Pretty good little diner. Country folks and good food. I thought it was a gay guys Restraunt . Nope , country diner with vinyl table clothes. Need to go back for dinner. Pie looks great.

Went for breakfast with my hubs. Good breakfast options at a good price. I had a chicken fried steak and he had an omelet. The portions were decent and the flavor was nice. The server station was an untidy, unorganized mess which leads me to question their cleanliness. Also the wait staff seem to be all very young and inexperienced.

A very pleasant surprise ! The club sandwich was very good. Big enough to share. Thick slices of turkey, Colby and American cheese, ham and crispy bacon piled in between crunchy iceberg lettuce a slices of ripe and juicy tomato. Rumors around the table say that the Pork Tenderloin is a good sandwich. Fried crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Accompanied by an assortment if fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. If all that isn't enough...there's home made fruit pies. I tried the the Strawberry Rhurbard, tender flaky crust with a sweet yet tart filling. Made with loving hands...just like Mom. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous and service is friendly. Definitely worth the stop if you are on your way to Branson.

We visited on a Sunday for breakfast and every table was full... Which I am now assuming is because people don't want to drive out of town for breakfast. Nothing was outstandingly wrong with the experience, but nothing happened that would make me want to go back. We had 4 different servers through the course of breakfast, each slightly more disgruntled than the last. I had the pancake breakfast that comes with yes, one pancake, but over all it was pretty decent. I would rather drive in to Ozark to Village Inn.

This place was outstanding. Excellent service. Friendly surroundings. The chicken strips are amazing. The catfish is extremely well fried. I might have added a little seasoning to the meal, but a lemon wedge and/or hot sauce made it great.

Frying is Patrick's specialty. Per the waitress, the best dish is fried catfish and some customers come everyday for catfish. Indeed it was tasty, cooked to perfection with a crunchy cornmeal breading. If you're not into catfish or fried food avoid Patrick's...maybe all of southern Missouri. Everything else is as one would expect; salad's are iceberg, veggies are soft and the tea is sweet . You can tell by the crust they make their pies. The fruit filled are nothing special. Their "cream" pies were custard based. Making them more dense and less sweet on the tongue. Coffee is a weak and tasteless brew found all over the midwest. Liked by locals and despised by tourists. If you want your protein sauted, arugala in your salad or veggies al dente drive on by, however, if you are similar to me and prefer to eat local, Patrick's Diner is the best place for you. Mike
