As previously reviewed, the atmosphere at this JJs is particularly upbeat! Clean, fast, cheap, and cheery. The music might be a little loud for some people. BC of the strip mall location, you might have to park a bit farther away than you're used to for JJs. There are several 10 minutes JJ only spots if you just want to run in and get take out.

I like Jimmy John's subs. This is not a review about their product (which I have eaten, at least two dozen times.) Rather it is about what I received on 7/10/2015 6:30 pm at the Richfield store (which I've never gone to before.) I ordered a #5 - Italian with extra meat and peppers. What I got was a sandwich with virtually no lettuce, jalapenos (instead of the peppers), no oil or vinegar, and the meat was 'jammed' into the roll. When I got it home, I took it apart and fixed it up. How hard is it to make a sandwich? It seems the management isn't doing training. Nothing like making your customers suffer through your new hires. Stay away from this location.

Have JJ's for lunch almost everyday. Its a good alternative to the many greasy alternatives Stumbled into this one by accident. Like another reviewer mentioned, this particular one is more chill. The guy making my sandwich was cool enough to actually let me explore what else I could put on my sandwich which was much appreciated.

I have been to a lot of different JJ's as they are one of the few relatively healthy lunches I can get for under $5. This location blows the others out of the water. I get the veggie, no cheese, no mayo and I just ask them to make it a fatty. They always oblige taking pride in how they pile the veggies on for me. They now know my order so well someone will just hollar " I got you covered" when I walk in the door without me even saying what I want. I really appreciate that. If I was 17 again this is the place I would enjoy working. A great group of people.

As I have said many a time with chain or franchised restaurants, you know what you are getting. Although, I am a fan of JJ's. This one is especially chill compared to others I have been in. They don't yell at you (in the good way) as much when you come and go. I actually kind of enjoy it. Food is what it is. Service meets the standard. I just wish they would deliver a little further!

I went into this Richfield location today for the first time. Ordered the #2 and asked if they had other breads available and the female pointed at a plastic box with the "other breads". I said, "I can't see what is in there". She brought it down to the counter with attitude and whatever was in there looked very unappealing. I left there feeling angry at this female. The sandwich was delicious but if this happens again...i'm going to have to say something to the girl and her district manager.
