Incredible service, even for a lunch time rush. Bonus that kids eat free right now Mon-Thur with purchase of adult meal. Mary N was our order taker and went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct, brought out quickly and checked on us throughout or meal. 10/10 would recommend.

Military friendly. Though they don't give a discount, they do offer a military only card for buy-5-get-1-free. A coworker was able to get the Big Nasty with a potato meal, all for free. They have a decent price:portion ratio. I tend to eat more than the recommended portion sizes, though. I added the spoon cake to fill in the gap. Good flavor, but definitely rich. I'm willing to bet that I ate way more calories than I should have. They state no reservations on their description. I can see that for average orders, but they have a VIP room in the back for small events. We were able to have a modest going away lunch back there, and the POC had called ahead to schedule it.

Poor service, over-priced, and was less than decent food. My entire sandwich was simply BREAD. I paid almost $20 for a loaf of bread that tasted NOTHING like a traditional New Orleans muffuletta; the name on the menu should be changed.

What can I say... A cockroach crawled across my plate. Really. What the what? My french dip was fine. The mac and cheese was made with over cooked noodles, the unsweet tea was fine. I did not eat my salad. The COCKROACH ended my meal post haste. I just can't. Just no.

The potato salad is too good. I get the choose two. Half garden salad, and half veggie club.

The food is always good and the service is fast and friendly. The best part is the menu is very diverse. Lots of items to choose from and they have no problem making it special to the way you like it!

They claim to have the "best" sweet tea, not true in my opinion, but still pretty good! I do love their food though. Everything I have tried here is simply mouth-watering! I always get the mac & cheese as a side, you can tell it's made well,,, NOT generically, watered-down, and with no flavor like some places make it. I kind of with they would lower the price a little,, after all, this is a Deli. But, the price definitely won't keep me away either lol.

My usual aversion to chains aside, I really like this place. In all fairness I didn't realize they had locations beyond the gulf coast until recently. Some items on the menu are better than others. The sandwiches, iced tea and desserts are great. The big baked potatoes not so much because they are a little dry.

A very average chain sandwich shop. Forgettable food and generic interior. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing right with it either.

God, I hate this place. I'm not sure if it's me or the one in OS tastes better. They messed up my order twice, and it still tastes like urine. The baked potato was alright, but who can get that wrong?

After reading all the previous reviews we decided to go there for dinner and we loved it! The place is cute, the service is good and the sandwich was delicious!!!

Ate lunch here today for the LAST time. After ordering at the counter, my husband and I had a hard time finding a clean table although the lunch crowd was pretty much gone as it was after 1:00. ( I counted 10 people working there so you would think somebody would have cleaned off the tables.) We both ordered a ruben. It was by far the worst ruben we have ever had. This ruben was on very lightly toasted "Wonder" rye bread. Most rubens are grilled on marble rye. The "corned beef" was actually not corned beef at all, just an imatation. It was cold and the meat was somewhat wet. Not much dressing and sauerkraut at all. The "swiss" cheese was processed. I did have a bonus in my sandwich that my husband didn't get. One half of a black olive. Can't imagine where that came from. All in all it was possibly the worst meal we have had in a long, long time.

Over Priced but descent food. Just Ordered a ten dollar chicken peta. It was terribly small. But McAlister's does have the best potato salad, so all was not lost. More expensive than panara bread.

Do not waste your time or money on this location. While I'm a fan of McAlister's Deli, this store on Pass Road in Biloxi is bad. The last few times I've eaten here have been bad and the most recent was the final straw, I won't be back. My Chicken Tortilla soup arrived ice cold. Sent it back only to have the server put it in the microwave and bring it back out to me. I asked her is that sanitary, am I gonna get sick. Her response was, I hope not, what do you want me to do about it. Additionally, the taste of their sweet tea at this store tastes burnt. The place is dirty as well. I sent feedback to the corporate office website and never heard anything back. I rarely give one star but this place deserves it.

Nothing fancy but if you're looking for soups and sandwiches this is definitely the place to go. I got the Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey panini which was good and my fiance got the Harvati Sweet Chipotle Chicken panini which was absolutely amazing. We also got Broccoli Cheddar soup which was pretty decent. I would definitely go back. I wasn't impressed with the sweet tea, wasn't sweet enough, although i could be biased as I do have a sweet tooth

Always friendly faces and good sandwiches, but the best thing on the menu is the tea. Overall a safe lunch or light dinner choice while you are out and about

I love this restaurant chain but this one by far is the worst I have ever been to. The inside is not too clean and the food and service are terrible. I have been to this location 3 times over the span of about 2 years and it has not improved.

One of the few decent places to eat in Biloxi. The place is clean, the sandwiches are tasty and right portion.. Tried rueben which was good, then later one of their regular hogs. The side dishes are great. Mac and cheese was my favorite. Workers behind the counter are very courteous and pleasant. Must go place for a quick lunch and dinner.

Now I seem to like this McAlister's location better than the one in Gulfport. Sharing a huge parking lot with Office Depot, you never have to worry about parking. It ha a great location on the hiding on the West Corner of Pops Ferry Rd. Much like my post of the Gulfport location, McAlister's is a MS chain of deli restaurants known for their Giant Baked Potatoes and Sweet Tea. I enjoy the the Memphian (**** stars) I usually get the potato salad (** stars) even though its kind of bland. Their Tortilla Soup (*** stars) is good but not like what I am used to back in CA. Their sweet tea or lemonade is some of the best on the Coast, but I tend to get greedy and order half unsweet, half lemonade (AKA Arnold Palmer) They also have an outdoor patio which is great this time of year!!!

Amazing Sandwich and Soups. More on the pricey side of "gourmet" dining, but very worth it from time to time. I highly recommend giving it a shot. They have never let me down. Oh, and you HAVE to try the iced tea, kinda a specialty, it is delicious.

The potatoes, sandwiches, tea, and desert are ALWAYS good! Try the "Big Nasty"!
