Longboards seriously has the best wraps I've ever had. I highly recommend the grilled-style wraps - the tortilla is perfectly crispy and they're so cheesy and delicious. They have a huge menu with a lot to choose from and also some interesting combinations. The Cabo beef is delicious. Equally delicious are the hummus and veggie wrap and the quesadilla wrap.

It's our family's favorite stopping point when headed through Liberty. The grilled burritos are the best and the chipotle ranch makes it even better.

Longboards is consistently great-tasting and low cost. I have tried nearly all of the wraps and salads. They are generous with the servings and ingredients and always happy to customize.

I wish this little place had a better location so that more people would see it and eat here! I recommend it to others all the time. I love the variety and 'odd' combinations on their menu, it's rare that you find something like that in Liberty. My favorites so far are the cabo chicken or cabo beef wrap and the OG 619 if I'm really hungry.

I am a big fan of Longboards at their Gladstone location, and I was overjoyed when they announced a Liberty location! Still high quality, ridiculously tasty food and great customer service! The Pork Luau is my favorite wrap, but I just had the 3 Cheese Mac Wrap special yesterday and it was amazing! Great job spreading the Longboards love guys!

I promise to try not to compare this Longboards location with the original location more than 3 times in this review. As a loyal patron of the first location, I feel this is a fair number of allowances. That said, on to the review! Walking into Longboards Liberty, I was immediately struck by the size and openness of the set-up. Those who know the first location have come to love/hate it's limited seating and cramped yet comfortable surfer charm. (That was 1) I loved the surf board tabletops and the surf board shaped, bar-like long tables in the middle of the restaurant's seating area. Ordering was a breeze with no line at 1:30 in the afternoon. Even with the steady steam of customers coming in after me, the process seemed efficient and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was no problem finding a seat which any Longboards-ian is not used to experiencing. They were decently busy but had the capacity to handle the crowd. The music, was as expected and wonderful. I was greeted by Sister Hazel and listened to Jack Johnson (of course) and several other similar artists in my 20 or so minutes of sitting there. Love. Food-wise, I hate to say it but I did not enjoy my experience here nearly as much as the (many) times I've been to the original location. (That's 2) My wrap was supposed to have chicken, rice, cheese (which I asked them to go light on and they did perfectly), sauce, and veggies. What I tasted was chicken, tortilla, and occasional veggie. I'm not sure why but I tasted no sauce at all and the chicken had an extremely salty and chicken-y taste, no mixture of the flavors it had been grilled with which is what I have come to love about Longboards. I love how the grilling typically makes all of the flavors marinate together to form a cohesive tasting wrap that seems to have been grilled in the heavens and sent down as a bubbly hot blessing for me to consume. I remedied this by asking for a side of sauce and it started to taste a little more like what I'm used to having. The magic was kind of ruined by having to 'doctor' it up ever few bites but it was still good. I don't know if this was just a mess-up or if they're still working out the kinks on some of the recipes. It's fine, we all make mistakes once in a while but I definitely didn't leave in the usual Longboards wrap coma. I was still happy I got a taste of it tho! (kind of 3) The less than divine wrap was not a dealbreaker for me but this Longboards loyalist will probably stay closer to home and stick with the original when I need my wrap fix. It pains me to give this location a 3 but I'm only giving a 3 because I cannot give a 3.5 and that is what my experience here deserves. I'm extremely glad that this local staple has started to expand and I can only hope and pray to the wrap gods that one day we can have a location that either delivers to downtown or is somewhere South of the river. (and not in OP!)

I ordered party trays for an office event, we had a variety of wraps and 2 kinds of sliders. The food was well labeled and tasted great. Everyone really enjoyed it. And that pasta salad... it's fantastic. A really surprising flavor and a bit of heat. Thanks guys, can't wait to do it again!

New place for us...... but we really like it.... there specials are the best, there chips are different (in a good way) and the coffee candy is a nice after meal treat. Only downside is they can be busy and it is small so finding a seat might be a problem. LOL but the food is good, good , good,

I have been going to their Gladstone location for a couples years. Was very excited to hear they opened this location. Food is very good and flavorful (Cabo Chicken and Sushi Wrap). Daily wrap specials are also tasty and keep it fresh. Kids menu is pretty good and includes a drink and little cookies.

Love this place... I love their food and friendliness but do have a recommendation... Everything is good except the restroom doors. I would suggest putting some of panel in front of those doors. It is not very appetizing when you see open restroom doors right next of the kitchen.

Tried this place while I was up in Liberty. I never get up that way, but I followed the North Star to Longboards. This place is truly from God. It's that delicious. I ordered the Cabo Chicken wrap. It was the size of a small puppy. I knew I would only eat half if it. Right. My stomach was full halfway through, but my taste buds overruled my appetite's objections. Yummy. It's a much tastier alternative to Chipotle burritos. There's just a lot more complex flavor and a lot more options.

We have been fans of the North Oak location for a few years and on a recent Saturday, came by the new Liberty Longboards after a morning event at William Jewell nearby. I got the spicy crab wrap which never disappoints - and the upbeat music and decorations were very welcome on this particular cold and rainy day. On nicer days, they open up the garage bay doors, which I bet is lovely, so I hope to return on a sunnier Saturday. The employees are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. There are several other sandwich options in the area, but you'll be glad you skipped those (who needs another Jimmy Johns anyway?) and supported the locally owned and operated Longboards instead!

Real food in unique wraps. This place exceeded my expectations. Staff was welcoming and my meal was filling and flavorable in each bite. The garlic potato salad was to die for. Thank you!

We visited Longboards for lunch recently. Brightly colored on the inside with a couple real longboards here and there. It made me think of vacation. I was pleased. The menu is on the wall, and there's a huge selection to choose from, including a kids menu. They specialize in exotic wraps, lots with an island flavor. They also offer a handfull of bowls and sliders. I got the Thai Chicken wrap and it was amazing. I made it a combo and got a pasta salad as my side. The pasta salad was okay, nothing remarkable. But again, the wrap was awesome. They are pretty big too, so I could have just eaten the wrap and been completely fine. They offer wraps that are "OG", which are a lot bigger. Considering my wrap was huge, OG must have been the size and weight of a large brick. A great place for lunch, but get there early as it got really busy with the lunch crowd after we ordered. The wraps are all made fresh and the staff friendly. Definitely a good place to visit when you want something more than just a plain burger.

The service was great. The whole wheat tortillas were overpowering. I tried several things and none of them were very good. I think if there was a choice of tortillas that would help out with the flavor.

This place is amazing. I can't wait to go back! They're menu is so creative and it was really unexpected! Every item is bursting with flavor. Their sides could use improvement, as I wasn't as wow-ed as I was with the wraps.

I truly have never gotten it I guess laden with carbs I mean rice doesn't cost anything to fill a burrito with. There wasn't much taste and have never gone back I like fresh and Tasty Thai is by far a ton better. I like flavor freshness and making a burritio hot is not fresh. Spices, veggies make it fresh.

The place is the absolute BOMB! I always get the Cabo Beef with a side of the 5-Alarm sauce. The sauce itself is made fresh at the restaurant and is very spicy and unbelievably good in flavor. I have met the owners and manager of Longboards and they are all great people. They genuinely take pride in running a fun, fresh, and quality business and their food and service shows it! Glad to have a great lunch spot in Liberty, and close to work! Nick

This place rocks! Every wrap I have tried has been awesome. They are quick with the friendly service and the food is excellent. We often get ours to go but they have seating and it has a nice, clean, fun atmosphere. Great job!
