The buffet part was closed on a Saturday night. Very disappointing. The food was mediocre at best. Took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive & there was only two other couples in the restaurant, so they were not busy. The service was quite lacking. We were not greeted as we entered, the hostess was a bit snippy & standoffish & was more interested in playing on her phone. There was no enthusiasm at all in the restaurant from any employee, they were all very non-chalant & quite somber, it felt more like we ate dinner in a funeral home. I would NOT recommend this restaurant, I will NOT be a repeat customer.

Our hotel attendant was recommending places to eat, and he said there was a steakhouse nearby- western sizzlin. I didn't expect greatness, but this was awful. The hostess was rude and snotty; we expected to be seated so we said it was just the two of us, but it turns out you order your dinner at the counter.. That was weird. Then we sat down and thought we needed to get our drinks, so I got up to get cups and ice and filled them up, and the hostess said they would get drinks and tried to carry them for me to the table, and I was just like "we got it.." The lettuce and dressing from the salad bar was warm. The lettuce was browning on the edges. A few bites and I said "nope".. Steaks were not seasoned. Server never brought sour cream for our potatoes. Dirty, gross, bad service, unclean, unclear... No reason to eat here as long as there's a McAlisters right next door, and that's low.

One star is too much for this awful place. The food was atrocious. Our steaks were over cooked and we ordered them medium. The waitresses were cursing around my kids. Place is a dump. Have no idea how this place is still open.

Not sure if the 1 star is accurate. The hostess (older Asian lady) had ZERO personality. She acted as if she could give 2 shits if you were there or not. Chicken strips were of the frozen pre-cooked variety. Absolutely horrible. 20 minute wait with one other couple on the entire restaurant. This is a pay before you eat establishment. For good reason. The staff, menu, and aura of this place needs to be closed down and redone to the WZ of years gone by. My company said the coleslaw was the worst he's eaten. Poor waste of good retail space.
