When in Biloxi, in Hard Rock Cafe. I love me the Nachos and the Appetizer Sampler, and I wouldn't change anything about it. The boys got the Texan, and split it! Never tried drinks because you can't beat the Free beverages once inside the casino. Maybe consider lowering the price of the alcoholic beverages to up your sales. Kind regards.

Really two stars but I gave them an extra. Okay, so I was hungry Saturday night, I thought I would try Sal and Mookie's. BIG mistake! I went in and was seated. 10 mins later, no water, no menu, no service. 20 mins later, nothing. ( I waited 30 mins for nothing) so I left very bitter, I saw this HUGE guitar and was like "cool man" so I went in and sat at the bar, the bartender was very sweet and got my order quickly. The food was pretty mediocre, and was overpriced. $3.95 for an unsweetened ice tea?! ( I hope some dead rock star is serving it to me) Anyway, the place is overpriced but hard rock improved my night.

I went in expecting great things from this chain. I thought because of the name we could have a wonderful experience with great food. Yes, the atmosphere was very cool, nice to look at all the memorabilia. We were seating pretty shortly after our arrival, which for a party of 14 is wonderful. After that there was nothing that made me want to visit again. The prices versus the taste of the food was outrageous. All of the menu items were $17-$35. My sister has a pretty severe gluten allergy, when she asked if they had a gluten free menu our waiter was extremely unhelpful. He said no they did not offer a gluten free menu, but they would be glad to "cater to her dietary needs", but after that offered zero assistance whatsoever. Didn't even ask what she preferred or try to give her any options. The Norwegian salmon was nice, not $22 nice though. The mashed potatoes were not flavorful and the broccoli was not seasoned at all. The Bruschetta was great. The Texan sandwich was also good, but not worth the $18 that we spent. Over all I would not return unless you are going to the casino to sign up for a players card to receive your free t shirt.

Maybe I came with expectations too high but I definitely expected more out of the Cafe. First issue for me : their prices.I live in NYC so I'm used to everything being expensive but 15$ for a drink seems excessive to me .I paid 18$ for a shrimp platter and hubby paid 16 for a burger...that's a bit high for a restaurant in the south imo. My fries didn't taste "fresh" but my shrimps tasted better.I didn't like the coleslaw but hubby did. Only highlight was getting our glasses at the gift store and striking a convo with the funny and vibrant Lindsey(?).

Good spot: next to the beach, next to other casinos, and very close to Keesler AFB. Very popular and crowded during the weekends and holidays. Keep in mind that the food portions can be shareable, or if hungry, then go at it solo mojo. Food is mediocre, it's nothing to brag about. Sitting on stage next to the speakers and tv was quite hard to hear the other person talking, it ended up more of yelling across the table. Despite the food and noise, the service was good. Keep in mind, add a couple of dollars to your drink = get a souvenir glass. Wouldn't mind coming back, but it's not something to crave for.

Our waitress, Lisa, cussed the entire time she served us. I understand the Hard Rock is a "cool" place, but it's never cool to use foul language every sentence. She was "new," but that is no excuse for what happened. It took an hour and a half for a party of six (the restaurant was nearly empty) to get drinks and appetizers. When we needed a refill, she would act like we were bothering her (she never brought two of my colleagues their drinks). When we got our tickets, all of the orders were mixed up and none of the totals were right. After we fixed that, the most we could anyway, it took another 30 minutes for us to get our final copy. The next day, we noticed that Lisa charged more than what our total bill said. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I try to hit up the hard rock cafes everywhere I go from Paris, to London, to Mexico, you get the point. I liked this one. our waiter was awesome. the food was delicious and I needed that after a few nights of ehhh food other places lol.

My 9 year old loves this place. Obviously the decor and ambiance is fun but the menu selection STINKS if you want anything healthy at all. Great for the occasional diversion if you are a local. Our waiter today was amazing and the fact that management cares enough to reach out to their customers says alot.

What can I say more than it's a Hard Rock Cafe. The food was really great, my burger was perfectly cooked. The only complaint that I have is that it is almost $20 for a burger and some fries! I mean, my food was really good, but not that good.

Haven't been to a Hard Rock Cafe in a really long time. I knew why once I had the buffalo style hot wings, they were average. Glad I stopped short of ordering wings. The food's price point is higher than the quality served. The best part was our waitress. She was friendly and kept checking on us.

My family and I stopped by the Hard Rock Cafe on the way home. It was a Saturday afternoon around St. Patricks Day, there was a scheduled parade and the area was packed. We slipped into the restaurant while the crowd went to the parade so the cafe wasn't busy. We were seated immediately. They had a guy playing a guitar along with other instruments. He was really talented. Our waitress was very friendly and attended to our drink order quickly. We she returned, we were ready to place our food order. I ordered the Hard Rock burger, my wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and my kids ordered the kids pizza and Mac n cheese. The burger was delicious, cooked just the way I ordered it(medium). My wife said the pulled pork was average nothing to rave about. I tried the kid pizza, it was ok, what you would expect for a kid pizza, the crust was kinda tough, very similar to a pita pizza. The Mac n cheese was not the typical Kraft Mac n cheese. It's made with cavatappi pasta (spiral tubes), the cheese was good. What I liked was the guitar plates the kids meal was served in and the switch blade knife served with my burger(check out my photos). The wait for food was a little longer than I expected. The restrooms are located outside the restaurant. The dessert didn't appeal to me, we decide to hit the Ben & Jerry's down the hall just past the restrooms. We will come back to this restaurant when we stay in Biloxi for a quick getaway.

This is the worst concert venue I've ever experienced. The whole place is designed only to steal your money. They purposefully pack in too many people and have four bartenders on staff. I watched half of my $45 show waiting in line for a $5 bottle of beer. This place is the worst.

I wish my experience at the Hard Rock Cafe matched up with my overall experience at the casino but unfortunately it was a total letdown. The last Hard Rock Cafe I was probably sometime in the early 90's, so I didn't really go in with many expectations. I was just looking for a quick lunch while passing through. I walked in and it was pretty dead. I took a spot at the end of the bar. There were a couple of other people already at the bar with food and drinks, so it seemed like a safe bet. They have a wall of TV's playing music videos, which was good since I ended up sitting there for a good 15 minutes before finally flagging down a server to find out if anyone was actually working the bar. I was told she was back in the back cutting fruit and would be up shortly. Ok, no biggie. Would've been nice if one of the five servers pacing the floor would have told me instead of me having to ask. Maybe bring me a menu, too, while I'm waiting. The bartender finally comes back. She was really nice, but I was a little miffed over sitting there waiting all that time. But whatever, it's all good. I ordered, the food came out quickly and was decent. I had some kind of BBQ sandwich. In retrospect, I wish I had gotten a burger. The sandwich was good but I bet a burger would've been really good. Whatever, it was a decent lunch. I was originally planning to stop at The Shed for lunch, so I had BBQ on the brain. Once the bartender actually appeared, the service was pretty good. She was attentive and friendly. Here's what really irks me, though. I know this is THE Hard Rock Cafe. And that it happens to be located inside a Casino. But $15-20 for a sandwich/burger is a bit steep. Lunch for one that included one domestic draft beer in a souvenir glass came to almost $35 with tip. That's just ridiculous. I'll probably be back to Hard Rock Casino but I doubt I'll eat at the Hard Rock Cafe again. Too bad Ruth's Chris isn't open for lunch.

Good food. Good beer selection. Descent price. I recommend the Texan sammich. It is pulled pork with fried jalapeño and onion. I've eaten it there twice. I also got some type of BBQ burger there that was good. Club sammich was good. My friend got a chef salad and said it was really good. It was big. Ive had some questionable interactions with the staff there, but nothing major. They need to start providing a beer list at the tables because the wait staff doesnt know what's on tap. Annoying to have to get up and walk to the bar to see what beers are available. Eat here but gamble somewhere else.

This place rocks! The best service around here. I had the Philly Cheese sandwich and it was great. The hotel rooms are the best on the coast- ultra modern.

  • ScottandLisa V.

Atmosphere and service was great. Loved the nachos. The smokehouse Texan sandwich with pulled pork sounds great but was average. Half the pulled pork was not shredded and was more like chunks of pork. The restroom is outside and down past hotel check in. All the calories for items are shown in the online menu. You can sign up for two different member reward cards. One is free, the other like $25.

The weather was beautiful on our visit so we sat outside on the patio that overlooks the pool. I could not pass up the opportunity to try the hot wings which are listed on the menu as "smoked." There are three flavor choices; classic rock, heavy metal, and tangy bbq. I went with the classic rock. The flavor was interesting. There was a hint of smokiness but I couldn't tell if it was in the sauce or the meat. Either way, I'm not convinced that the smoke flavor was from actual smoke. No major complaints here but nothing to get excited about either.

We ate here after a concert at the casino, so it was about 11:00 p.m. This place is high on atmosphere, but middle of the road on food. I had the Chicken Marsala and a drink. The drink was quite awesome. The chicken marsala was quite okay. It was hot, there was chicken, there was mushrooms, there was pasta. Nothing to write home about. Our server was very nice and friendly. She mentioned to us that she was the top server in all the hard rocks because there was some kind of contest to get people to buy drinks, and all but shoved the drink down our throats, but in the end it was a win-win. Plus, we got a free collectors glass. If we were ever in town again and ended up here, I'd get something different. You win some, you lose some. This one was just a tie.

I ate at the cafe in the Hard Rock Casino recently and it was surprisingly great! I had the chicken sandwich with avocado! The service was fast and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable as well!

I don't get all the crappy reviews for the Hard Rock Cafe. We ate there the other night and had some wine, and two of their salads -- one was a chopped salad and the other one was a smoked chicken salad, and they were both excellent. However, the reason I am giving HRC 5 stars is that I noticed half way through my salad that they forgot to put the chicken in it. It was still good though. I was very surprised that when I got the bill they had comped the salad (about $12). This is what I call customer service, a restaurant that stands behind their products and when an ingredient is left out, you don't pay.... So because of the very good food and excellent customer service - I am giving five stars to HRC.

    (5)
  • George M.

You get your typical HRC ambience here, with the added bustle of the attached casino etc. making it feel like you're in a bigger city than you really are. When we ate here last night, we had excellent table service. I was less impressed with the longish food preparation time and the fact that they were out of two beers I wanted to try. I feel that for the prices asked, EVERYTHING should have been sharp. But our waiter was so good that he made up for some of the slack. Overall, we had good food and a pleasant experience.

Walked over from the Beau Rivage to check out the Hard Rock and wanted a snack so sat at the bar for a few drinks to go with the snacks. The service was definitely lacking, the bartender was busy playing on her phone while we sat there for about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us. We ordered the nachos with the beef brisket on them well the nachos were tasty but the brisket was dry and more like beef jerky then what brisket should be. Overall its a pretty standard issue chain Hard Rock Cafe. Nothing more but a little bit less then I was expecting.

    (2)
  • Mandy C.

Standard food that you expect from this chain. But the staff deserve 5 stars. Being located inside the casino I was worried how family friendly it would be- but they all loved our son and gave him tons of attention! I ate the"not so Cobb salad" which was full of fresh bright fruit (mangos, strawberries, cranberries, granny smith apples). Plus grilled chicken and avocado; as always this salad needed more meat! My husband did not care for hid burger at all...just an average one.

    (2)
  • Chris P.

Like a lot of chains, this one is much like the others - but in some ways that's good, since you know what to expect. A good place to come when you want a standard, like a cheeseburger. Service was pretty good, burger was thick and tasty - with a souvenir 20-oz glass and beer, $38 seemed a little steep to me but if you come here and don't expect that, you need to. At least it was okay food.

  • Julie D.

Fairly crowded. Lots of old time concerts showing on the monitors. Also, people working in the restaurant provided us with a little trivia about the videos, which made eating here a lot more fun. Service was very attentive and personable. We were just here to snack before our flight home, so we shared nachos Pretty yummy. Overall, a good place to eat.

This cafe fits perfectly for a casual lunch date. The cafe also had a gift shop connected with lots of neat souvenirs. If you love fruity drinks, I highly recommend the Fruitapalooza. It includes Malibu coconut, Creme de banana, sweet & sour and strawberry purée, and soda topped with pineapple and strawberry! The Legendary Burger had bacon, cheddar cheese and even a huge onion ring. The Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese was superb! I love pasta with lots of cheese so that with a side of garlic toast definitely topped off this dish.

  • Michael G.

We ate there last night. Overall the food was tasty though overpriced and the drinks were very overpriced. This was partially because we were duped into "souvenir glasses" because the refills would be "$4.95 cheaper". Translation on the receipt = $14 for first drink and $9 for refills. Ouch. My fiancé's chicken was very overcooked (chewy/gamey) and we had to send it back. Everything else was good though.

    (3)
  • Bud P.

Hated it. Crappy waitress and nothing special with the food. The only good place to eat at the Hard Rock hotel is the buffett

Stick with the burgers and fried appetizers. The blackened fish sandwich was dry and under seasoned. Their Caesar salad was good though.

Always a pleasure every time! The staff is always laid-back and friendly, and they always have excellent food recommendations! Some of the best comfort food around, in my opinion!

    (5)
  • Bekki H.

Eh. It's a Hard Rock Cafe, so I guess you go in knowing what to expect and what you'll get--typical American food (Burgers, Chicken, fries, salads, etc) so that can be comforting to some people. It's also WAY overpriced ($15 for a veggie burger, really?). At least they do have a veggie burger, though they seem to be trying too hard with it by covering it with vegetables and portabello--that's too much if you ask me, and I'm a vegetarian! And, when I asked the waitress for just a veggie burger with cheese she seemed really confused. We have been here 3 times (and the last time was THE LAST TIME!) I don't know why we keep going back. They recently changed their menu (perhaps in mid-February 2011) so some items are different and pricier. The service can be slow and unfriendly, or can make you feel rushed if it's crowded. Drinks are REALLY overpriced and read the "fine print" because some of the fruity drinks come in souvenir glasses--that you have to pay extra for. It's stated on the menu, but the server probably won't mention it to you and just charge you for a glass to take home. There may not be many restaurants on Beach Boulevard these days, but this is definitely one to skip.

Not an ideal dining experience. The food wasn't that great, service wasn't that great, and prices were expensive.

I love the food here, but don't expect to go there and get fast and great service. I went here many times but have stopped after I had to wait 32 minutes for my check. I understand it's very busy, what annoyed me was the fact that the waitress gave us a few looks, nodded, and never returned.

  • Valeria S.

The food was pretty yummy. my cousin and I took a road trip to Florida from New Orleans and stopped in Biloxi to eat here and our waiter Chris was pretty funny and very helpful. If I was taking another road trip to Florida I'd deff stop by again.

    (3)
  • Jordan S.

This review is for the actual Hard Rock Cafe, inside the hotel. It's everything you would expect; burgers, fries, chicken, salads. All of your typical American food with Rock N' Roll Names. Like, the Pink Floyd burger, or the Rockin' fries. Prices are extremely ridiculous. I had a BBQ bacon burger with fries. It was delicious, but it wasn't worth $16.50! Additionally, our waitress mixed up our drinks on our separate checks. (I was charged for a coke when I drank a free water) She told us that we would have to figure it out amongst ourselves because she was not able to change anything. What a jerk.

One of the better casinos of the bunch. The roof top club gives an excellent view if there is much to see after katrina. 70's era with go go dancers that cant dance with new age music, weird. they have a ben and jerrys on the 2nd floor and that is the best things to visit. my husband spent a good amount of time. 3- 8 hour nights in a row sitting at the video poker bar getting free drinks for playing. needless to say i wasnt happy but he was. he ended up being up 33$. whoopee

This place rocks! The best service around here. I had the Philly Cheese sandwich and it was great. The hotel rooms are the best on the coast- ultra modern.

The food was no where near worth the price. Very basic food with an astronomical price.

Hated it. Crappy waitress and nothing special with the food. The only good place to eat at the Hard Rock hotel is the buffett

Stick with the burgers and fried appetizers. The blackened fish sandwich was dry and under seasoned. Their Caesar salad was good though.

I stayed eating and drinking at this place when in Biloxi. Bar tenders are so cool and food and drinks are on point.

Always a pleasure every time! The staff is always laid-back and friendly, and they always have excellent food recommendations! Some of the best comfort food around, in my opinion!

The food was pretty yummy. my cousin and I took a road trip to Florida from New Orleans and stopped in Biloxi to eat here and our waiter Chris was pretty funny and very helpful. If I was taking another road trip to Florida I'd deff stop by again.

3- 8 hour nights in a row sitting at the video poker bar getting free drinks for playing. needless to say i wasnt happy but he was. he ended up being up 33$. whoopee
