Great service for the big crowd we had. 12 total. And the waitress killed it. Never miss a beat. And out of the 12, 8 were kids. Great service. Everything when great!

Ugh. Sat in the bar area. Drinks take forever. Appetizers came out with the entrees. And the place is half empty. Skip it.

If you come when it's busy, your going to wait. Oh not a problem? Just remember you are waiting for mediocre food. You are waiting at least five minutes that's right a minimum of five minutes before you even get asked what you want to drink. By the time they come to take your drink order you have decided on what you want to eat. That will take awhile, and let's not forget being forgotten when you just want a drink refill. Mediocre food mediocre service. Chili's do yourself a favor hire more people.

It seems like the Gulfport Chilis would see what a terrible rating it has and try to work on getting it back to how it was 5 + years ago. We went weekly back then. It started going downhill so we quit going. We decided to give it another chance last night and it's worse then ever. Every customer in our area had a complaint when their plate came out. The one star is for the damn good margarita I had.

I hate this Chilis more then i have ever hated a restaurant before. The service here is so unbelievable that words can't describe so i will just warn future diners. The 'manager' lady looks like she just stepped out of a smoke infested trailor- her attitude is so bad i wonder how chilis got so desperate they had to stoop so low as to employ such a mean non customer service oriented person. - this Chilis is definitely not the norm but unfortunate for me this is where i live now. DO NOT pay on their bullshit card swiper on the table because appearently what you put on there doesn't matter because you will get charged for whatever they decide to charge you- regardless of what you sign for. Thats ok- i can live without this place and their little lack of customer service cost them a long time customer. I have a feeling they don't care.

Food is above average for comparable restaurants. I really like their table side guacamole service, along with their chips and salsa. Its better than most of the run of the mill mexican joints. Hamburgers are very good. Baby backs are not over cooked and come in different varieties. Note that I have gotten a rack that was obviously heated up from the refrigerator and sauced haphazardly once.. Service is slow when they are busy..but always friendly. I like their table kiosks for ordering, playing games, and the tab.

Any establishment that gives military veterans and active duty service members a free meal on Veteran's Day deserves 5 stars. I went in thinking I would be getting a free grilled cheese sandwich or something but I was wrong and I'm glad I was. They had 7 options to pick from and I got the American burger with fries. It was GAF and to be honest, it was so good I would have paid for it, if it wasn't already free. I personally want to thank Chili's for appreciating veterans and I will be back next year.

For a Chili's, honestly, it is as good as it gets. Quick service, great food compared to other Chili's I have eaten at, clean atmosphere and extremely easy checkout! Chili's now has electronic devices at each one of their tables in which you can easily swipe your card and tip without waiting for the waitress to bring you your check. The concept is absolutely genius and made the Chili's experience that much more enjoyable. Pros: -Quick seating, even when it is busy (I went on veterans day and we were seated with-in ten minutes, which tells me they have a sufficient system in place) -Clean atmosphere -Friendly and tentative customer service -Comparably the best Chili's food I have ever had -Alcohol beverages were made perfectly Cons: Our first batch of tortilla chips were stale, chewy and lacked seasoning. However, each batch taken to us after that were fresh and flavorful.

Went to Chili's tonight with my family. Haven't been there in a long time. We all had the 2 for $20. My Mom and Step Dad had The Tortilla Chips & Salsa for their appitizers and my mom had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and my Step Dad had the Ribs with Original Sauce and Fries, my Grandma and I had the Half Order of Texas Fries with the Cheese, Bacon and Chives with Ranch Dressing and Jalapenos, and both my Grandma and I had the Chicken Crispers, I had it the regular way with the Fries and Corn on the Cob, and my Grandma had the Chicken Crispers with the Mashed Potatoes and Apples. I know there are a lot of great things on the Chili's menu, but it is one of the only restaurants that I get the same thing I have always gotten since I was a little kid, I love though Chicken Crispers they take me back to my childhood. I love Chili's the food is always good and the service was great. Will go back.

First off it took them 10 min to seat us and they had at least 15 open tables. It took our waiter 10 min to come then another 10 for our drinks. It took 20 min for our chips. Then after asking for our food another 20 min later it came out cold. Our waiter was do busy splitting checks for another table. We asked to speak to the manager he came out and said they have been trying to get him help. Well that would be true if our food wasn't freezing cold. The worst management I have seen at a restaraunt ever!

Wow. Why? Called in an order. Went to get it. It seems they forgot to make it. Shocker. What a bunch of flaming douche knuckles that work here. Oops, did I say work? Dweeb with the 'hawk, you are lame. Bartender my arse. This place is staffed full of tards that should be home playing video games with their moms, not serving food. FAIL. Never going back.

Oookay so worst restaurant experience of My life!!!! So first our id's get checked multiple times and were questioned on them, no biggy right? We get our drinks and order a flatbread to start. The wrong flatbread came out, we didn't notice. The server apologized, then brought us the wrong one again. Again no big deal, it was still good. She orders soup and salad, salad first, naturally both of our main courses come out with no salad. Her spoon is already in her soup, takes a bite and looks mortified as she pulls it out. There were two spoons stuck together by what we think was chili. The manager, for the third time now comes and talks to us, looking like a dog who pooped in the house. They're now out of the soup she ordered so she just requests her salad, which she had to order again. By the end of it all the manager looked terrified, our bill was slightly discounted and we went on our way. I haven't been in the states in quite some time, not a good return experience, do NOT go here.

We know that choosing to eat at Chili's is a gamble. It is amazing, I've been to Chili's restaurants in at least 3 different states, and you can count on poor service and bad food no matter what Chili's you go to. Now, this particular location was somewhat satisfactory the first two times we went. Food was okay, service was acceptable. But tonight....oh geez. First, I want to say that the waiter was nice. But his service still left a lot to be desired. At least 10 minutes passed between each trip he made past our table. He apparently put in our order wrong, because the grilled chicken I ordered for my daughter came out as chicken crispers. We politely asked him to exchange them for the grilled chicken we ordered. 15 minutes later, we got the grilled chicken, which ended up being raw in the center. So again, we had to request a new order of chicken. So my daughter waited nearly an hour for her food, and of course we ended up having to take it to go. The cherry on top? We had a coupon for her to eat free, and the waiter still tried to charge us for her kids meal. We also never saw the manager he assured us was coming by. Even with all the screw-ups, we never really got mad. Just will not eat here ever again.

I have eaten at Chili's maybe 4 times in the past 5 years. Every time I swear it'll be the last. It used to be OK and it gradually gets worse and worse. Not to mention they're constantly on the "what not to eat" lists. Seriously? Quesadilla Explosion Salad? Hello gutbuster! So on a recent trip home a group of people that I used to work with and mutual friends decided to come here for dinner. Who am I to argue? I was on a budget and I figured I could just get a salad right? Well, after perusing the menu for what felt like (and probably was) an hour I decided to go with the Cobb salad. It had protein and tons of veggies right? The dressing was an Avocado Ranch. That sounds yummy right? Well, It was iceburg lettuce (no nutritional value), freshly cooked bacon (still greasy) and the dressing was beyond bland. $10 with tip for this mediocre salad. I could've saved a buck fifty and got a burger and fries that actually sounded/looked delicious but my diet was crap due to being back in the home of fried everything and lack of vegetables. Either way it was a lose/lose. It's not really that shocking to see that MS is always in the top five of fattest states when all of their eateries are chains utilizing processed foods and calorie bomb choices and eateries that focus primarily of fried foods.

My wife and I have eaten at this Chili's 3 times since it opened and I have to respectfully disagree with Heather P. I have not been satisfied any of the 3 times. The food has consistently been served cold. The taste I'm sure would have been good had they been served at a decent temp. We only went back this time cause we got a coupon emailed for a free appetizer. The place is always busy so I figure, hey it must be good to stay that busy, right. uhuh.....We split the trio app and fajitas. Hot spinach and artichoke dip that wouldn't melt the cheese, chili and cheese fries and yep wouldn't melt the cheese. That one came on a hot plate with a hot cover for the handle,....didn't need it. The tortillas came in one of those covered containers and they must have been in there all day.

Boring. Bland. Lack of menu choices. Interior is kind of sad on the whole atmosphere thing. The food is nothing special. Could be labeled "FOOD" for all the taste it has. The menu is seriously limited. It's the first time I have ever been to a Chili's, and also maked the last time. They do have an extensive drinks menu. In fact, their drinks are so dear to them that the server kept trying to force me to buy some. My husband was having a beer or two. I explained that I would be driving. I also am just not one for alcohol these days, but that's not her business. She was a nice server, attentive, but I kid you not: every three minutes she was at our table saying " Are you SURE you won't try one of our margarita's? They're terrific!". *sigh* If you are BBQ fan then go to The Shed. If you want to be plyed with alcohol, then walk in and have a seat.

You never know what to expect. Sometimes the food is good other times it's sub-par. Same with service Given the many choices in Gulfport Chili's is further down on the list of places for us to go to. But on a positive note, when contacting the manager about problems issues are handled in a polite manner and coupons are in the mail quick for a return visit trying to make it up to you. Just fyi the coupons from months ago are still sitting in the car *update 8/7 Ok I didn't think I could get any more upset with Chili's than in the past but YES it's possible. Onion Blossom is NO LONGER!! Stopped by Chili's for a quick bite to eat before a movie and was informed they no longer make the Onion Blossom. Um wow is all I have to say. Off to write corporate since I think this is just a very very poor move on their parts

Three of us in my family stopped by here while traveling as it is just off I-10. It was more or less a typical Chili's for us. 2 of us had ribs which were very good, and 1 ordered a salad. Everyone liked their meal. The service was good. Our waiter stopped by just enough. We got what we expected from Chili's. It was also pretty quick, which is nice when you are on the road.
