Mike Silber of Silber Spoons catered my daughter's wedding July 6, 2012! He and his staff were amazing! I first met with him about a year before the wedding when he came to my home for a tasting. We stayed in touch for many months, and then several months ago he met me at the event space we were using. He helped me plan out exactly where everything should go and what the plan for the evening should be. We had him do his pasta bar and it was a wonderful choice! The food was outstanding. Everyone absolutely loved it! I had a ton of people ask me who my caterer was and where I found him. He also provided bartenders and servers, drink setups and tablecloths. Pretty much anything that anyone would need. His entire staff went above and beyond what was expected of them, often knowing what we might need or want before we even realized it. I think the thing that impressed me the most was when I asked him if he could light all the candles I had set up all over the room and his response was "absolutely, I work for you and I will do anything that you need me to do!" From now on, Silber Spoons is the only caterer I will ever use!
