A much better Chinese food place then the other places around the warrensburg area. They deliver to areas around the Air Force Base for a small charge & I have no problem with the $4fee for delivery.

This is the BEST in Kansas City By Far!! The Sushi bar is outstanding!! The Sushi is fresh and done right in front of you.The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is nicer. They have remodeled and the flow is much nicer than previous. I just think country music in a Chinese place could mix my stomach up. (But I digress) Please go and eat here you will not be disappointed. All the college kids do!!

Best chinese in town. We order the honey chicken, general tso lchicken, and some egg rolls. This place was everything you would want from a regular old chinese place. No surprises.

Their delivery times are terrible. When ordering online, it's taken up to 2 hours to get our food, and that's with a phone call asking what the status is with our food. This evening, I ordered online at 730. At almost 9pm, I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. I kept calling, but still no answer. Eventually I drove to the restaurant and they were closed.... They closed early, so everyone that ordered online this evening has been screwed over. Nobody will be receiving their food. That's terrible customer service. On a side note, their food has steadily been going down hill in quality. We will no longer be ordering from this place.

The food always looks like it has been sitting out for awhile, but when it comes out fresh, it's good! They were out of sushi, but they made more and brought it out to us and served us a few pieces of the fresh roll. It doesn't have the best food around, but the reason I come back is because of the service! They're extremely friendly!

I love these guys. The food is typical Chinese buffet. But the people are wonderful. They deliver to Knob Noster and WAFB. And recently some soup leaked on my order and he refused to take more than half the price of the food for it. Great people.

I'm not a big of a fan of buffets, but when your in Warrensburg, your options are kind of limited. I'm surprised at how many Chinese buffets there are in Warrensburg, especially since it's pretty much the middle of Missouri. That being said, it is the best Chinese buffet in town. Sidenote about the term "Chinese buffet", the kitchen staff is not Chinese, it's hispanic. However, the food is still delicious. If you're looking for a pink walled restaurant with Christmas lights inside every day of the year, then look no further than New China!

Yikes... try not to look too close at anything here... it's "clean" if you want it to be, right? The food is okay... I mean, it's Warrensburg chinese food, don't expect masterpiece dishes. Don't expect good fried rice. The buffet is so-so. I haven't done take-out, so I can't comment on that.

Out of the 2 Chinese Buffets in Warrensburg, New China is definitely #2. The food stays on the buffet too long and is usually cold when you get to it. The food is not all that good, either. However, it's the only place to get crab legs in Warrensburg- so I go there for it alone.

i'm not a buffet person. but if you happen to be in warrensburg, missouri and if you just have to eat at a buffet, you probably won't be disappointed with this place. lots to choose from and great variety. i'm just not a buffet person

I disagree with the quality of the food mentioned in other reviews. Hands down, the marley chicken is the best battered and friend chicken at any of the Chinese places in the burg. The crab Rangoon are 2 nd to honk kong express by the tiniest margin and their rice is superior to anyone's in town. It is genuine long grain sticky rice, so sticky they put plastic wrap over the metal pan on the buffet. As far as cold food, you have to be critical of the times you go to buffets. Go during lunch hours mon thru thurs and on Sunday for best quality. The owner is nice and remembers students by name and it isn't the cleanest lookin place but I'm sure it's cleaner than your kitchen at home, so people need to stop being so picky. Best buffet in town cuz king chef just doesn't do it for me, I would rather have less quality selections than a bunch of mediocre ness. But that just my opinion. My name is JR 5 star and I'm here to set the bar straight for good eats in the burg.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
