Very friendly staff, delicious food, and a much nicer atmosphere since they remodeled last year. Can be noisy is the Margaritas are flowing . . . but you won't ever be disappointed with the menu or the service. I've eaten here in both small and large groups, and gotten food to take home. Sometimes - if you are lucky - there can be a bit of entertainment if the waiters are in the right mood. Moderately priced.

The food here is very good and inexpensive. The menu has a very large variety. We often order take-out here. The restaurant itself was in terrible shape, but they have been remodeling and the remodel looks like it will be a very nice place when complete.

Jalisco's is alright. Its cheap, you get your food quickly, and the service is very attentive, but the food is not fantastic. Also, the inside needs a big facelift, it is very low budget. The chimichanga is great though, but you could get it at any area Mexican food restaurant in Columbia or Jeff City. Its nice to have some variety in Fulton though, as dining options are very limited.

Have to give it 4 stars for it being the best in Fulton how what that is worth. The enchiladas are good, drinks watered down, and salsa ok.

Used to be our number one spot for mexican on date night, although the most of staff is kind of unfriendly, the head waiter in the evenings is super nice and attentive and the food has always been our fav. But the last weekend of March 2014 was our last. like most Fulton restaurants, they've detiorated in all categories. Their famous chips were old, cold, & had to be chewed with care. my meal was room temp, refried beans were fridge-cold, and the wife"s tacitos were burnt and greasy. Waiter shouldve never brought them to us... (SEE PIC) Place needs remodeling baaaddd! especially the bathrooms.!. this community fills that restaurant, In large part due to the margaritas, but the profits have not been going to cleaning and upkeep. Dirty and stained from ceiling to walls, tables, and condiments. hot sauces only available upon request.

This place used to be an awesome spot for Mexican. After the remodel, it started to go downhill badly. The food is usually at best so-so, but the drinks are always good. The wait staff leaves a lot to be desired, though. As one reviewer said, if it gets in any way busy, they seem to lose their skills. Some of the waiters are snarky and the last time we were there, one was totally hitting on a female friend of mine, going so far as taking her glass to get refilled but leaving mine *sitting right next to her glass*, saying nothing and walking away. I had to flag him down to get a refill, and even then he looked put out. Sad it's really the only Mexican joint in Fulton, so we're stuck with this.

Very typical typical Mexican. Nothing out of the ordinary. Always receive hot food, in a timely fashion. Service is not very good, often slow on refills and you have to ask twice for things. VERY reasonable on price. A couple can easily eat there for $20 including tip. The lunch specials are even better a quick $15 for a couple, I and out in less than hour.

Well, my review is mixed. The food is ok, but if they have any kind of crowd at all stay away! The staff doesn't seem capable of handling a semi full or full house. Last time we were there we waited over 20 min before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. If it was the first time it happened I would let it go, but it was the second time in a row for us.

Rude assholes here. Okay food sometimes when it doesnt have black hairs in it and not accompanied by uneeded sarcasm from the unfriendly waiters.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
