After having a problem with another location in Springfield on W. Kearney, I came to this location hoping for better service and pizza. When I placed my order, I used a coupon that was good for a free medium one topping pizza. I elected to add another topping and insisted on paying for the extra topping. However, the gentleman behind the counter spoke to his manager about how to process the coupon and came back insisting that they not charge me for the extra topping. The friendly service was very impressive given the fact that they have about 10 or so employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off to fulfill orders, as they are very busy at this point. It's rare to see such friendly service and calm demeanor in such a rush. It was also nice that they updated me at one point to let me know how long my order has left to cook. The pizza was pretty impressive too. It was cooked to absolute perfection with no bubbles, not too much or too little sauce and I absolutely love the butter and herb that they put on the crust. I wish I could say more about the pizza, but I think absolute perfection sums it up best.

Bad weather today and delivery was still super fast. Order was perfect, even with my special order. Delivery driver was very friendly and courteous. Very satisfied customer right here! Won't hesitate to order again :)

This Domino's location always has my order correct, hot, fresh, and very fast. I order from them all of the time, and have had exactly zero orders messed up. I'm actually glad to be in their delivery area. I love my Domino's!

We never liked this brand of pizza in other locations we lived throughout the country. When we moved to Springfield it turned out Dominos was the nearest pizza place and only one that provides delivery. We were pleasantly suprised when we ordered our first time from this store. The pizza is always good and if there is a problem, which is very rare, it is happily corrected. The staff have been helpful, friendly and professional. It has converted many visitors who hesitated when we ordered food from Dominos. This store and the good food has turned us into Domino fans. By the way, the new items they have added to the menu through the years are great. We have not been disappointed. You actually can get it your way here! Kudos to the web designer as this is very user friendly.
