I was a little hesitant to come here after reading the preceding reviews, but was ultimately satisfied with the establishment. It met all my expectations for a McDonald's restaurant. I went in around 6 p.m. on a Monday and ate in. The cashier was friendly and the food came out in a timely fashion. The bathroom was sanitary, but could certainly use a little more attention It was a typical McDonald's experience, I have certainly had far worse...

This is a rating based on my drive - thru experience. Order was prompt and no mistakes. But what really got my attention was the posted sign on the drive - thru order taker window. Apparently the owners of this McDon has reviewed complaints about food and service here. So they are listing their names and contact information if there are any problems with their establishment. This was an immediate bump upward in stars. You could also tell by the level of service and quality of food. Let's hope it's not temporary.

Omfg. This is my first one star review. And no, it's not just because it's a McDonald's. In fact, I came here craving some sausage Mcmuffin and left extremely disappointed. I.e. even for a Mcdonalds, this place is horrendous. The fact that this place gets waaaayyyy better business than most other restaurants nearby is pretty much a crime against humanity. And really, come on, if they weren't a Mcdonalds, there's no way anyone would come here. My coffee smelled and tasted burnt. Both of my Mcmuffins were barely warm and the sausage in them seemed...stale. The cheese was also completely hardened. This doesn't even make sense! With a lengthy drive-through line and a good amount of customers inside the restaurants, all of my food should taste like it was just made. (well, not fresh, but you know what I mean) Instead, it tastes like it's been sitting on their bathroom floor for two days. The only thing that wasn't ****ed up was my hash browns. And, judging by the other reviews here, this was definitely not a fluke. Do not come here. If, for some lame American reasons, you need Mcdonalds, go to a different one.

If you happen to be in the area, DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT stop here. I have never been to a McDonald's more ridiculous! They are ghetto, slow and MUTE!

  • Nguyen L.

Man this place was horrible. All I wanted was two cups of ice but it was like pulling teeth. The lady at the first window was throwing food out the drive thru window; it appeared she was feeding birds. Then she acted like she was mute by not speaking but pointing toward the next window to get my order. And I told her about herself. Then they didn't even have the ice fixed when I got there. McDonalds usually has standards, but this one was ran by my people.

I wish I could rate this location with a half star. By far the worst service I've ever encountered! I've always been addicted to McDonald's but this place helps me save my money. First thing first, we were told by an employee at the window to say you're military before the order is placed. Used the military discount a few times and then we were told by management they've never given military discounts. Sad thing is we were leaving Kessler and there's a huge sign that reads military discount with ID! MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED AND MORE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL SHOULD BE HIRED. McDonald's is known for the sweet tea....The tea is horrible!!! The wait time is ridiculously long for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! I've waited for over 30 minutes for them to screw up my entire meal and given an excuse on why they can't complete their customer service duties. I will report this location to corporate!

Worst McDonald's In all of south ms. They take forever. They don't remember what you have on your order. They mess up orders. I was able to eat my hot fudge sundae in the drive thru before I even got my food. Since its the closest to my house, I thought Ya it will be a quick dinner, NO, it was not quick and it was not fresh. It was the worst dinner. Please people think twice before you go to this McDonald's. Just go the extra mile or 2 and go to another location.

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. I used to work right next door to this McDonald's and would have to wait close to around 20-30 min for my order most times I would visit, busy or not. Today took the cake for me however... I went through the drive-thru before work thinking they couldn't possibly mess up anything with the small order I had. I ordered a LARGE Big Mac meal with a water and a Filet-O-Fish sandwich. When I got to the window to receive my food, the boy at the window handed me the bag of food, which, when I opened it, had a special order Quarter pounder in it with a medium fry. I handed the bag back and told him everything in my order ... He went back to correct it and I should have known to check again. I got to work and in the bag were two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches; one special ordered NO TARTAR and the other special ordered NO CHEESE.. And a medium fry. After today, I will take my business to another McDonald's from now on. I tried to call to talk to a manager... Shouldn't have been surprised that no one answered the phone.

The worst McDonalds that I have ever ate at. I love McDonalds but this is one to avoid. I still eat here from time to time because it's convenient from where I live and work and I never learn my lesson and I always think maybe it will be a better experience this time. Sometimes they do serve a good meal and occasionally the service is good too. The best chance to get a good meal and good service is counterintuitively during the lunch rush on weekdays. The food is freshly cooked then and they have a working system in place to keep the drive thru line moving relatively quickly unlike other times of the day. Usually their fries taste old and stale and their sandwich buns are very hard. I have sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before on a Saturday morning waiting on a sausage egg biscuit and a hash brown only for the bread to be hard and crumble apart. The hash-brown is either way overcooked and hard or undercooked and full of grease. The also run out of supplies a lot. How many places run out of things like ketchup, ice, soda cups, etc... on a regular basis? The managers must know how to order supplies properly or the owner really sucks. Some of the employees are really nice, most are ok but a couple of them are really nasty to people. I recommend folks avoid this McDonalds. The one on Cowan-Lorraine Road about 5 miles away is very good.

GHETTOTASTIC! If I were to review this place after the first time I visited, prolly would have gave it a 1 star.. waited 10 minutes for a breakfast burrito which I know it takes less than a minute to make and a couple of seconds in the Q-er (that's what the microwave is called in McDo world). So when they finally arrived, the chick in the back literally THREW it in the landing zone. I guess this is normal to them because the manager stood there the whole time. Really?! So much for customer service. Unfortunately, I came back but this time I just ordered a parfait. It's very hard to screw that up right? Once again I was proven wrong! Please tell me why is it acceptable to hand a customer one that has blue plastic wrap to loosely cover it resulting in a messy looking sticky cup of slop. Once again managerial fail. If it werent for the fact that this was the closest fast food place next to the base, I wouldnt have gone here at all. (Btw, this review was really written on around March of last year. Hopefully the service has gotten better since then. Hopefully.)

I wanted to piggyback off of Cynthia on the slow service. I got into biloxi last Sunday and was starving after a 6 hour drive. I wanted something quick so I went to McDonalds. I ordered a dbl cheeseburger, fries and the mcchicken(or whatever they call it now). I was the 3rd one in line and everyone in front of me had to pull over to the side to wait for their food...I would've left but couldn't drive over the curb. I eventually paid and had to wait 5 mins or so for my mcchicken sandwich....total wait of 15 mins. Pretty darn slow. The whole time I was staring at burger king across the street wishing I got a whopper.
