The gumbo is very watery. Looks like they didn't make the rue with flour. They should at least add corn starch to thicken the gumbo. So it won't taste like a soup. The pacific wrap is like a chimichanga. It was ok. Nothing special about it. The fries weren't crispy. It tasted like steak fries. But it's Clinton. It's not like there are a lot of food choices around here.

The BBQ Pork Hoppers were very good - lots of delicious meat and fries too! My husband had the Jalapeño Mama burger and loved it. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. This is our favorite place to eat in Clinton.

Unreal, Pacific wrap was perhaps one of the best things I have ever eaten. I really wish we had something like this in Memphis. The portion was huge. My buddy got the Voodoo wrap and said it was also great. The queso was also awesome.

Three stars, but just three. We had a basket of fried mushrooms...overcooked. My wife had the grilled shrimp, tiny, but she said tasty. I had a bowl of the gumbo; over salted. A very mediocre meal with tip was nearly $40. Also, the portions were quite small. Hmm, maybe 2.5 stars. Oh, and very noisy.

Wow great food great service! I got the crab cake platter and mash potatoes. The crab cakes were so delicious and very filling. The mash potatoes I were thinking they were bland but I was VERY wrong they were fluffy and garlicky and oh so good. This is a wonderful little spot!

Very near and unique little place to stop in for lunch or dinner. I have had their po boy previously and really enjoyed it. This time I had the bully wrap which was grilled chicken chopped up, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce I think it was called toad sauce. It was very good but by the end of the wrap I was stuffed. I ordered the queso and chips as my side and didn't care that at all. My boys had a grilled cheese with fries, the bread was tough & a little brown for their liking. The kids came with a frog sticker and they thought that was pretty cool. My teenage daughter had the chicken club wrap, which included fried chicken, bacon, provolone, ranch, lettuce, & tomato with a side of sweet potato fries that came with a brown sugar sauce (absolutely delicious according to her nonetheless she loves sweet potato fries). Really enjoyed and will definitely go back but will order a different side. Lots of best and different things to try on their menu.

We stop here on our yearly journey to Texas and it's always worthwhile. I haven't tried anything I haven't liked yet. The kids love all the frogs and eat well for a change. Might be a little pricey, but the portions are ample and it's good stuff.

My parents live in Clinton and we frequent Froghead Grill regularly. Wonderful salads, great burgers, sweet potato fries with addictive "honey bunny" sauce my kids can't get enough of. I am hooked on the Pacific wrap. Homemade remoulade is to die for!!!!! Would like bottles of that to take home.

I would give this place 3.5 stars. We stopped in Clinton on our way back to Texas and only had Applebee's or Froghead Grill to choose from for dinner, so we chose Froghead (why eat at chains when traveling?!). It was much better than expected. Excellent chips and queso, garlic mashed potatoes, and chicken fried chicken. The gravy was a little too watery, but overall it was a great value for the quality. Neat atmosphere, friendly staff too.

This place is so much better than having to settle for applebees. **The service was a little slow but that was OK with me once I saw their menu. Everything looked so good. We ended up getting the fried portabello mushroom strips with parmesan cheese and a side of ranch and horseradish dip... The best fried mushrooms I've ever had. I got the Bayou Salad which was spinach, crawfish, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, feta and parmesan cheese, and remoulade dressing. It's now my favorite salad I've gotten in an American style restaurant. My boyfriend got a huge po'boy. They had like 5 different kinds. His was shrimp and steak with red onions and pico de gallo with dressing. It was delicious, I had the leftovers for breakfast. They had a ton of appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads too. There was nothing on the menu I didn't like. This place was really good and is now one of my favorite places in this town. They have beer too. Yay! ** Every time I go back it gets better and better. The service has been excellent. I would give this place 4 1/2 stars. Get the sweet potato fries!! They come with a frosting and cinnamon sauce! The ranch chips and fried pickles are really good too!

An associate and I were in town on business and there were not too many places to eat and didn't want any fast food chains. We chose this because of the name and took our chances. It is not fine dining but had a pleasant experience. Had the chicken fried steak and it was done really well with no complaints. The wait staff was the best and on par with better restaurants. Don't let the name freak you out this is the best restaurant in Clinton, MS and in the Jackson Metro area in my opinion. So great that spouse and I drive there from Ridgeland at least once a week to eat. I am professionally finicky so if I like some place it is consistently good and they don't mind if you take something off one of their sandwiches or salads! Finicky people run to this place, we've finally found someone to cater to us! Food is always good and service is beyond awesome. Counter order during the lunch hours and after five they do 'table order service'. All food delivered to your table at the correct temperature. Lunch specials are always good. I prefer the Thursday chicken spaghetti. If you call in early they will save you a portion to be picked up later in the day. Best fried dill pickles in the Jackson metro area. Best chicken salad in the Jackson metro area. Best Red Beans and rice in the Jackson metro area. Beer on tap or in bottle. Hardly ever get to eat desert because the portions are sized to fill you up.

Being at a college near by I heard lots of great talk about this place so eventually I took my girlfriend to eat here. After being sat down a waitress came sat in the booth with us to take our order which was unconventional and strange but nonetheless we were there to enjoy a meal. After placing and order of mozzarella sticks we waited a few minutes to look over what we wanted as our entrée. The waitress then comes back and takes my order first which was unconventional as well usually starting with the lady. After taking my order she said and what would this lady want(addressing my girlfriend). I thought it was extremely rude addressing my girlfriend in that manner but we overlooked that as well. We waiting a few more minutes for our entree. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parmesan poboy which was edible but I wont make the mistake of ordering a voodoo burger because it was horrible. The taste was what you would think a bacon dog treat would taste like. On top of the burger being putrid the fries werent even warm and they were flimsy. The manager came out after I told the waitress I didnt like my burger and understood so she said she would send me out a wrap. A wrap never came but she sent me a sliver of a bread pudding im guessing. They took 20% off the bill which was nice, I did tell them I didnt mind paying for the food since I had ordered it. All in all this is somewhere we wont be returning anytime soon. On a good note the cups are plastic if you get soda which you can take home!
