I recently visited this establishment for the first time, and as an out-of-towner, I have to say my expectations were high. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find great signage, colorful picture showing was several of the sandwiches looked like, which is always a plus in my opinion when you have lots of different ingredients to choose from. The staff was friendly and they even gave me a free cookie for coming in for my first time. Everything was delicious fresh. Would definitely return. The only negative was that they did not have more of a selection for a vegetarian. I think with a few more options, even a veggie eater like myself could eat here.

Great staff! Friendly and courteous! Quick and professional! The food was great! I had the California Wrap! The food was fresh! Unfortunately I didn't get to dine in, so I can't speak for the experience from inside, but if the carry out is a preview of what awaits inside.......it's going to be an above average experience! I highly recommend giving Schlotzsky's on Glenstone a try. You won't regret it!

I love Schlotzskys! They have the best sandwiches I've ever had, hands down. Whenever I go traveling thru the county I try to visit a Schlotzskys whenever I can!! The #1, supreme, large w/ no olives! Seriously, the best sandwich I've ever had.

Don't under-rate this Schlotzky's. The sandwiches are great and the quality of the ingredients are so much higher than you get at cheap sandwich places. The service here does need some help, but what do you expect from college students. They probably mainly cater to the Evangel university crowd anyway. They still have some of the best chips in the business. I love the cracked black peppercorn!

For sandwiches, this place is pricey. I realize they make the sandwiches when you order, but so does almost every other sandwich shop and none of them are as consisently slow as this location. The medium sized sandwich does not fill me up, but the large is way too much to finish, they should re-brand the medium as a small and create an in-between as the new medium.

As you know, I am a sucker for good service, by people who truly care about their product. My fiance went to college in Indiana and there was a Schlotzsky's near his campus and he and his parents went there habitually every time they came to visit. So, for my first time at Schlotzsky's he insisted that I take a photo out front so that we could share it with his Mom. I stood out front and made a cheesy grin... and THUMBS UP, of course. We went inside and upon approaching the counter to order our food - the person working there said "The owner would like to give you a free Cinnabon for taking a photo out front and helping us out." Very cool. We ordered our food, it came out pretty quickly. My fiance got a tea that was WAY too sweet, and he took it up front - and instead of making him pour it out into the tray, the woman offered to take it from him and give me a brand new cup so he could get something fresh. I got the steak and avocado sandwich. Let me tell you, the steak that they are serving on sandwiches here is pretty crazy tender and delicious for being mass produced for a sandwich shop. It's REALLY good. The sandwich was delicious and paired well with a good broccoli cheddar soup. The owner approached us and thanked us personally for taking a picture with his store because it put a smile on his face and reminded him of how excited he used to get as a kid when his family would take HIM to Schlotzsky's Deli. He talked to us for a while - was incredibly kind and pleasant and its that kind of stuff that pushes me to give chain franchises an extra star of two --- because there are Schlotzsky's all over the place (Though unfortunately, no longer in STL) but this puts his franchise apart. Service and appreciation for the customer. Will return on our next trip to Tablerock Lake while passing through. :)

If I were basing this review solely on their food, I'd have given it four stars. The fresh veggie sandwich, was a nice change from the typical one you get at places like subway. The bread is really the main attraction. It's a round wheat bun that tasted fresh and warm. The insides were comprised of cheddar cheese, cucumbers, red onion, tomato, black olives, lettuce, and a fat free spicy ranch. It's really one of the better fast food vegetarian sandwiches you can get. That being said, their employees needed some work. The cashier was very unfriendly and didn't seem to have any interest in answering my questions, since it was my first time there. Even when I picked up my food from the window, I thanked the woman and she didn't even look in my direction. While the sandwiches are a little more expensive than the average fast food restaurant, they're good enough to return, although I'd try another location.

Locally owned business that really supports military! How great it is to be supported by having half of your lunch!! You can't go wrong with some Albuquerque Turkey. Load it up with some hot sauce and you are good to go!
