Imo's is one of my favorite places! Since I live out of town usually as soon as I get back in town this is one of the first places we try to stop.... With that being said I cannot tell anyone HOW HORRIBLE THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS! At the Festus location. I have repeatedly reported them, I wish everyone else would too, when they have a bad experience. One of my biggest complaint about this location is the Monday and Tuesday special after 4pm. It's been a deal for as long as I can remember but unless you ask for it "the person who takes the order will not give it to you". Extremely Rude an poor business skills. I actually will drive the extra to go to the location in Hillsboro, Desoto or Imperial. It's a shame their still in business.

Was just totally humiliated by the manager Andy. Had gone in for the lunch special at 4:15. The lunch special ends at 4:00 pm. I go in there for lunch at least 2 times a week. This happened to be a Sunday and I guess Andy doesn't work through the week cause I haven't seen him before. So the young lady went back to ask him if I could get the lunch special even though it was after 4pm. So from the back I could hear him tell her in a very sarcastic tone to do it this time but to let him know that it was after 4 and the lunch special was over at 4. When the young lady came back up I thanked her, and asked her if I could speak to the manger. When Andy came up to confront me is when things got interesting, I asked him if he had a problem with me asking, because I didn't appreciate his tone back there. He said it was after 4 and we don't usually do this, and turned to the young girl and told her to forget it, it's after 4. I told him I didn't appreciate they way I was treated and how loud he was, he said that was too bad because now everyone knows not to give anyone the lunch special after 4. I proceeded to let him know that I will be calling his boss, to let him know how I was treated, he said he didn't care what I did. I have been in the service industry for more than 30yrs and would never have treated a customer that way, much less dress me down that way. Andy has no business being in a management position. I guess on the flip side I would feel bad if Andy was having a bad day for some personal reason, and not just because he is a jerk. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have.

Yep, the manager working at this place is extremely rude. Guess what, there are a half dozen pizza places within a couple minutes of here; and they are all better than this one!

I love Imos. I live in the bootheel of Missouri, so I am 60 miles away from the closest one. I generally stop at this Festus location on my way home from the airport. The people are nice, and the pizza is hot. It is sometimes overcooked, but mostly, it's just really good. There are some locations that consistently have burned pizza. This is not one of those!

Had the deluxe with original thin crust and I can safely say it was the best pizza I have ever had.

Imos in general is delicious. Great pizza, salads and sandwiches. Good in store lunch specials with salad bar. This particular imos has a drive up window for pick up. They could use a little remodeling and updating in their dining area but thats really my only real criticism.

Nothing compares to Imo's pizza! Every time I come in town it's the first stop! The best part about it is the cheese. I usually ask them to cook ut a little less than they normally would - it comes out crispy which most people like but not this girl. They have tv's as well and a few video games for the kids. Also try: toasted ravioli, bossco sticks, and the house salad. The salad is huge so share if you're getting pizza too!. And the beer is always cold! Advice - bring a jacket. It's always freezing inside.
