I ordered a Snoot/Tip dinner Combo & a Tip dinner.I asked the owner,3 times for extra sauce. Each time he assured me that he was. When he handed me my food I asked him again! He said "YES", while smiling,mine you!! I got home,opened up the container & "NO" extra sauce. I was "PISSED"! There was barely enough sauce to half soak the bread. I like my Q swimming in sauce. This is the 2nd time I received minimum sauce(I didn't ask for extra the 1st time)! I can't believe he Lied straight to my Face 3 times. Needless to say I will never go back!! I do like their sauce thou @ times their meat isn't all that tender,I would call it a medium tender. Their Snoot is probably the Best I've ever had or @ least ranks in my Top 3,tender & crunchy! Give the customer what they "WANT"! If you have to charge,@ least tell us so we can decide if we still want the extra. Now you have LOST 2 customers,was the extra cup of sauce worth "LOSING" 2 customers for life!!
