What a delicious lunch with great service. I love Red Lobsters coconut shrimp & was not let down today. They were lightly browned, the salad was delicious too. My husband had a shrimp trio & aside from an initial wait the service was really good.

We were seated and waited on in a timely fashion, the menus placed on the table by our hostess before our waitress appeared to take our drink order. They have no cappuccino or hazelnut creamer for the coffee. As soon as you open the menu, the daily specials are on the left. They were out of the one I selected. The waitress didn't ask if I wanted dessert, just dropped by asking "anything else?" every time. My lobster bisque and my grandson's mac-n-cheese were ridiculously hot, requiring 3 ice cubes for mine and one ice cube for his meal to come to an edible temperature. THEY HAVE NO WIFI .The little cheddar biscuits they make, however, are fabulous and worth dropping by to get some to go!

Dinner was delicious! We had the new Maine Lobster Bake, it had 3 split 2oz lobsters for a total of 6 halves small potatoes and corn on the cob! The Ultimate Feast was great as usual. Our waitress Daniele was the best and very knowledgable! Will come back again soon just to try the rest of the new menu she told us about.

Where can I start. Over the past year the food has gotten better and the Service is getting better as well. The food is fresh and best of all..CrabFest is BACK. Red Lobster is now offering Alaskan Bairdi Crab. These compared to Snow Crab are more meat and less sweet. The waitress said they also do not dry out as much (what ever that means) and they just started offering these and she liked them much better. To me I didn't taste a lot of difference but it was still good. I am glad to see Red Lobster finally found their way even if it took getting dumped by Darden. BTW Red Lobster you are better off without them! LOL

I don't eat the Red Lobster often, but when I have, I've never been disappointed. Amazing bread, scrumptious lobster tales, crab legs, even the pasta was good. Everything we tried was delicious! No complaints.

This is your basic Red Lobster. Cheesy biscuits were good, and the food came out really quickly which was nice. My shrimp scampi might have been a touch overcooked, and my coconut shrimp was a little greasy from the fryer but all in all in was a good meal.

The Biscuits .... The Biscuits are outstanding no matter what .... But the real problem with this particular location is consistency ... Ive come here on about 6 occasions ... The service is way to slow and sucks ... But if you sit at the bar your service is great ... The food other than the biscuits is average on some days great on others ... Consistency is the problem ... Im going to take a break from coming here but I will return in a couple of months ...

Where to start.. okay, so I hadnt eaten at a Red Lobster in 10 years and my husband never so of course we had questions (like if they had hollandaise sauce or if it was possible to get a half pound of crab) Well the waitress very rudely informed us the answer was no but not before she very rudely told me that they werent selling alcoholic beverages at the moment if that was what i was looking for when i told her i didnt know what i wanted to drink. There were no pickles for my husbands burger which she ALSO rudely informed us of. The table next to us asked her politely if they could have some more ranch and she turned around and rolled her eyes! Not like a little eye roll an actual full blown omg i hate people eye roll. Then on top of our horrible waitress the food was awful. When we told the supervisor she couldnt care less. Ill never return.

I try to keep in mind this is a chain restaurant after all, but that doesn't excuse the poor service, mediocre food, and empty bar. I've been here a few times, and the experience seems to be different each time, but with the last I will not be returning. My wife and I were seated immediately as we arrived just before the dinner rush, but we waited to be greeted by our server for drink orders for almost 20 minutes. Appetizer came out right before entrees, a big deal for folks who like to enjoy their meal. The server seemed rushed or otherwise preoccupied even with the restaurant half-full, so this was one of the very few times I only tipped 10%. They were also completely out of champagne, which again I understand it's just a chain restaurant, but if it's on the menu please have it on hand.

My buddy and I were looking to grab some Pho around 8:00 pm and unfortunately for us everything closes before 7:00 pm on Sundays. So we headed north on 110 into D Iberville and other than McDonalds and Chilli's everything seemed to be closed. So when we entered into the Promenade, I spotted Red Lobster and decided to take a trip down memory lane. When we got there it was new and nice and were quickly seated at our table. Our server Melinda (****1/2 stars) was the highlight of our dinner. She was polite, knowledgeable and on top of everything. We started off with soups, I had the clam chowder (**1/2 stars) it was overly thick and bland. There were some nice slices of clam but they seemed to be lost in the gravy like chowder. Next we had the lobster and clam stuffed mushrooms (*** stars) these were ok but they were smothered in cheese and the oil that dripped from them suffocated the flavor. For our entree we both had surf and turf (*** stars). The lobster was well cooked and tender but nothing about the taste seemed to jump out at me. The NY Strip was over cooked (I ordered medium) and had to be resuscitated with some A-1 sauce. Before heading to law school I used to enjoy the complimentary garlic butter bread (**** stars) and I still do, but having developed a much more sophisticated palate over the years left me feeling like I could have gotten a lot more for my buck at one of the local casino buffets. Being a chain restaurant, I really didn't expect much more but again we only went because everything else was closed. Thanks Melinda for being so great and making a bland meal enjoyable.
