Calliers catering manged a family reunion we had in the Ballwin area. First off, they were incredibly pleasant people. Second (and maybe more importantly), the food was fantastic! For this event we had their fried chicken, pork steak, green beans, potato salad, and garden salad. The fried chicken may have been the best I've ever had. Everything else was fantastic They also have a restaurant near the catering business: Callier's Home Plate! Be sure to stop there as well!

We chose Callier's as our wedding caterer and could not be more pleased with job they did! First off, the food. I can't even remember how many people came up to us during the reception to tell us how much they enjoyed the food. It's not very often folks get that excited about food at a wedding. We knew the food was going to be good, but what we hadn't counted on was everything Catherine and her team did for us. They helped with set up and tear down of the venue, made sure our party favors made it out, and even tracked down the wedding party and made sure we all got something to eat during post wedding photos. Overall, Callier's provided great food and helped ensure our special day went smoothly. If we need a caterer in the future, I know who will be our first call.

I've ate here a few times and had them catered my sons birthday party. The chicken is some of the best chicken I've ever had. Crispy skin and juicy meat. As a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals I like the decor of the restaurant.

I love this place. I eat here 4 or more times a month! The record breaker (roast beef) and beef brisket sandwiches are incredible. I like them with steak fries, extra well done. New to the menu as a special is the pulled BBQ chicken, delicious! Always clean, always friendly - feels like home. Don't let the extra large menu throw you off. Just tell them what you want they will tell you what it's called. Soups and salads are good also.

I have been going to Callier's for at least 10 years, and this is where my family goes when we want a great sandwich or a wrap. The menu has a huge variety of sandwiches ranging from the Callier's special (roast beef, salami, turkey, cheese, onions, italian dressing) to corned beef, to wraps, all which you would expect from a deli, but also a nice variety of hot sandwiches too. They make their own versions of philly sandwich calles "louie's" and the chicken louie is one of my favorites. Loaded with grilled chicken, onions, green peppers, banana peppers and provolone, the spiciness of the peppers combined with the creamy melted cheese really is a great combo. They also have a steak, beef, shrimp and veggie louie which are also quite good. Another favorite of mine are something they call "home runs" which are open faced sandwiches loaded with meat, cheese a little seasoning served on garlic bread then toasted . The ham and roast beef are really deliciously simple and perfect on a cold day. The pizza is your typical thin crust St .Louis style with provel on a cracker thin crust and is very good. There are so many things on this menu that there should be something for everyone. While I haven't tried them all, my meals are always good and the staff friendly. If you find your self stuck in manchester traffic some weekend, give yourself a break and stop in for lunch.

Fantastic caterer! We have used them 3 times now...our rehearsal dinner, a bridal shower, & an 80th birthday party. Each was held at our home and they delivered exactly on time and the food was plentiful and flavorful! We recd so many compliments on the food so we have continued to use them. Reasonable and reliable.....consistently fantastic....every time.
