty tired of hearing, "I'm so sorry." If this is a typical evening, I don't know how they stay in business. :-(

Stopped here on a drive up from Jackson. Wonderful food and super friendly staff. Very cool old train depot also.

I ate there a couple of times and both were pretty good. It's a small quaint place with modern culinary. I will say if you are a cheesesteak fan this isn't the place for you. Everything inside of bun was done well but was served on a crappy roll and everyone knows the roll can make or break a good cheesesteak. Everything else though was delicious. I would recommend a pop in.

Stopped here on the way back from north ms based on online reviews. For a casual small town diner, this was very good. I had the salad sampler with pim cheese subbed for salad and an apple salad (apples, walnuts, raisins, grapes, in a mayo light dressing) they subbed for broccoli salad as they were out if it. Very good especially apple one and pim cheese. The pasta salad was just ok. My husband had the chicken salad which was huge with an order of fries. It was also very good and on an excellent sour dough bun. We didn't try dessert as the servings were so generous. The service was fine, although we did just stand around awkwardly for several minutes then seated ourselves. Still I think it's 5 stars for a diner based on fresh house made food and price. I posted pics of our meals and also the menu. They also have a daily special but we got there too late for it.

We went to The Tracks on the recommendation of our hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food and hospitality were excellent. Three of us tried the Shrimp and Cheesy Grits which were amazing. My son thought they were a little spicy, so if you have someone with a delicate palate, you might order without the spicy sauce. I was told that the caramel cake was the best around. Unfortunately, they were sold out the night we went. So if you're there in the middle of the week you should definitely try it out. Servers were both very friendly and talkative.

A good little spot for a nice, cheap lunch. The only downside is that the burger doesn't come with fries, you have to order them as a side!
