This is one of the best Chinese buffets in the area. It's in a mostly empty strip mall at the intersection of Automall Pkwy and Popps Ferry, so parking is plentiful. The interior is a bit dated, but it's spacious so you don't feel like you're on top of the other customers. The buffet itself isn't the largest, but it's got a decent selection. They've got a mix of American and Chinese-American dishes that you can find at other places. Personally, I keep coming back because it's quiet and their Chinese donuts and hot and sour soup are delicious. That's really all I get there since the chicken and beef dishes are nothing special. The dumplings are deep fried and hot, so that's a plus. Overall, it's nothing too special, but at the same time it's the better Chinese buffet in the area in my opinion.

Food was not that great and there was a bug with eyes, wings and legs tossed in with the General tso chicken. And husband almost ate it. Sad thing is they only comped his meal, although I was eating it too! Blah!

It's good food but I found hair in my food. When I told the manager and waiter they told me it was mine.... My hair was blue. Like bright af BLUE. The hair was jet blackand about shoulder length. Mines past my breasts. You could EASILY tell the difference between mine. It wasn't even one item but three. I went back recently with my family and friend and it was very good then. The food is good and it's a very clean place. (and in personal matter I like how they keep feminine products in the bathroom.) I just wish they were more careful.

There were hairs on the buffet. When 3 people told the owner/host, he said ok and walked away. Not even an apology was given...food without hair was good...just make sure you look before you eat.

My expectations were not very high, I expected a cheap Chinese food buffet. Some of the items on the buffet were pretty good- particularly the sushi. But most of the food was pretty gross and a few I actually had to spit in my napkin.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. The place was clean and had a good selection of items. I wouldn't mind coming back to the Golden Dragon Buffet.

Dumplings are good; Customer Service is unbeatable!! Sushi is good, usually have shrimp on ice, mussels, stuffed crab (no crab legs); the prices aren't as high, so it's a better deal to come here!

My favorite Chinese buffet on the Coast! The food is fresh, reasonable priced and a wide variety of traditional Chinese dishes and local seafood. I love the fried blue crabs and they make excellent fried shrimp on the dinner buffet.
