I found this restaurant kind of by accident - I was in need of some Italian food, I was on Open Table, it had reservations open, and we were driving right by! So we stopped in and we're glad we did. The food was good and the atmosphere was cute. It wasn't busy at all for a Saturday night (although we were there kind of early I suppose). Props go to our waiter who was also the bartender, the waiter for half the people inside, and the waiter for outside. Not sure how he managed to do all that, but he did a great job!

Great wines and reasonable prices. Very fun and diverse menu. Dark, yet classy atmosphere makes a great date spot or fun night with friends or family. Great bar area makes it a hot spot for drinks before or after dinner. A gem. Great pasta at Sugo next store too!

Our first time here and we loved it! Great wines, not too bad on pricing. Nice bar area which we love. We'll be back to sit at the bar and have drinks and apps.

We were really looking forward to a nice meal, but instead were met with... 1. No service except to drop food. 2. Terrible wine recommendations -- asked for something sweet and instead ended up with something very tart. 3. Received the wrong meal, but couldn't send it back due to nobody ever checking on our meal or any aspect of our experience here. 4. Waited 20 minutes for our check to even come. Huge disappointment.

We went in on a Wednesday night which I know is not always a night that is staffed for large groups. There was one larger group (maybe 20) in the restaurant and we were in the bar area, a table of 5. We were waited on by the bartender and though nice was slow, even though the bar wasn't busy and the wait staff seemed to be making their own drinks. I ordered a pasta procini dish that was very salty and gritty. Apparently because of the larger groups the kitchen was over whelmed. Even with that, it was just poor cooking in general. The pasta was cooked well but that's about all I can say and no one at the table said it was worth the 1/2 hour wait for the food. I feel no need to go back.

My boyfriend surprised me by taking me here for our anniversary and I was blown away. Our waiter was funny and had us smiling all night. Numerous workers fluttered by to fill our drinks and remove plates, it was all orchestrated very well. There was a background music hum and the talking was a good noise level, not to the point where you had to shout but comfortable to where your conversation is private. We both had a grilled chicken entrée with spinach and gnocchi and it was delicious. We had the Ice Cream Trio for dessert recommended by our waiter, it was phenomenal and very rich. We will definitely be coming here in the future. It's on the expensive side but well worth it.

Excellent drinks, amazingly yummy food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fantastic atmosphere and decor! Definitely worth a try if you've got the money! This place isn't cheap, especially if you go with a group and plan on drinking. But you'll have a great time and definitely enjoy yourself!!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
