The food was delicious. I had a wonderful late night dinner. The waitress was real friendly and helpful. My steak was cooked perfectly.

I wanted a reason to give this restaurant a better score, but they denied me at every turn. 15 minutes we patiently waited for a waiter to take our drink order. 10 more passed before we received our sweet tea. It was delicious. I will say it was the best sweet tea I have had in awhile. Our server was polite, and well mannered, but so very slow. I ordered the 6oz sirloin (med rare), with grilled shrimp skewers, cinnamon apples, and an extra side of grilled mushrooms, and a side salad. The other order a simple Fried cheese and bacon burger with fries, and honey mustard on the side. Fried pickles as an appetizer. Side salad arrives almost instantly. Very good, and very fresh. Croutons were to die for! Great redemption right?! ...... Fried pickles were very good after arriving 20 minutes later, but a mysterious other appetizer arrived....fried mushrooms? I quickly got our servers attention and he apologized for the mix up. I wanted grilled mushrooms with my entree. Another 15 minutes crawl by before we are served, and tea refilled. Behold the dinner rolls arrived with the meal...again an apology for forgetting them. My steak at first a perfect med rare on the ends, but the middle dry,and over cooked. The entire steak lacked seasoning; the shrimp however were perfectly grilled and seasoned so well. What is going on in that kitchen?! Cinnamon apples were fine, nothing special. Missing were the grilled mushrooms...he informed me they would be out in a moment. I finished my meal before they arrived almost 20 minutes later. They however were perfect. Juicy, seasoned, grilled mushrooms that I actually loved! The fried cheese and bacon burger was just OK. It was missing the signature sauce, and the honey mustard just never arrived. It was cooked properly, but it was nothing special. She stated "it's just ok" Too many hit and misses with this place to warrant a better rating. Maybe the server was having an off night or the kitchen was struggling with a short staff, but I don't think I will be back anytime soon. I will eventually need to come back for the mushrooms, but it's not a top priority. Mediocrity at best, and it makes me sad.

Anyone who concludes that this is "good food" has the palate of a goat. It is at best over-priced, mediocre, chain restaurant fare. It won't kill you, but the food that comes out of the back of the food service truck and into the "kitchen" of this place is about as ordinary as it comes. I was greeted by staff that was more interested in socializing with one another, a vaguely unpleasant smell (I should have left but was tired and did not relish trying another place), and a faux "roadhouse" atmosphere conjured up by some corporate committee. There are a lot more alternatives. Choose one. I won't go back.

Not a fan of Logans, I come alone when people are having a function. The food was bland, this tends to happen with chain restaurants after they have been open for awhile

Nice place. Nice server behind the bar. Lunchtime. Being a vegetarian this would usually not be the first place I'd stop. But they do have things other than meat...so I ordered the nachos. Warning.... don't order them! All it consisted of was about 20 nacho chips, 3-4 tomato chips and...about a pound of cheese out of a can! Aye caramba. There was so much canned cheese that it covered the bottom of the tray and almost every chip was soaked and inedible. But hey....good place for carnivores. My suggestion? Used shredded cheese and put in broiler...

All I can say is wow. We went to this place around 6pm on a Saturday. Totally empty and I found out the hard way why. Service sucked. Waiter only came 1 time and that was to take our order. We had nothing to drink the entire time. Ordered a steak with fries and mushrooms. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came back well WELL done. Me and my girl had waited 30-45 mins just to get our order and when we do get it, its a total disaster. AVOID this place.

My friend and I went out to dinner at this Logans Roadhouse on last night, and I regret to say, more than likely, we won't return. For starters, when we walked in, the greeter did not give us a friendly greeting. He just looked at us and said, "How many?" We stood for about 5 mins, then he asked was a booth at the bar ok. We agreed. After he sat us, he just laid the menus down on the table and walked away. We sat and looked at the menus and small talked, not realizing we had been sitting for about 25 mins and no one had stopped by to take our drink order. 3 different servers walked by our table several of times and no one bothered to stop by. Finally, though he seemed very busy, Brandon stopped by to ask if someone had taken our order. He immediately took our drink orders and food order. Salads took quite some time to come to the table, but like I stated before, he seemed very busy. We were assuming he had a section on the other side of the restaurant. When the food finally came, it wasn't the entire order. My friend received his food, and I was told that my steak was delivered to the wrong table and that they were starting on the remake right away. We were trying to figure out why it took the manager so long to come to the table. The server was communicating with us but it seemed as if the manager shouldve been there a lot earlier. When my steak finally came, it wasn't how I ordered it. But I didn't complain about it since so many other things had gone wrong. The icing in the cake is, they only took off $8 from the bill after that terrible night. I wish I had names of the servers that kept walking past our table ignoring us. Maybe if we had have been seated in a regular section, we would have received better service.

Food is good but our server sucked! Her boyfriend came in and got VIP service from her, we waited 20 minutes for bread, she forgot salad dressing when she brought our food we waited 10 minutes for a to go box which we had to get from another waitress after our waitress clearly forgot.

Fairly empty for a Monday night. Friendly service Peanuts at the bar $3 20oz miller lite Broccoli smothered in butter; delicious Sirloin a little over-cooked but the seasoning was delicious, strong flavors

This was the first place I wanted to go when I got back from Italy. I loved this place. But this last time we were there, we had a problem. I ask to be seated in a booth, we were taken to a high top table. Seeing at least ten booths open I told them we did not want a high top table, we prefered a booth. We were given a pager and told we would have to wait on a booth. 30 minutes later the pager still had not gone off, and the booths were still empty. We spoke to a manager and we were rudely told "You can wait or leave, I dont care". We wont ever be back.

Well I really hate to do this, in fact I'd normally just not bother leaving a review. I think this place has run it's course, and if I were a betting man, I'd say it won't be around much longer. The mere fact you can walk straight in here on a Saturday night and it be dang near empty tells you thing aren't well. This place used to be a fine restaurant that we would come to and wait in line for forty five minutes and eat peanuts. Guess what? If there was some crazy reason you would have to wait, no more peanuts, because you can't throw the shells on the floor. Time to order, I feel rushed, even though there are enough staff for two per table. I ask how much for a particular draft beer, the waitress doesn't know, she will ask bartender. I'm fine with that, she's not going to know everything. She ask him and I can hear him from my table, while he is flirting with the girl bartender. "Uh, I think it's $5.85." So I decide to just get a soda, after which I get, the waitress tells me the draft was $4.00. Does anyone know what is going on? I get my ten dollar sandwich, pretty much two pieces of bread with eight small fries. I think everyone here has given up. I give up too, I'm finished with what used to be a good place. I wish I would have checked yelp first.

We ate here last Saturday night.. The service was horrible. We asked for ranch dressing with our appetizer. We never got it and the server didn't come back. We didn't receive our salads (again, no server), or rolls, or drink refills. When the kitchen brought our steaks out we informed them that we hadn't received salads, rolls, or refills. Our absent server finally reappeared with the salads and rolls. When the manager came around we complained to him. He apologized, said the server had "only been here two weeks", but didn't offer any discount for the horrible service. Don't waste your money here!
