It's a restaurant chain....so if you've been to one it's almost like you've been to them all. Same menu, clean tables and floors. The service is good at this one, I've never had a problem.

Yes, it is a chain, but the food is good. Olive Gardens all have slightly diiferent floor plans and slightly different cooking and presentation. Today we stopped in for the universal soup, salad, and breadsticks ... and decided to order a chicken flatbread as an appetizer. It was just as good as the ones we had had elsewhere, but today's format was a rectangular presentation, versus the previously enjoyed round one. Taste? About the same. Good service, good food, three stars.

First, let me state, that Olive Garden is not fine dining. I know this and I am sure others do as well. However, the way my family and friends adore this place is sad. To hear it suggested makes me moan out lout, but I know I have no say in the matter once these two words are uttered. I groan whenever they get dressed in their finest to visit this place. Seriously, it is not that serious. This visit today was by far the worse yet. I already did not want to eat here, because I expected the food to be bland or taste like something I could have gotten out of the freezer section at walmart. The breadsticks were over salted. Seriously, I almost took my napkin to wipe the excess off. I attempted to cut the taste by dunking it into my watery Gnocchi soup, but that did not help at all, it only made my soup salty. My soup had 2 dumplings in it. Two. I counted. I ordered the ravioli carbonara with chicken in parmesan sauce. There was barely any sauce and an overabundance of ''pancetta''. I suspect these were reconstituted bacon bits. They had no pork flavor whatsoever. Isn't carbonara supposed to be a sauce with egg and cheese? There weren't any peas that I could detect, and I like that bit of sweetness with my carbonaras. I tasted none. No nutty flavor of parmesan cheese. I believe they just splashed on some alfredo sauce and called it a day. My ravioli was dry in the middle as expected. The pasta tough. I imagine that there is a huge vat of these in the kitchen that they keep in warm water until ordered. The 'sauteed' chicken was the consistency of breaded chicken tenders. No sauce. Dry. And can someone explain why my gnocchi and the ravioli tasted exactly the same? Trust me, I expect nothing authentic when I am forced to come here. At least pretend to try! I hate this place with a passion. From the decor to the slow service. It makes me sad to see my family eat this stuff up like the second coming. I spent the whole meal wishing I were at Five Guys or The Fillin' Station.

Basically what you would expect from Olive Garden. I don't often write about chain restaurants because food it pretty much the same across the board on them, you now what to expect and that is what you get. Service was good, food was good and well it's Olive Garden :) Nothing exceptional and nothing horrible. I will say this, it's a PITA to get into this place right now. Since this whole area is pretty new it's jam packed.

Sorry guy's, stick me with a fork I'm done with Olive Garden. Since I was off today and my partner loves the soup and salad I suggested we stop by for lunch. As soon as we entered there were problems, we asked for a booth at the bar and the hostesses seemed confused. Our waiter was ok but seemed unseasoned. The salad and bread were really the highlight of our meal. For our appetizer we ordered our favorite the smoked mozzarella and as soon as we both took a bite we both realized an unfaimlur taste, niether of us could put our finger on the problem but we ended up sending it back. My partners soups were all served cold and this was not the first time that she's been served cold soup at Olive Garden. My entree was my favorite Chicken Parmesan and was smaller than a Mc Donalds plain burger patti and the pasta portion coulda filled an ice cream scoop. I went through my entire meal with my drink unfilled and since we sent an item back you would expect the manager to come by and see if everything was ok, they never did! I have had enough of spending my hard earned money on sorry service and mediocre food. Olive Garden will Never, ever, never ever ever see a dime of my hard earned money again. No wonder they spend so much money on advertising, they certainly cant make it on their service or pitifull food You better off with Stouffer's frozen dinners than this slop!.

I finally caught a time when this place was not completely packed. But it took a while for the waiter to even take our drink order and even longer to take our food order. But my meal was good, and like always, the salad/house dressing and breadsticks were excellent.

We just got done with a great dinner, and I just had to get on here and write a review. The food was delicious as always...I had my usual Ravioli di Portobello. My husband did the make-your-own pasta bowl, but he was a little disappointed that OG doesn't have create-your-own pizza anymore. But what made this dinner spectacular was SHERI T!! Our server was AMAZING! The restaurant was absolutely packed, so busy...and she wasn't fazed at all! So personable, so funny, and she genuinely cared if you liked your food and if you were having a good time. She is definitely in the right line of work. If you ever go to this location, make sure you sit in her section!!

Strengths: Conveniently located off the interstate. Newer design. Clean. Food good. You get what you expected. Opportunities: Slow service. 10 minutes to get soup and breadsticks out. Restaurant not busy. Summary: Solid Olive Garden location. Easy access. Good food. Friendly but slow staff.

Like everybody has mentioned it's a chain, eh! If you have been to one Olive Garden you have been to all of them. I do like that they carry the "lighter side" menu. It's less calories than the main dishes. The endless bowl of salad is still pretty awesome, just hold the tomatoes on mine and I usually don't eat the breadsticks. Just get here as soon as they open as it does seem to stay busy. Now they have Ziosks to play with while you wait on your food. I just wonder if they ever sanitize them... GERMS!

Ordered to-go. The kids meals was not dried because we asked for alfredo sauce on the side. Everything we ordered was correct except I did request extra sauce on all entrees and did not receive!

The family and I decided to have dinner here and was not disappointed in the food and service. The Salmon was cooked to perfection. As always the salad and bread were on point! I will definitely be back on my next visit.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years. I had a hankering for their never ending salad bowl so we hopped in the car and took a chance that line would not be down the block at 12:30 on a Sunday. We were greeted politely and got a seat right away. Waitress was great. She put piles of onions on the salad as we asked (she must like onions too). We had Alfredo and the Pomadoro. Both were decent for Olive Garden standards. Beef/pork meatballs were bland and bready...but the way it always is..If you know Olive Garden u know what to expect. Good service and average but consistent italian food. Average place but have been to non chain italian restaurants with worse food.

Visiting the Biloxi area and stopped in twice at OG because we are fans. I have to say the service has been phenomenal! We had Joshua today and he was right there....we never had to ask for anything. I must add the food was HOT! (meaning temperature) We are from the Midwest and a stop at OG is waiting forever for a seat, warm food, and the service really needs some help! Kudos to OG on Promenade Pkwy, Biloxi!!

  • Kevin M.

Had an awesome lunch there after church. Our greeters were very nice and friendly. We waited about ten minutes before we were called to be seated. Our server, Pam, was probably the best server we ever had. No exaggeration. She was friendly, thoughtful, and caring. There was no problems with the food. The food came fresh and hot as expected. I highly recommend going there not only for the endless breadsticks, but for the great service and environment.

We got there about 7 for dinner. It was very crowded. I was amazed when we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress was prompt with our drink order and salad. Our main course was on our table within 15 minutes of ordering. I really don't know how they got it there that quickly. The food was amazing. The service was great. I could not find one thing to complain about.

We went to this location on a Sunday evening, thinking it wouldn't be so crowded. We didn't end up waiting very long to get seated; but, unfortunately, we waited about 20 minutes before the waitress came around to take our order. Once we ordered, it took about 35-40 more minutes for our food to even come back out. On top of that, our waitress had a cold and kept sniffling over our shoulders the entire time. I was very uncomfortable having her touching our plates and other items for dinner. I don't think I will be visiting this Olive Garden again.

    (3)
  • Lauren F.

Any more, we only go to Olive Garden if we are feeling very lazy and in the mood for soup and salad, because, to be honest, I can make better Italian food at home. This was our first visit to this Olive Garden. We sat in the bar, we had a good waiter and our food got out to us quickly. Really, with just soup and salad it would have been pretty bad to have any sort of wait. Our waiter was on top of refilling our waters which we always appreciate. My only complaint about our visit would be that our salad was positively drowned in dressing. Next time I will keep in mind that the dressing needs to be on the side because half of the salad was inedible. On the bright side, the breadsticks were actually really fresh and soft. Nom. Tl;dr: Unless you are born and bred southern, ask for light dressing on the salad. Otherwise, your typical Olive Garden... Nothing particularly special.

    (3)
  • Barry E.

This is the average Olive Garden. Nothing special but nothing bad either. It was just your average visit. I agree with the other posters when they said the decor looked cheap. The food was good the service was fast. I would give a 2 1/2 stars if I could.

    (3)
  • Yara M.

Absolutely amazing! Me and my family loves going there(or is it just me?) I'm the most eager to dine there. They have delicious warm beard sticks and probably my favorite salad dressing and though I've seen it sold at stores as Walmart, it's not as great as the actual thing. Usually I'm full at that but I do order the same item over and over again. The Five Cheese Zita is fantastic! I eat about half of it and then take the rest home. The service is really good with some few exceptions but over all I love this restaurant!

    (5)
  • Rex J.

It's a chain we've all been to. Decent menu. I never really go with their seasonal/special items. I usually hit up the exact same thing. Chicken Parm. It's always the same and that's why i like it. I don't have to worry. The rest of the food is ok for an Americanized Italian spot. Service here is pretty slow. Very long waits between drinks, apps, salad, entrees, then the bill. It's been with pretty much every server. They are very nice though and check back a lot....it's just for some reason, the items are at a crawl to be delivered. If you're looking for that simple meal and don't feel like cooking, don't feel like wings, burritos, sandwiches, seafood, asian, greek, or burgers AND are in the Promenade, go here. Just bring your patience.

How can you not love Olive Garden? The food is amazing. I had of course the Peach Iced Tea, Bread sticks, Minestrone Soup and a new dish called Chicken Vino Bianco. The Peach Tea is good and sweet and the bread sticks are to die for and how can you not love bread sticks with a nice bowl of hot Minestrone soup. And the new dish Chicken Vino Bianco has a creamy earthy taste thanks to the mushrooms and creamy linguine with it. I don't care if it is a chain restaurant its good there is nothing else like it.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
