Waiters are super friendly and talkative. The food is excellent with lots of original ideas and combinations. The glasses of water or soda they give you are huge as well. Overall great place, will be coming back again.

I just ate at Waconia's finest dining experience for the second time and had a mediocre experience again. I had a burger and fries and instead of coming to the table with ketchup and mustard, the server asked me if I wanted ketchup and mustard and then it was a while before she returned with said ketchup and mustard. Most restaurants seem to pile on the fries to make you feel like you are getting an abundance of food, but not here, which I just found kind of funny. My meal came on a big plate, but a lot of the plate was unused. My daughter's food could have fit on the same plate. It was fine, there were fries enough. The burgers here are served on ciabatta bread that is too small for the burger, so my hands were kind of a mess, so that was frustrating. The server was nice, but not very attentive considering it looked like a bit of a slow night. This is good place to take kids, because they don't know any better.

I was hesitant to go as chain restaurants really aren't my thing but I had the kids and wanted somewhere relatively quick. The inside is as your would expect (see office space). We were seated quickly and the menu was quite large. The service was typical. We were greeted with the typical upsell "do you want to try some jalapeño shooters or raspberry lemonade"? We ordered and received food quickly. The food was ok at best. It's just all very typical frozen reheated food and upsell service if that's what your looking for this is your place.

We've been here about 5 times. The entire staff gets a 5 for service and friendliness. They go out of their way to accommodate you. My son ordered fries and they had pepper on them. The hostess (EmmaLee) heard us talking and quickly said we will re-make these without the pepper. Our waitress Sam was outstanding and friendly. The staff works as a team here which isn't the case at every restaurant. My kids love coming here and the food is delicious!!

Well, tonight was interesting. Our server wasn't stellar, neither was the food. Our server didn't let the ladies order first, brought one entree late, delivered soup after the entree, she also delivered mushy brown asparagus in a butter soup as a side about ten minutes after the entree. We had to send brown mushy asparagus back, and had to convince her to have the asparagus remade. Our server forgot every single item we asked for after the food arrived. The tilapia was Ok. The veggies were fresh and perfectly prepared only to be coated in a butter sauce, I was disappointed by this. The soup was ok but not remarkable. For the prices I expect decent food and service therefore I will not be returning.

This is a new restaurant in town. I heard lots of great things about this chain. They have an extensive menu of apps, Tex-Mex, Seafood, Healthy items, Ribs, Steaks, etc. The hubs had the endless ribs. He said they were delicious. I had the tilapia with a side of broccoli and potatoes. It wasn't bad. The potatoes were just a little bland for my taste. When we came in it was happy hour so beers were served and I ended up getting the fried Oreos for dessert. Our little one loved the side of ice cream and pretty much devoured it all. The Oreos were heavenly. It was like being at the state fair. They are a must try! With all this food and drinks our bill was only $40. You can't beat that! Our server was terrific, she was super polite and got answers to questions she was unsure of, mainly about the ribs. LOL Just wanted to make sure they were a slab vs the Applebee's special of riblets, yuck! I noticed they have some pretty good weekly specials, we will definitely be back to check those out. Overall it was a great first impression. Service was awesome, food was good, dessert was fantastic, tunes were jamming and the price is right! For sure a fan.

A great addition to Waconia! Matt and his staff are eager to help, and the food is good! I have been in at different times of day and the service and quality is consistent. They have a good selection of beers, and always have a game on!

The food in General is fine. In particular, the burgers are what I enjoyed the most. Staff is friendly, but not overly attentive. The highlight was our server/bartender John! His customer service and super personality really made our meal there exceptional! He makes a great Blue Moon too.

I have eaten here a number of times and the service (although a bit slow) was polite and accommodating. The food was always very good. But, today I made the mistake of calling in an order to go. When I arrived the order was ready but one of the orders was completely the wrong item. I had to wait for the replacement to be prepared. When I got home both orders had not been cooked as ordered. I ordered the meat cooked medium and both were well done and quite tasteless. The food in the containers looked as though it had been dropped (a mess). And to top it off, the portions seemed to be significantly smaller than what I have received while eating in the restaurant. But, of course, the price was still the same ! Very disappointing.
