Went there last night craving French fries, all was good as expected until I got to the last fry in the bag and found it cuddling a bug

I like McDonalds, and there's not much to say (everyone's been there after all), but I had to comment on this location. It's the s l o w e s t McDonald's I've ever patronized, and mornings are the worst. The drive thru is almost always wrapped around the building by half and the wait is at least 20 minutes, in addition to having to pull up and park after paying, so the staff can have more time to make your food and walk it out to you. Really? This is all pre-prepped stuff. That's ridiculous. I've emailed the location explaining their service is incredibly slow in the morning - when most are trying to hurry and get to work, but didn't receive a response. Not even a thank you for your comments. So I suppose this location is content with snail speed service. That's fine, but I'm not. After all there are plenty of other, faster McD's and breakfast places in the world. I'll reserve my business for them.

I must confess that I was a little mchungry last week and indulged in McDonalds not once but twice at two different locations. I snarfed my cheeseburger and fries down because I was feeling like a hungry and lazy little mcmonster....I went to the drive-thru around 3:00 which is pretty dang late but the place was happening...I was about 6 cars back but the line moved quickly. You would think that you could expect a hot burger and some nice hot fries but it was lukewarm and also had too much ketchup and mustard on it and my fries tasted a little old...so I love McDonalds (please don't judge it just is part of my childhood) I am glad there is one on pretty much every corner so I can select a different location where perhaps they will do a bit better.....

Breakfast experience: Okay wait time in drive thru line at 9:30am, placed order, Sausage McGriddle, is your order correct on screen? Yep. Paid and drive thru staff was friendly. Go home block away, open the bag, extra napkins and what the heck is this, nasty looking Egg White Delight with ham. Go back to McD's, go inside, no acknowledgment, excuse me my order is wrong, takes bag, tells coworker, throws sandwich in bag, gives me bag. No I'm sorry. No care if my sandwich was probably cheaper, so no refund, just careless employees. Bottom line: go somewhere else for breakfast.

When I joined Yelp I told myself I wouldn't review any fast food restaurants but this McDonald's is so horrible I need to get to vent. Almost everytime I go here they screw something up wherether it's my food, not giving me condiments I ask for or long waits or all of the above. I went last Saturday for breakfast and waited 10 mins to get to the pick up window. I ordered an egg mcmuffing meal with oj. I had to pull forward and waited another 10 mins and a mgr brought my food and in a mono tone voice said "Have a good day, sorry for your wait". Now I know they probally don't care but it's your job to at least pretend you care. Oh, and my oj was watered down and tasted like crap. For some reason I went back today. Fairly quick to the window but once had to pull forward. Mgr brought my food out and she was nice but when I told her it would be nice if I didn't always have to pull forward her reply was "Be careful, the hash brown is real hot". Are you serious? So I have a hot hash brown I can't eat with a luke warm sandwhich that tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. I don't even eat my hash brown since it's so hot and I tried taking a bite because I got to where I was going before I could. Give me a friggin break. Lean how to be better prepared.

I have the misfortune of having this MCDs being closest to our home and the Dance school my daughter goes to, the onyl thing consistant about this MCD is that they consistantly suck. Over the last year or so you would see Corp looking MCD people with their little clip boards walking around the rest and you think, oh boy! they are going to get this place running the way it should! But no they suceeded in putting in 2 "pull over and wait" spots because the drive thru is always backed up, EVERY single time I go there I need to pull into wait lane 1 or 2, Im not exagerating, doesnt matter what time of the day, how busy or not busy, you need to pull up and wait. Sometimes they give you half your order and have you pull up, so when you finally get the rest of your order the first bag they gave you is cold, in addition, even the new bag you get, the burger is always old and cold and the fries are hot but raw EVERYTIME. Its like they steal from me everytime I go there, they are never staffed or preped for a rush, they have this dance school right next door that gets out a 5PM every Monday, yet it still has not occured to then to schedlue people to accomidate those busy times, the food always tastes old, cold, or crappy, they always ask what a sauce for nuggets for the happy meal BUT NEVER GIVE YOU ANY, always a toss up despite asking for a girl toy, you will get what ever they feel like giving you, even if they ask for a boy or girl, its really a crap shoot. They at least have some pleasant employees, but they also have some rough looking ones too... yikes.... normally I would not waste my time reviewing fast food, much less eating it, but this place sucks so bad, I needed to make sure they understand just how badly they suck, seriously, take a lesson from Mueller Rd & S Lindbergh, they are Spot-On all the time. And just so you know, not only does your food suck, service slow and people questionable, the fact you had to construct waiting lanes should have indicated to you that you need to make some changes, should spent that waiting lane money on retraining your employees, updating equiptment, something, really how stupid,

Not the worst ever. Just a normal but usually very busy place. My orders have been right and the fries are hot. No play place for the wee ones.
