To get to the Holiday Lodge you have to drive until you think you are lost and then go for 10 more miles! It is an older restaurant on the back waters of Sardis Lake. The atmosphere is early 1970's with a juke box and a candy counter under the cash register. In spite of, or because of, its rustic condition or remote location, The Holiday Lodge makes some of the best fried catfish that I have ever tasted! It is well worth the 30 minute drive east of Como. I cannot comment on the rest of their menu because I always get the catfish.
