    Had a good experience here. Pros: pleasant waitress, good food, cooked to order burgers, lots of choices, free peanuts Cons: appetizer came out after the salad, took a while, fries were cold, limited draft selection and music was a bit loud for the half filled restaurant Overall it was a good atmosphere, we had good food and even though the fries were cold, we were full from our appetizer so we took them to go. If you're in the mood for an appetizer and a good burger, give Logan's a try.

    Went to this logans location to enjoy lunch with my family. The service was awful and the table we was setting at was nasty and had some sticky substance on it. The waitress never did take our food order after being there 20 minutes so we left. I do not recommend dinning at this logans location.

    My first visit here was pretty disappointing, I ordered a steak it was just bad. I only came here a second time because it was the only place open late and it was really close to my hotel. My second trip I called ahead of time to place an order for takeout. I ordered the Southwest Grilled Shrimp Appetizer (Mesquite wood-grilled shrimp with Southwest Seasoning. Served with avocado, diced tomato, Roasted Corn & Black Bean salsa) the corn salsa was pretty tasty but unfortunately they forgot the avocado. I also go the Grilled Steak Salad (Fresh Romaine & iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, bacon, & hard-boiled egg topped with mesquite wood-grilled steak.) It was a very basic salad, I could have made a better one. The steak itself was a little chewy for me. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food when they said it would take 15-20 minutes. The place was empty so I don't know why it took that long. The place had nice big screen TVs at the bar so maybe I'd come back to watch a game but I'd rather eat somewhere else.

    Very good service. Much better than Lone Star next door. We would eat there again. They sat us a table for our small group but when more folks joined theybwere glad to move us to a larger table

    If their was and option for zero stars that's what I would definitely be selecting. Horrible Service the only thing good where the Rolls. It took 30 minutes to get for drinks its almost like the lady forgot we were their and apparently it takes 2 hours make a salad. Not to mention they burnt are stake as well. If I threw it at someone they would get a concussion. Over all this place was horrible!

    We got our food at the same time as our salads. It took 20 mins to get our drinks and you have to get an act of congress to get refill, and our steaks came out purple.

    Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and juicy with flavor. They killed the lobster tail. Sweet Potato was good. The grilled mushrooms were killer. Drinks were good and server was great. If they didn't overcook the lobster this place would have been better. Will try again next time in town.

    Well they have seemed to have learned a lot since the previous reviews. The restaurant was clean. The service was excellent. I give kudos to anyone who can remember the order with out writing it down and get it all right. The food tasted better at this location then I have had at others.

    The service was great. A group of 8 and only 1 error and waitress took responsibility and made it right. I commend her for her service and taking responsibility. Food was wonderful!

    My friend girl and I went for lunch... she is pregnant and we went wherever she wanted... I have been to Logans before and have not been impressed. .. I mean really not impressed with anything. .. but this time I liked everything. .. I had the filet and shrimp with loaded potatoes and macaroni. .. everything was very good.. my friend had the pork chops... she let me taste them and they were awesome. . My filet was awesome as well... but the rolls... the rolls. .. I loved the rolls.. I could have just came and ate the rolls and nothing else.. oh and I had a strawberry lemonade. .. so good.. I just hate there are no free refills but overall I had a good experience! !

    Zero needs to be an option. We've been here 30 minutes. We had to ask our waiter take our order. The first three saucers we got were filthy. The waiter never brought us new ones. The first three rolls we received were a hot mess, and, after we asked for more, he tossed us two on the table and told us that's all he had. A party seated behind us left without even eating. The blue cheese dressing had been watered down, and the salad bowls were nasty, too. We came to this location because it's usually better than the one in Ridgeland. Our food isn't here yet, and our waiter is NOT the most hospitable individual. I do regret coming here today. Short of our food being comped, there's nothing that can fix it. Well, that is if the food ever comes.

    If you're looking for a well-cooked steak and an attentive staff then I suggest looking elsewhere. This is a terrible restaurant.... The service is nonexistent... The food is a gamble at best... Are you feeling lucky??? Personally I don't like the idea of playing Russian Roulette with my food...Be consistent people! I'd like to have a steak cooked the way I like, with the sides I like without having to beg....and I mean BEG for it to come out correct.... If I have an issue with my meal I'd rather not send it back since it will take F-O-R-E-V-E-R... Why bother? It's just not worth the hassle. I'd avoid this restaurant unless of course you're feeling lucky!

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there with my wife today after driving for 11 hours to get a steak, sat at bar. Watched this clown of bartender chat and play with waitresses for 15 min while managing to make three drinks, spilling half of them. He never gave our water, never took our order, or asked if we wanted drinks. 10 min in to it he said he will "help us" then he went ahead and took order from couple that came in after us. I sincerely hope that some one did not show up for work and he was a dish washer filling in, if not then they are in trouble. Spilling drinks, wasting liquor, ignoring us completely: bar was more then half empty! We got up and left. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Logan's!

    The service was horrible. Salad was old and entree was served while I was still eating my salad. Most of the employees were standing around on their phones.

    I'm not trying to be biased because I'm not from the south but it seemed like there was nothing healthy on the menu. It was more like Hearty. Have you ever heard of an Iceberg Salad? No imagination here. Every now and then I could eat some home cooked southern fare but this place wasn't cutting it. Seemed like every appetizer was fried. I ended up ordering a simple Patty Melt. There was no options for avocado. Guess I get spoiled living in Cali. When I got my order the bread looked like a bisquit that was dipped in buttermilk. Yuk. So I just ate the hamburger patty by itself. It was just average. Shoud've just stuck to the refreshing Prickly Pear Unsweetened Iced Tea. The highlight of my visit to this establishment. P.S......that waitress with the afro and the missing teeth is hella funny.

    The service and the food both bring this particular location down. Service: We've been to this location quite a few times and service is usually always a miss. I can recall ONE time we actually had a good, attentive server. The other times, we hardly ever saw our servers which meant we didn't get drink refills, had trouble getting our check, had trouble getting our card back when paying because they were taking too long, etc. Food: You've got about a 50/50 shot of getting good food. Half the time the steaks have a nice flavour and have the time they have no flavour. As for getting your steak cooked at the correct temperature, I'd say you have about a 25% chance. Those aren't very good odds, eh? Then it goes right back to the bad service.... if there's a problem with the food, you're more than likely going to have a problem getting your server to acknowledge you so the issue can be corrected. This place just seems really disorganized. It's like everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It seems they are all trying to get something done, but there's no good direction, so nothing is getting done. Somebody call Management 911 into this place! Unless you go for lunch or about an hour before they close, there's always a pretty significant wait here. They do provide peanuts for you to nosh on while you're waiting (and also at your table). Those who have issues with peanut shells being all over the floor, stay away. If you must eat at Logan's, go to the one at Dogwood; although, it's not much better because I only rated it 3 stars. Let me say this then, if you must have a steak, go to Longhorn at Dogwood... now that's a great place!

    Poor service. Waitress did not check on us. Took care of customers that were seated after us before taking our order. It took 30 minutes just to get a drink. Had to ask several servers and multiple times to get things.

    Terrible service. Place lacks management Bar was a mess. No clean glasses. Was not greeted at the door or when I sat at the bar. After a few minutes I was asked "What do you want". I got up and left.

    Our party of seven had a very good meal with great service. The country fried steak and the "Brewski" were a little too salty for me and my wife taste. Overall had a good time and will be back.

    Went in on a rainy night- 6 of us.. well we had to start off with the hostess telling us that it would be a 45 minute wait. I decided to walk around and see what the hold up was, because the parking lot was not full. I stopped counting at 20 empty tables. Woo Hoo, only 40 minutes and we were shuffled in to a booth, 3 on each side- but there was at least two corner tables that would have been more comfortable and spacious, that were open. Well 20 minutes after we sat down, still no drink orders. Ok, so my attitude was livid. I got up with my party, found a manager, and told him how piss poor the service was- after an hour. He just sat there and looked at me. No apology, no let me help you- NOTHING! So, I send an email to the company. STILL NOTHING. Logan's is a good restaurant- but the PEARL location is DIME ASS! PATHETIC!

    Sat at the bar. Fairly busy night. Waited about 15 minutes just for a beer. Another 15-20 minutes to order a meal. Food came out at a reasonable time and was good. But kept waiting for refills. If the bartender has time to talk n text he has time to fill my drinks. At the end I was over charged with drinks after waiting to get my bill, waiting to get it corrected. Will not eat here again.

    I can't believe how fantastic our steaks were. Our waitress was so good. I can recommend this restaurant to any one of our friends. It's not fancy but the food makes up for all of that.

    This was my first time ever eating at a Logan's Roadhouse. The food was a typical steakhouse American dining. Good, but nothing to rave about but not disappointing. What really impressed me was the staff. Oh my gosh they were so nice! Our server was extremely polite and friendly, got our orders precise and in a timely manner. Our drinks were brought out very quickly and rolls were on the table with them. Their rolls are delicious!!! So I will definitely be returning here when we have our Jackson day trips to Bass Pro if the staff remains the same!
