Great burger joint with all the fixin's! I'm gluten free and seriously miss a good old-fashioned burger and this place really delivers! I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger and it was the best wrapped burger I've ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. It didn't slide all around and the flavor was fantastic. Home drilled, on the spot, suzie q's that are equally delicious but if they aren't for you I guarantee they'll have something delightful that is! I highly recommend them but if your going to try them be sure to take cash as they don't accept bank or credit cards!

Total hole in the wall but feels like somewhere that would be on a Food Show like Man vs. Food. It's been around since 1960 I believe. Definitely get the fried tenderloin sandwich. A large will be bigger than your face. Small was good for me. Get the suzie Q French fries (homemade not frozen). Ask for the Reese's PB shake. It's a special creation by the owner Matt. So good!!! Highly recommend this place for out of towers. You will never forget it.

Been going here since moving into town back around 1985. Matt and his crew continue to put out some of the best comfort food around! Burgers, Tenderloins, a whole slew of sides.. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu! If there was one thing I'd love to see change is the portion size on the sides. They used to be much bigger.

It's still good but not near as good as it used to be. We live around the corner go there quit often. Best thing on menu is tenderloin it's huge. Also the cheese cubes are good. But is a great place for the price. Owner just out of no where brought our daughter free ice cream. That that was nice

I grew up in Peculiar and I never miss stopping in for their great burgers, tenderloins and suzi-q fries. They still make their patties fresh by hand every day, bread their own tenderloins and crank their own fries. They are just the best.

I was working down in Peculiar today...lunchtime....saw your yelp and went to give it a try. FYI to all takers...this place is close on Mondays so I was unable to induldge. 3 stars just because I cannot post without placing a star rating.
