I'm sorry to have to do this, but I've got to retract my earlier favorable review. Over the past year, service has declined, and so has the attention paid to food quality and consistency. You rarely get what's promised these days, and substitutions are made regularly without first informing the customer. Staff seem not to care whether customers get what they order. I've noticed that the owner is rarely around anymore, so that may explain why the restaurant is not meeting expectations and is sometimes closed without warning. BT's was the talk of Pontotoc a year ago for its great food and service. Now, it's still the talk of the town, but not for good reasons.
