Great coffee, ready quickly and tastes great. The atmosphere is welcoming and the decor is very much nice. The wait for the crepes has been longer then normal, but they are made fresh to order, so this may be why. I had the breakfast crepe with ham and my daughter had the special of the day, cheesecake crepe with fresh peaches. Conclusion after eating: the most amazing brunch we have had in a long time! Worth the wait on the crepes. If you like or love crepes check out this place!

'Custard' is a very loaded term for people from Northeast Ohio, and any time I run into a place saying they offer it, I'm interested yet wary at the same time. When I noticed that Brix advertises custard, along with coffee and crepes, it was only a matter of time before I stopped by. I took a run through their drive through because I wasn't in the mood to go in, and was a little surprised to find out they only offered one flavor (vanilla), though they did offer to mix in candy, fruit, or syrups. I decided to grab a basic (one scoop) cone and some iced coffee, and plan to head back for a crepe soon-ish as well. The coffee wasn't bad - the portion for the price was a little small, but it had a nice flavor and was brewed strong enough to stand up to the ice without being watered down. The custard was...interesting. There was a very good richness to it, which was right on. The texture was harder than I expected, though, and there was a bit of a tangy note in there. (I ordered just plain vanilla, no mix ins.) The single scoop is $2.50 for a sugar cone, and I didn't really feel like you got a lot of bang for the buck - just enough was scooped in to fill the top of the cone and perhaps a couple of tablespoons peeked out on top. I wasn't expecting some behemoth of frozen goodness, but I expected a LITTLE bit more. I think I'll probably give them a shot to try the crepes and perhaps see if getting my custard with a mix-in leads to a bit more volume, but I have to admit to feeling a bit underwhelmed on first visit.

I love, love, love Brix! They have a great atmosphere for meeting with friends or for meeting clients. They have gluten free crepes which is just a delight! Brix has a wide assortment of muffins, pastries, and sandwiches in addition to their crepes and they also have a great selection of teas for you non-coffee drinkers. I love the fact that they have almond milk instead of regular milk or soy! It's nice to have so many options!

My friend and I got the Nutella crepe, it was delicious, crepe was cooked just right. Only thing we had a problem with was the coffee, we both got cappuccinos, his coffee was full to the top, mine was barely filled half way. It was also bitter and didn't have good taste and you can tell the coffee isnt good quality.

Came to the establishment to taste new things whilst in town. My friend and I had a Nutella crepe which was exceptional. However we had both had cappuccinos which were awful. Despite the taste and quality not being up to par of how the establishment is portrayed they gave us one half full.

The coffee is not from a local roaster and is only average at best. The crepe was good and the service is friendly. The store is nice and was easy to find off the interstate

Good crêpes! Good variety of options. Its very clean and the service is friendly. They have a few nice comfortable chairs in a corner.

Good selection of sweet crepes but only four types of savory crepes. All the savory crepes had meat too - no vegetarian options (typical for the midwest) however, they special made a white cheddar one for us with basil. It was good but not exceptional - a little bland. They also offer a handful of prepared sandwiches and pastries to go, bottled beverages, and coffee beans, coffee equipment. Atmosphere is a bit more refined than your typical coffeeshop - e.g. plush couches and armchairs around a gas fireplace, and beautiful attention to detail on every surface. But what's with the power outlets above the windows, about 9 feet off the ground??? Free wifi.

3 word... DRIVE THROUGH, ESPRESSO!. OK.. fine... I love the fact they have a drive through.. This comes in very handy on the way to work or when I just wanna grab a cup of something. The expressos are made well and good. I like the crepes and they do a good job at them. Hope this place continues!

A cappuccino that rivals Kopplin's over on Hamline Avenue. Seriously folks, give it a try. Located in a small strip shopping mall in the burb of Woodbury, they also serve a mighty fine crepe. Comfortable atmosphere and I can read the complementary Sunday paper there too.

If you have a sweet tooth for something light, come here. If you want to cozy up near a fire place or chat with friends in a warm and inviting area, come here! This is a great place in Woodbury to grab a snack, drink some coffee or just keep to yourself and read the newspaper.

Stopped in for a quick crepe. Friendly staff coffee house vibe. The provincial savory crepe was excellent and the muffins were super moist.

No better way to start your day than with a Frozen Coffee and a Nutella Crape from Sati Coffee. Located in the heart of Woodbury, Sati has the best Crapes I've had outside of France. They make each one fresh to order. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. The atmosphere is comfortable - a mix of tables and couches. A great place to relax and read the Pioneer Press or surf the web on their free WiFi. They also have a drive-thru if you're in more of a rush. Prices are reasonable - watch your mailbox for coupons.

Espresso, nutella crepe, a comfy chair and a good book was the perfect way to spend a dreary afternoon. The staff was very friendly and didn't make me feel bad for lingering at all. Can't wait to stop in again.

The Crapes here are good, but not having had crapes at too many other establishments, I cannot compare them to others. Their coffee drinks are good, but not quite on par with the other coffee houses in the area (Starbucks, Caribou, Dunn Bros.), which keeps me from giving it a 4star rating. Their staff is fantastic, when I visited the drive thru with my dog in the back, they offered him a bone. That alone will get keep me coming back!

I am a Chai Tea Latte kinda girl and do not drink coffee. This place has the best Chai in town, hands down. It is not a syrup base found at many other coffee shops. It takes a second to prepare, but is oh so worth it. Hot or Iced, I love heading through the drive-thru to get my Chai. I have stopped in for the yummy Crepes as well and like the newly remodeled space.

I met a lovely lady here on a Sunday mid-morning for a "Let's see how we like each other in person" first meet-up. On reflection, I'm not sure what made me think that adding coffee to an already potentially nervous situation was a great idea, but there we were. Brix is counter-order, so you order and pay for your food in advance, and then grab a place to sit. The best seats in the house are the two big lounge chairs and couch in the waiting area by the entrance, and that's where we took our coffee, and spent the next several hours in conversation. We liked each other a lot in person, it turned out. Neither of us ate anything, but in addition to a dizzying array of available coffee choices, we watched people served all manner of crepes and other delicious-looking breakfast eats, so you're good to go if that's what you're after. The place was moderately busy on a Sunday morning. I suspect that if we'd come earlier, getting a place to sit may have been a little more of a challenge, but it didn't seem to be a problem during the time we were there. The crowd was very casual, and a mix of couples, families, and friends meeting for coffee or breakfast. Tons of parking in their lot.

I've been going sporadically to Sati ever since it opened. It gives a charming, comfortable respite from the crowded Tamarack Village across the street. The good: the coffee is as good as you'll get at one of the chain places. I appreciate the fact that they make a real macchiato (a fact the cashier pointed out to me in case I was expecting a sweet coffee drink), and the espresso is very good. The sweet crepes are well-made and delicious. The fair: the pastries are so-so. This area could use some improvement. The bad: oh my heavens, it's the savory crepes. I had one for the first time -- the chicken cordon bleu -- the other day and I just couldn't eat it. Maybe I'm spoiled by Ti Couz (a creperie in San Francisco), but the crepe itself was as bland as could be and the filling tasted awful. It reminded me of something I'd had (and hated) once upon a time, and then it hit me: it was Tuna Helper. And no, I'm not kidding. I might give the ham & cheese crepe a try in the future (and would have ordered that instead, but they were out of ham), but I will never, ever get the chicken cordon bleu again. I'm still shuddering from thinking about it. So, go for coffee and a sweet crepe or have a pastry if you happen to find one that you like, but I'd skip the savory crepes.

Love this place! Very cozy atmosphere and a great place to read or meet with friends. My favorite crepes are the Banana Cream Cheese and the Caramel Roll. The Mint Chocolate Mocha completes the sugar rush! My only complaints are the slow service and the sometimes dim lighting. The sweet crepes keep me coming back every weekend.

Am definitely a regular! I hit the drive thru almost every morning before I hit the highway for my commute. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make my morning. We stop in on the weekends to enjoy a delish crepe--my favorite is the California (vegetarian) with tons of fresh veggies, avacado and just the right touch of balsamic to give it massive flavor. I prefer the savory crepes but usually go home with a couple sweet ones for the kids. Coffee is best in town---can't even drink Caribou or Starbucks anymore. In fact I am regularly sending packs of Sati coffee to friends and family who have visited and have had it at my home. The atmosphere is warm and gorgeous--with free wi-fi. My daughter loves to go there and do her homework. Have a beautiful patio and I noticed they are expanding---more than doubling their space!

I was excited to stop in here for lunch during the workweek. I felt like it was a more refined, delicate meal compared to my usual cafeteria slop at work. The parking is of course easy and free in a lot shared with Massage Envy (*fantasizing about getting a footrub while eating a crepe omg*). I browsed the menu beforehand so I could cut down the time between deciding my order and having a crepe in my mouth. The place wasn't very busy, and the cashier was super nice. I approached the counter and ordered The Provençal in an impressive french accent. Actually no, I slaughtered the simple word... "Hi I'll have The... Province-shell?..." But the cashier corrected me kindly and recommended the jalapeno chips as a little spicy side snack. The interior of the cafe was well-lit, cozy, and clean. There were two orders ahead of mine, one just being for beverages and another was a crepe, but it took 15mins for my crepe to be called. So once I got it I dug right in! Or at least tried to with my fork... but the crepe itself was so tough my fork just wasn't cutting it (literally har har) so I had to saw it with my knife. When I think of crepes I think "delicate" and "soft", but this was NOT the case. It was dense and rubbery and I was so disappointed. I was also disappointed with the filling - it was essentially just cubed chicken in herbed tomato sauce. It could have used another element... such as a creamy cheese, like brie, mmmmmm brieeee. I think the spinach salad was a nice touch, and I was at least grateful that it was fresh and light. I hate when I get starchy baby spinach that has a texture that makes me want to pull my teeth out (does anyone know what I'm talking about?)... There was some redemption in the form of a zucchini-cranberry muffin. It was a total win. It had a lot of moisture and the perfect balance of flavors, and it was very healthy because it had some zucchini in it. Like, very very very healthy (- is what I told myself as I scarfed it down).

We used to love their crepes!!! But at $8.25 for a bacon, egg and cheese crepe that used to have ingredients busting at the seams, now gave me over 2 in of empty crepe ;( My husbands was the same and had unripe veggies. They need to lower their prices by a good $2 and fill more.

Fantastic crepe's, made right in front of us! They were light, fluffy and decadent. Caramel and Nutella are both delectable and the Chai was great. We'll be regulars for sure!

First of all, the name of this is actually Brix Coffee Crepes and Custard (that means you, first to review)! The company from France that produces the coffee is Sati, and we're sure glad they came to MN! The crepes are amazing and almost any variety you could imagine. This little gem next to Massage Envy is delicious. Good thing I don't live any closer, because I would be dropping by every morning.

Two words: SO GOOD. their coffee is delicious, frozen custard is amazing and the crepe is even better. Nutella crepe with a side of vanilla frozen custard is a go-to.

This is such a nice little local place. Although I haven't tried many things on the menu, I have my "regular" order and it is always fantastic. I adore the California crepe: it's cheese, spinach, avocado, tomato, and the most fantastic balsamic vinaigrette drizzled over it all. We stop out here regularly when we're craving something savory and delicious. The thing my SO and I always get to split is the salted caramel affogato. You know root beer floats? Switch out root beer for coffee, then add a bunch of caramel with the vanilla ice cream and you've got our number 1 guilty pleasure. So tasty. I don't know anywhere else in the Cities that makes these (though I can't say I've looked), so give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. Service is always friendly, wait time for your food/beverage is normal (not noticeably slower or faster than any other cafe), and the atmosphere is great for eating a low key meal or chatting over coffee. All around agreeable.

This place is really beautiful..the bathroom is even decorated nicely. Prices are a little high, but where else do you find fresh crepes? Would I come here all the time? No, but it was good to try. We might stop in if we were in the area again, but I don't think I will drive out of my way. Totally worth a try! Service is pretty slow, my chia wasn't the best I have had. My son liked his hot chocolate.

First time at Brix today and I definitely think I'd go back! We shared two of their savory crepes- the turkey club with creme fräiche on top and the chicken provencale. They were huge and served with a side spinach salad in a delicious dressing. The crepes were such a good lunch that we thought we should try the fresh berry... Which was just okay. For something you call a house favorite, you really need to "wow". It was still tasty, just not as boldly delicious as their savory crepes. They have some other dessert crepes that I will have to try next time- not holding this one against them. The space is good, trying to be all cute and Weekend in Paris-y without overdoing it. (Side note: why do French places always do this? What about a bloody Le Mis French Revolution theme? Kidding.) Service was okay- a lot of tables were dirty around 2:00, the barista didn't grab our dirty plates when he brought our dessert crepe, but everyone was friendly. I wouldn't compare this place to France, but it's definitely a nice addition to Woodbury's corporatization of restaurants in this area (I'm looking at you, Starbucks... And let's not even talk about Wild Bill's next door). Viva la crepe.

I really love the space in here and really enjoy the leather chairs by the fireplace to sit and chat and sip your coffee. The staff were very sweet and friendly. They would have got an extra star if the crepe I ordered were just a little thinner. I was shocked at the texture and how tough the outside was. The inside ingredients were alright but if you are going to invest in crepe machines and advertise I had higher expetations of that particular food item.

The coffee is pretty good--particularly the espresso drinks. The crepes, though? Thick, chewy, and rubbery. I can't believe there are so many rave reviews that talk about the amazing crepes! Maybe we hit them on an off day, but if we go back, we'll stick to the coffee.

I probably like this place mostly because of the wonderful company today, a former colleague, who suggested we meet here. It's a cozy little shop tucked in a typical suburban mall, so don't let that fool you. Inside it is more spacious than you'd think. That said, Sati's yummy crepes brought back memories of the sweet history of the crepe shop in Dayton's downtown St. Paul. I had a cinnamon sugar crepe and she had a maple crepe, and we had a 2-for coupon for coffee found online. The crepes were simply delicious. This'll be my fav spot for coffee rendezvous when in the east metro.

A cozy, little delightful place you should try if you want a non-Starbucks experience. For me it's a five star for ambiance. My wife and I come here after dinner to relax. We can count on finding a soft chair to sit in and some Cole Porter or Vic Damone playing softly in the background. The coffee is good. The Nutella crepes are delish. They offer other pastries, too.

I came here for lunch while my car was being worked on at a shop nearby. I saw on Brix's website that they have free Wifi, so I was sold. I might give 3.5 stars if this was based on atmosphere alone, but since the business name includes the word "crepes", I can't just downplay how underwhelmed I was with them. I'm not a big sweets person and their selection of savory crepes was pretty limited. I opted for the provencale crepe with an iced coffee. $11 is a steep bill, in my opinion, but I thought, "Hey, they're selling a specialty item and you're gonna pay a premium for that". So I was given my number and went to wait by the fireplace for my food. I got comfy quite quickly on the couch near the fireplace. I sipped on the better than average iced coffee while taking advantage of that free wifi. When I got my food, I took one look at the overflowing plate and determined that the high price was because you must be paying for these things by the pound... The crepes themselves were WAY thicker than any crepe I've ever had before. We're talking buttermilk pancake thickness. Not at all how I expect a crepe to be. The filling was nothing impressive and became all but lost in the massive crepe it was folded up in. Their "signature salad" was a small heap of spinach leaves tossed in some vinaigrette. Not sure what makes it "signature"? The staff was really nice and the fireplace nook was inviting. Maybe I'll be back to try the custard but the next time I'm craving a crepe, I'll wait until Meritage in downtown St. Paul opens up their sidewalk crepe stand (now THOSE I'll pay a premium for).
