I can say that this is ok than the other one that we had in Tallahassee! Friendly staffs and budget friendly! They have a lot of selections but you don't have to pay more!

Pros: Cheap and OK food that is basically something to eat. Great service and staff. Lots of selection. Cons: The food was cooked yesterday and reheated or so it tastes. The carpet is NASTY. Sushi was dry, Lo-Mein tasted re-heated. In conclusion go here if you just need a fast meal that is cheap. Never look at the carpet or you will puke. I would go back but I would not tell someone to go here without at least warning them. Remember it is $4.99. Can't eat at McDonalds for that.

I'm starting to realize just because a buffet is under 5 bucks doesn't mean you're entitled to the highest quality of food in the industry. Like McDon this buffet will satisfy your desire to eat on a budget, bust your belt and try to figure out later during the day why your head is pounding. I'm a person that enjoys great food prepared by Chefs who are passionate about ingredients and creations of utmost palate nirvana that would leave you unconscious only to awaken for another bite and a return visit to unconsciousness. Flavors so intense and precise that you ate literally taken away. This will be my last visit to this buffet and proudly wish them the best. With a raised fork I say, "Ado."

Not very good. Most of the food was room temperature. The lady kept trying to take my plate while I was still eating. Don't look at the carpet because it'll make you gag.

Not sure if words can describe the gluttony that takes place here. The clientele make the patrons at Golden Corral look famished! That being said this restaurant brings amazing value for the quantity and quality of the food that you get. Service has always been superb and for such a large location the staff does a great job of keeping the restaurant clean. Why is it not 5 stars? Some food items were just lacking, but overall you (and your wallet) will be pleased you ate here.

Very nice variety however food was barely warm and lacking flavor. Great service average price. Will most likely go elsewhere next time. I really need to look at yelp Before I go, not after when it's too late. Pretty empty for Sunday lunch crowd.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Had hair in my food, got told by the manager sorry while I was on the way out. No offer for a discount or compensation. Just a sorry and please come back, needless to say I will not be back.

Gave one more chance today. Early dinner. Hoped something would have changed. Nope. Still clean. Great. But food was lukewarm at best and bland. Most appears to continue to be left out for extended periods of time. I'm done. Never again. Sorry Super Buffet, you had your chance.

YUCK!!! The food here is horrible. There is nothing labeled at all on the buffet, not that it would matter much because nothing looks very appetizing. $4.99 or 7.99 it is not worth it. I will never come back here.

This has to be the worst Asian buffet my husband and I have ever been to. The food was just plain awful, the selection was terrible, and the only thing I could actually eat was the boiled shrimp. I have never in my life seen such a poor selection of asian food at a buffet, and that tasted so badly. Everything we tried tasted awful/off/weird. Even their dessert section was low quality, small and extremely limited. We told the cashier how unhappy we were with the "food" (and I'm being generous by calling it that) and she didn't seem to care at all..she just wanted our money. Never again will we go there..just looking at their sign makes me sick.

Sign says lunch is $4.99 but they charged me the dinner price at 1PM. When I asked why the cashier said it was because of the holiday. (Valentine's Day) I wanted say something like "don't you mean opportunistic price-gouging" but instead told her I didn't appreciate the policy of not posting the price increase. She didn't seem to care. I definitely won't be a repeat customer.

I absolutely love this buffet. I have been here many times to know the quality is consistent. There is a very large selection including sushi. All the dishes are very fresh, nothing tastes like it has been sitting there for hours no matter what time of day you go in. All the workers are very pleasant. The restaurant is very clean as are the plates, silverware and cups. I have tried many Chinese restaurant buffets in the area and this is now the only one I will eat at. The food is great and the price is very reasonable

Awefull! Don't waste your money. Not one item was hot or even warm. Except for the seafood salad, I took one bite and it was warm and spoiled. All of the food appeared to have been sitting for a while. The ice cream was really good. I was asked how the food was so I let them know it was bad. The woman turned and walked away. Service was bad as well. We will not be going back.

This satisfied our Chinese food craving. I would say that the offerings were above average, but I took my rating down a star because some of the food from the steam tables was not as hot as I would have liked it... Seems like a food safety issue to me. Thankfully, we didn't get sick! Anyway, they had a good variety of food. I would have preferred at least one more vegetarian dish, but that's just my preference... Love my veggies ;) Lots of desserts to choose from, but I would recommend staying away from the fruit - it was low quality and tasted pretty terrible. The ladies working were very attentive and kept our water glasses full and plates cleared off. The entire place was bright and clean. All in all one of the better Chinese buffets I've been to!

Excellent today our first trip but worth the drive. Very clean very good staff better than most food and fresh. Will return and it seems they have some very loyal return guests.

What can I say,, my favorite Chinese food is still made in Virginia, but BSB comes pretty close for the area. Most other Chinese places around here seem to water their food down and make it too bland. On a personal note, I would like more stuffing in the crab rangoon, there was barely anything in them!

  • Ashley B.

Two stars due to the food being average at best. Stuffed crabs were not good at all and there are signs stating that wasted food will be weighed and charged extra. Also felt as if we were being watched by waitresses (taking plate inventory) and rushed out when our table was completely cleared (we were in buffet line)!!

Buffets are not usually my favorite places, but this is Chinese buffet heaven. Fresh ingredients, clean throughout the restaurant, and very flavorful food. They also have something for everyone from roast beef & asparagus & Blue Bell to boot. I myself stuck to the wonderful Chinese food. Thanks to the front desk person for recommending this place to us.

Decent buffet choices, but they have not had fried crab on the table for two weeks now, and they are telling customers that the crab is "not available" because the suppliers have run out of it. This sounds like a lot of hooey to me--the price of crab probably rose, and the restaurant managers aren't willing to pay it. VERY upset about the lack of crabs--this dish is why I come to this place. They need to bite the bullet and pay the going price for the crab, instead of telling customers this fairy tale.

Average Buffet at best. The chicken was smothered in breading and overly deep fried. The crab rangoons were excellent but the rest of the menu choices seemed to fall short. The fruit seemed bruised and wilted with a few fruit flies and gnats flying around them. The service was below average as the team of 8 people seemed to have a meeting at the front of the restaurant during service. The few sushi choices looked left out and I was not going to trust it. This cheap Buffett is great for those who enjoy a Chinese Buffett with very few expectations.

The owners and staff here are just so darn nice! They are always welcoming, friendly, and just so darn nice! The buffet itself has a very large variety of foods to choose from. The sushi section is quite nice. The salad/fresh fruit section is good and always looks fresh. The desserts are plentiful. The main dishes are constantly being filled and freshened. The plates and utensils are clean. It's a huge room, but you do not feel like you are sitting in your neighbors lap. The decor is simple, tasteful, yet pretty. We always enjoy going here. Our children are in their teens. However, all the people I have seen with young children have been readily accommodated. The only negative thing I have seen, and it is no fault of the management, is one lady whose toddler daughter sneezed into the ice cream bin. The mom looked at me (and yes, my mouth was open in disgust), and just closed the freezer door. Can't blame the management for people who bring their sick kids out to eat. Plenty of parking. Take the time to peruse the Asian gift shop next door. We have been often and will continue to do so.

I know I say that, "a buffet is just a buffet" But BSB is one of the nicest and cleanest buffets I have been to in a long while. Tucked away in D'Iberville, this buffet is no different than any of the other buffets along the Coast, except in taste. This is one of the first buffets I have been to where the fried rice doesn't taste like the chicken and the chicken doesn't taste like the egg rolls. Finally a buffet that separates its food when it fries them. The service was timely and attentive and they have some great flat screens to catch up on the news on. Prices are par with the bufffets in Gulfport and the area has some new shopping areas for you to walk off the pound of crab legs you just ate. With the Casino buffets costing an arm and a leg, this might be a great place to start before you go gamble away the night.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
