Brooklyn Pizza

Best pizza on the coast. For whatever reason their pepperoni pie is spectacular. Plus it's very inexpensive. Garlic knots are delish too. I prefer this location to the one in gulfport. It's a lot cleaner and the staff is friendlier.
I was thoroughly impressed with my experience here. The fam and I wanted pizza but I'm so over the "big name franchise pizza" and wanted to try something local. For my family of four plus one additional mouth to feed for the night I got the 20in all meat pizza. HOLY COW!!! Literally I think a whole cow was on my pizza. The toppings, cheese, and sauce was lovingly applied. The workers were also a plus. Very kind and friendly. It may be a Brooklynn pizza but you gotta love the southern hospitality. We will most definitely be back!
Very good pizza that is fairly priced. Fully expected to give this less than 5 stars coming in but the pizza spoke for itself. Recently had a trip to New York and this was very comparable. Will definitely eat here again next time we are in town.

great food and fun location! The food is fresh, so it's prepared with care! Usually a line, but they hustle to get things out. Great salad - very fresh dark greens with either shrimp or chicken and a huge portion!
It's open & staff is working out some ruff edges. Food is more than standard burgers there's poboys, gumbo, some catfish & shrimp.

We visited Friday night around 7 and found a nice crowd with 4 of let's guess 12 tables open. The interior is nice with old brick walls and open beam wood beamed roof. Decor is ok...looks a bit thrown together though with the wooden benches...all in all ok..country music playing softly..not too loud of a place. We ordered the boiled shrimp and fried seafood platter with a stuffed crab app. and a fried eggplant app. The stuffed crab was not bad..moist with more crabmeat than usual (maybe it was sheepshead??). It did not seem to bready but it could have used mote seasoning for me. Saw some onion in it..all in all not bad for 3.95. The 5 or 6 eggplant disks were cut to 1/4" and fried with a course crumbed bread. It was topped with red gravy and partially melted shredded mozz. and dusted with parm. Hot when it came out. This was just so-so for me...Iike my eggplant cut a bit thicker..and the cheese melted. My wife liked her shrimp. "Royal Reds". I hate hearing Royal Reds. WGAF when we have the best brown shrimp in the world..screw royal reds..they had a hint a hint of crab boil and peeled nicely. My seafood platter was per my choice of 3, oysters, shrimp, and catfish. Shrimp were small but plentiful. Oysters fried just right. Catfish was horrible. Fries were good. Would try again but would not get the catfish...
Delicious, delicious! File Gumbo was fantastic. Fried green tomatoes topped with a gigantic crab cake and tangy remouladez and a royal red platter that tastes like lobster. "Decor" is fine, but this place is about eatin'!!
Enjoyed casual dining at Lil Joe's. We went for the soft shell crab, and they were out of them. Thoroughly enjoyed the fried oysters, small, moist and lightly breaded--the best I've had, comparing them to the large breaded crunchy ones elsewhere, and I like oysters. The deep sea Royal Red shrimp were tender and tasty, having been boiled in crab seasoning. Dinners come with choice of two sides and bread, and cost about $13-16. Po-boys are on the menu, too. Located in Depot Row, across from the Visitors Train Depot.

Wonder little breakfast dinner/donut place. The donuts were delicious and fresh. My husband also had a chicken biscuit and it was fabulous. We stopped her for a quick breakfast on our way back home. We were not disappointed.
Thought it was going to be good due to thee crowd when we arrived. We waited an hour no lie for a bowl of grits, a pancake, side of bacon and a plan ole breakfast special. Terrible service. Bacon good. Biscuit the worse ever tasted. Had to doctor up the grits. My nephew enjoyed the pancake. Would not come back.
Nice little place frequented by locals. Very family friendly and yummy donuts and food. There are tables so you can eat-in or take your donuts to go!

This place is a nice find amid the rural wasteland that is Bay St. Louis/Waveland. I came here as part of a private function where the second floor was reserved, so I didn't get the normal restaurant experience. However, you would think that for a private function the service would be more attentive. Not so. I arrived a bit late, but nobody seemed to notice and never offered to bring me a glass of water or anything. I had to flag somebody down. Bread was brought out, but there was no butter or olive oil. I ordered the clam chowder (which was fairly decent) but there was not pepper to be found on the tables. For my entree I ordered the soft shell crab, but it was horrifically salty. And I have a pretty high tolerance for saltiness. The pulled pork sandwich seemed really good however, as attested to by others who ordered it. Also worth mentioning is that the waitress spilled a cup of coffee on the woman sitting next to me. Overall, this is a nicely decorated place in an area where you wouldn't expect a lot. There's a nice view of the ocean and parking is ample, although on the street. I don't hang out in Bay St. Louis all that often, but if I came back I'd bet willing to try eating here again. Or on second thought, I'd just as soon go to Buttercup, the mom and pop joint up the way. They have great sandwiches.
I've eaten here a few times and none of it was by choice. I've ordered the risotto on two different occasions and both times half the rice was over cooked and the other half is under cooked. the rice stuck to my teeth. i had different chicken plates and the chicken was dry, salty and greasy. My boyfriend had eggplant and the eggplant was drenched in grease. The chips have some kind seasoning on them. I personally did not like them. The waitstaff is terrible. I had to shake my glass to get a refill. The waiter seemed clueless and he hardly ever came to check on us. Every time I eat there I spend the rest of the day in the bathroom. The steak was cooked perfectly and the decor s cool. I was told by a member in my party that the po-boys are good.
I loved the atmosphere here! We started in the Hurricane Hunter Bar drinking amazing Lazy Magnolia beer flights and eating fresh Oysters. I can vouch for the fried catfish, the seafood linguine, and an awesome cheeseburger. Oh and don't pass up Miss Ann's Pecan Pie - Nom Nom.

Food was great! Recommend the onion rings! I had half and half fish and shrimp the wife had grilled shrimp all very tasty. Service was good also! I gave four stars because the coleslaw needs work. All in all I'd recommend Tony's family restaurant.
Had a date night with my husband so we picked Tony's. This restaurant had the fried ravioli with crawfish sauce as the special, which is what I ordered. My husband ordered the seafood platter after asking our server if it was big. She said two people could eat it. Our food took quite a while to be delivered to us. But we were enjoying our date night too much to complain. My fried ravioli with crawfish sauce was tasty, even though the outer edges of the ravioli were very crisp and hard to cut. Had to use my knife and almost bent the fork in doing so. The garlic bread was so salty it was hard to eat. The crawfish sauce was delicious and plentiful. There was enough ravioli I took the majority home for leftovers, which as it turns out was better the second day since they weren't as hard to cut. My husband's "two person" platter was hardly that. He finished it just fine and enjoyed it. Said it could have been priced a little cheaper for the amount that he received. But he still thought the flavor was good. Our server was very nice and prompt with drinks.
Pretty nice place. Some good things, some not so good. The gumbo I had was pretty good , nice tasting in a light rue and not that spicy which is ok by me. Wife says the portion was great on her fried shrimp. Of course they used the words jumbo to describe the shrimp, which they were not. More like regulars. Daughters liked their dishes , the oysters leblanc and the seafood platter. Liked enough to get doggie bags. Probably the biggest detractors were the venue and personnel. The place is some what frumpy. Kind of thrown together. The personnel hang out in the back of the eating area. Everybody seems lethargic, looking at their phones while on the floor and just down right lackadaisical. The signage outside is king of weird .
