I normally wouldn't write a review for a fast food restaurant, but I have to commend this Chick-fil-A for their outstanding and efficient service. This is EASILY the busiest fast food restaurant in our town at ALL times. At lunch, the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building... HOWEVER, it moves incredibly fast. They have multiple employees taking orders simultaneously outside during their busy lunch hours. (And even though they are in South MS in July wearing pants, these people always have a smile!!) Today, we pulled up to the drive thru and the line was even with the play place. We were quickly greeted by a friendly employee with iPad in hand to take our order (and a menu for those who need it). She accepted our payment right there bc we were paying with a card, and we pulled around quickly and received our food. The whole experience took MAYBE 3 minutes. Amazing. Thank you Chick-fil-A Gulfport for constantly improving our experience. My husband and I always joke that you guys could open another right across the highway from this location and I'm sure they would both thrive!

We LOVE Chick-Fil-A and I consider this to be the best location on the coast! Friendly service is unheard of in fast food but these great people have it! The employees always seem happy and the food is always hot, fresh and best of all CORRECT!! There is always a long line but it moves quickly!

Any entrepreneur or business owner in the restaurant industry should visit this particular chick file. They are flawless with their fast, friendly and efficient service. They can handle a lunch crowd better than any fast food business in existence. Recently they began placing staff outside to take orders in the drive through using iPads and laminated menus to move the line even faster... Brilliant strategy!

This is the most efficient drive-thru I have ever experienced. They have employees outside with iPads to take your order. They're armed with laminated menus and even card readers. When you get to the window, which happens quickly, your food is bagged and ready to go. The food is the typical high quality you get at any Chick-fil-a, but the drive-thru puts this one a cut above the rest.

A lot of people seem to love this chain restaurant but I think food is just okay. This was my 4th visit to their restaurants and in 4 different states and it still not that great. The employees are very nice but I just don't care for their chicken.

Chick-Fil-A is one of my most favorite fast food restaurants. I decoded to go to this particular store after a long day of shopping. When we pulled up to park we notice how full the parking lot was. We parked and went inside and it was extremely busy. We was greeted by a cashier that appeared to be happy and nicely explained that due to a boiling water affect there machines was down for fountain drink and they could only offer us water, orange juice shake or can cold drinks. It was pretty amazing to see that the manager decided to head to SAMs and buy cases and cases of cold drinks that would substitute for the missing fountain drinks. I orders my food and the cashier said she would bring my food when it was ready. We sat down and maybe 5 minutes later the manager came with the food and told us to enjoy and if we needed any additional condiments or napkins to call him. The manager was nice and took his time to walk around and make friendly conversations with everyone. It was the best customer service experience I have seen in a while. This restaurant provided me the top customer service and I appreciate that there are people that value their jobs like this company. Thanks for having a whole staff of Amazing employees!

Go by here at least once a week and normally great. Lately it seems they have gotten very stingy with the sauces and tonight I had to ask twice for sauce. They totally forgot the drinks and I didn't notice until already home. I called and complained and they said they would send me two drink cards for two free drinks. How about you work on the customer service and keep the drink cards.

This is one busy Chick-Fil-A. We like it because the play area for the kids is safe and fun. Not always the cleanest Play areas but beats McD's by far. My wife uses this Fil-A as a hang out with all her Girl Friends while Kiddo's Playo. Always excellent food and clean bathrooms.
