Food is always hot and the chicken isn't fatty like other places. The lo mien noodles are the best and everything has tons of flavor. The food always tastes fresh and they are fast and friendly, they have great service. When I want chinese food, this is where I go!

Noodles & Company

While there is nothing really worldly about Noodles & Company's offerings, they do an excellent job of preparing these meals. They now are offering a children's menu for about 5 bucks, which includes a drink and a treat. What I'm loving here now is the Mont Amore. It's one of the tastiest things I've eaten from a chain in a long time. The only caveat is that the cheese has a tendency to fly about while you're eating, so be careful. The balance of flavors with the cheese, mushrooms, chicken, spinach and noodles, is surprisingly well done. Unfortunately, I now work right by one. It's unfortunate because it's difficult to resist going there on a regular basis. I used to get the curry an awful lot. Oh, and try the Thai Hot Pot. It's super delicious and spicier than I thought it might be. If you're looking for blow of your head heat, no, it's not that at all. Yet, it's enough to surprise you.
We had a staff lunch at Noodles & Company today and I must say it was a great experience. We found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful. One in our group did not prefer a new dish she tried and Lexi (the mgr.) promptly replaced it with a more suitable one. No fuss. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Having only eaten there a handful of times previously I now know it is a perfect restaurant to return to for future meals!
I am so sick of Noodles and Company! Ci loves this place, not just this one but ANY Noodles & Company. and would eat here every day if she could. I like it, I really do and I know the food is prepared to your liking and its supposedly healthier than most fast food places but I think I just need to take a sabbatical for a few months. What I do like-Penne Rosa, Mac and Cheese with Truffles, but Indonesian Peanut Saute is one of my favorites. I also eat the whole wheat Tuscan noodles when I feel the need to eat whole wheat pasta instead of white and its very tasty. The salads are pretty good and fresh. I agree with Sam W in that the beef meat is "questionable". I prefer to stick with the Parmesan crusted or grilled chicken as a protein option. I am not into TOFU so chicken is it for me. I love their tomato basil soup! I usually add that on for a dollar extra. I don't plan on going here until its my birthday month. They do send you a free birthday bowl which is nice and also about four times a year, they send you BOGO promotions so the establishment is very consumer oriented and I do appreciate that. I will keep going here because Ci will keep me going!!

We went to Culver's for the first time tonight for my birthday because they had sent us a sheet of coupons. We were very pleasantly greeted, and when I informed them it was our first time, we were led through the ordering and seating and all that. The manager took my folks to a table and got them situated with their drinks while I finished up ordering. My folks had the butterburger double deluxe, as that was a 2-for-1 deal. I had the mushroom and swiss single, with a free upgrade to onion rings as a side. All the burgers were wonderfully flavourful and the tomatoes on the deluxe burgers were quite tasty (which can often be a problem elsewhere). The counter folk were very helpful in guiding me through the ordering process, telling me what was on each burger, and so on. Culver's features Pepsi drinks, which is normally a bit of a downer for me, but they did have Pepse Maxx on the fountain, so I was pleased. For dessert, my folks each ordered a turtle sundae, again on a 2-for-1 coupon, while I got the pecan and hot fudge sundae. Their frozen custard is first rate, just the way ice cream should taste. We all felt we would return, and maybe try out some of the other things on their menu. I especially want to try the reuben melt.
I've visited this location several times, and been reasonably satisfied with the food, given that it's just over-priced, greasy fast food. Well okay, it's not very fast, but at least it's better than a lot of the competition. My complaint is really about their advertising. I expect a little spin in advertising but I don't like being deliberately lied to. Their latest TV ad states that Culver's sears their burgers to "seal in the juices." Really? In his classic culinary textbook "On Food and Cooking" educator Harold McGee explains that this is a notion that surfaced in the 19th century and was quickly disproved. Searing meat doesn't "seal in" anything and that isn't why it's done. I'd be amazed if there's a chef anywhere in the Western world who believes that. We sear meat to get the browning or Milliard reactions on the surface of the meat, which enhance the flavor. And anyone who's cooked a steak or a burger should know this simply by seeing what happens as you cook it. Certainly Culver's isn't managed by culinary idiots. I'll bet they understand this perfectly. So guys, what's with the advertising? Do you really have that little respect for your customers, or for the truth? I'll be eating elsewhere.
The food is fine as far as greasy fast food goes, but they can't get an order right to save their lives. It's very frustrating. I've been ordering here once a week for 6 months, and they really only get an order right about 25% of the time. They usually err in condiments. If you ask for ketchup, they give you pickles. If you say no pickles, they give you pickles, etc. The other thing they do is automatically upgrade you to the more expensive item. For instance, if you say "plain butterburger" they give you a double deluxe with cheese, "fries" equals large size fries, etc. It probably is good for the store's bottom line, but it is not appreciated by regular customers. Just thought I'd let you know!

I like Panera when you want to get something decently healthy and fast. I love that they have the nutritional informaiton available for all of their items- every restaurant should do that. Service was fine, nothing special. I got the Power Chicken Hummus salad. It was good but nothing overly special. They should include more spinach in the bowl. The hummus is a jalapeno jummus but it's actually not very spicy. I like spicy and wish there was sriracha available.
Nawww....I have been here about four times with a wide range of experiences but mostly bad. The food has been pretty consistent except a sandwich which they totally got wrong and when i took it back and told them, they politely argued with me until I point blank told them...There are no apples on here!!! Its supposed to be apples, cheddar, and turkey.....There response " I see Caramelized onions."...OK but NO APPLES!! They then ask me? Would you like us to make you a new one?...UMMMM...YES!!!! Yes I do!!!! If I didn't, I wouldn't have wasted half my lunch time, standing up here with you!! That was the funniest time but coming in at a close second is when I asked for a larger glass for water....She points to the water area and I say...I don't like those little glasses, I want a bigger glass. she literally slams the cup down on the counter.....SO much that, Ci was afraid to ask for one... Whoaaa....Bad day huh? My Pick Two I like the most is the Fuji apple salad and french onion soup but its really not worth the price. I think this place is a little overpriced for what it is and every time we eat there....We both are hungry in about a half hour after we leave.... I like this place but not everything is great and the staff seems poorly managed. I wonder who the manager is? Things seem just sloppy...
Eh, pushin it. I hadn't been to Panera in years, but my dining companion now raves about this place and there wasn't anything enticing in the D'Amico case at Target, so I thought I would give it a try. I stopped in and got the pick 2 or whatever it's called. I had the chicken tortilla soup and half Chicken Cuban Panini. The line was long and there was only one person running the register at the height of the lunch hour, so I'm irked right away. It took longer to order than to get my food. Now I know why - where's the chicken? Calling it a Chicken Cuban Panini is pushing it. 1 1/2 chicken slices doesn't a chicken sandwich make. The sandwich was hot but overpowered by mustard and pickles, both of which I enjoy, and slapped together in haste. The soup had tons of cilantro floating on the top. I checked the menu after getting back to the office and I did not see cilantro being described in the soup. I tried to eat around it, but that is almost impossible. Although the bread is good and I enjoyed the apple I got with my meal, I think for almost $9 I personally would have been better off going to Subway.
