Zachary's is an awesome, laid back place to eat! It's conveniently located downtown and it's one of the only restaurants in town with outdoor seating...which blows my Mind because the city is on a river...but I'll complain about that elsewhere. The new chef has an amazing menu. The shrimp wrap is delicious, the pasta dishes are phenomenal, and the shrimp/fish salads are healthy and tasty. I also appreciated that all meals are served on pewter dishes. Also, they have one of the best bottled beer selections in town. All in all, a fun location for dinner or lunch.

Best craft beer selection in town, thought mostly in bottles. Only 4 taps, but 1 is usually something interesting and often on sale for only $2 a pint. None of the food will knock your socks off, but there are a few items I enjoy. The burgers are ok, as good as any others in town. I like the club sandwich. The chicken bacon spinach salad is good. I like the grouper salad. Not a great piece of grouper, but a good size and value. The fries come out of a freezer bag, which is unfortunate. One of the better options in Columbus.

Great place to drink cheap beers before hand. (special $1 beer) Food is not bad. Atmosphere is chilled. What else do you want?

Love their Caesar Salad.

Great place to stop for a beer! I went in on a Saturday night to have a drink after a long drive. Bartender and customers were nice. I ended up staying much longer than I expected. I didn't try the food so I can't comment on that.

I used to live in Columbus and loved this place, but there must be new management. The menu items I liked are gone (no surprise) and the hamburger I had was dry and actually a little burned. There was no juice from the meat, so they must have flattened it. If I go back here again, I'll make sure to strike up a conversation with some other customers to find out what is good and what is not.

Zachary is now smokeless. So, it is for familys as well. There are actually 3 areas to dine. One is in the bar with booths and a larger more family friendly area to the right. Outside is a rather large area that can also accomodate the smokers. I found the sandwiches are excellent as well as the appetizers.

Great food and atmosphere! Just FYI, entrance is permitted 21 yrs + so not family friendly. Their food is very good and the staff are great. Their appetizers and burgers are great. My favorite, though, is their pasta. Great place to meet friends and have a good time. Also, they have TVs, so great for football fans too!
