Best Chinese takeout in Maple Grove. Their sesame chicken is crunchy and consistently good, and it's always ready quickly. It's only takeout, which is a downside, but it's always great and I've never had an order get messed up. Love it!

Yu fong? It's no fong for my wife and I. The "hot and sour" soup was sweet and hot, totally inedible. The lo mein was dry and a couple of the noodles were still hard. The fried rice upgrade on my entree got me an ultra tiny container of rice. Horrible food. Will never be back. Edited for spelling

Good location and parking. Older but clean waiting area. Quick food prep. Price is a tad bit high, but coincides with the area. Large menu and family easy to read. Although it was hard to understand the person taking my order.

Probably the best convenient Chinese place in maple grove. Definitely better than Chin Yung or Lean Chin. Great food, too bad it's only takeout. My favorites are the chicken lo mein, sesame chicken, and egg fu yung.

Yu Fong will never let you down. Best Chinese in the area. Food is always fresh, fast, cheap, and delicious. My husband, who is from China, is in love with this place- it's pretty dang authentic. The lo mein and chow fun taste exactly like the food I had when I studied in China. Their cream cheese wontons are to die for. So here you go Yu Fong, 5/5 for being consistently amazing. I must have eaten here 20+ times and NO REGRETS! Keep taking my money! I am so sad I have moved away and can no longer eat you once a week.

They get 1 star only because the egg rolls were authentic and halfway decent. The rest... the fried rice tasted like it had been cooked on a grill that had been used all day long without being cleaned once and there were about 3 visible chunks of veg in it, the vegetables tasted smokey/burnt and the sauce was overly slimy, the wontons were greasy. Lee Ann Chin easily kicks their ass.

We were greeted promptly by a friendly woman who was happy to answer questions. We placed our orders and waited about 10 minutes. He ordered sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and egg rolls. I ordered cashew chicken. The ingredients were fresh and they didn't skimp on them. It was probably the healthiest Asian food I've ever had which I can't complain about. However that being considered, it wasn't as flavorful as past Chinese food we've had. It was good but not as covered in sauce. It's probably for the best right?! If you're looking for a more fresh approach to Chinese food, this is it! If you're looking for sugary, syrupy type you may or may not like it. We will go back another time just not when we're feeling really "naughty".

Best consistent Chinese in maple grove. Oyster shrimp, MEI fun, Hawaiian fried rice and egg rolls are our favorite. Call 10 minutes ahead for best service. Take out only no dine in but definitely worth it. Everything on menu is worth trying

Best Chinese in the area. We've tried several places and this by far the best. I love their orange chicken.

I love this place! Very fast carry out chinese. The woman who runs the place is very nice. They have great lunch combinations that are large proration and really reasonably priced.

Super fast, cheap chinese take out (no dine in option). Every order I have placed, big or small, has been ready within 10 minutes...freaky fast, right. The food is always hot and the rice is always tastes fresh made...mmm delicious. The woman is always pleasant and never skimps on the fortune cookies. I recommend the Pad Thai noodles and General Tso's chicken...They are appropriately generous with the protiens.

I am usually very particular about my take out Chinese food-- but this place was really good! The Sesame Chicken was amazing, not too sweet and very crispy. Also, the oyster wings were a great appetizer. My boyfriend and I couldn't get enough. We also had the Shrimp and Garlic sauce and the vegetables are really fresh and the dish was really flavorful. They have a variety of options and the service is super fast. Will definitely be back!

Stopped by here after a golf tournament and was starving. Ordered for 4 people and it was ready within 5 minutes!! Super fast. The sweet and sour chicken was good with the sauce on the side as well! I had the General Tsao's chicken and it was a little under sauced but delicous over all. The Egg Foo yong was amazing as well with the scrumptous brown gravy! Not the best chinese food ever but was pretty happy with what we got. Will order from them again.

Yikes. Lovely people and good service, but the food I'm not so sure... The fried rice is somewhere between quite bland and pretty nasty. The entree was a little better, but still on the subpar level. I read about the quick (often 5-minute) turnaround which sounds crazy, but in fact I timed 2-3 minutes for my order.

I had a craving for chinese take out and decided to hit Yu Fong; I only live about 1.5 miles away! I order Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice and Orange Chicken. The quality of food was above average when compared to other take out places. The portions were good for the price point. Fresh ingredients and they used white meat chicken in the rice. I would definitely go back again. Super fast service!!!

I usually stop by Yu Fong whenever I'm working in the Maple Grove area. The service is super duper fast, and the food is fantastic! Their Fried Dumplings are the best I've come across, and their Orange Chicken is amazing! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Yu Fong...sorry, Yu W(r)ong The burbs strike again. Ah the ability to get good Chinese take out in the burbs is a task. This showed promise but proved to be a little more along the Mall food court type of place. The items I tried, Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mien and Egg Rolls were all very bland and much to standard. Very little flavor. The Chicken Lo Mien which was enough for 3 had very little chicken at all, a few pieces spread across the top. The food was done fast and was hot when I picked it up (they are a take out only and do not deliver or have tables). I wish they would have taken a little more time, added some flavor and sent it out luke warm. I will say it didn't taste like it had very much if any MSG in it. Then again MSG is an artificial flavor enhancer, maybe they should try it. KT

moved from nyc for work. Been here for 2+ years and this is the only place that even sniffs of being Chinese. Great dumplings, great (but different) lo mein, and great sesame chicken. A+ considering I'm in Maple Grove, MN.

I go to Yu Fong at least once per week. Lunch combinations are very good and the portions are large. Plus they come with the cream cheese wontons!! You can ask for various levels of spiciness as well. Check it out... I'm sure you'll like it!

I can't say enough great things about this place. Their food is awesome, try the cream cheese puffs, to die for. It's always ready in 5 minutes or less from the moment you order and the price is right. I eat here at least once a week!

They have a loyal following. Better than average takeout, that's pretty affordable. It's my go-to move when I'm thinking takeout.

How unfortunate that I decided to take a chance on this place because it's right next to my new favorite nail salon Hot Nails. I ordered shrimp egg foo young that had no veggies in it and the shrimp was thrown on top and tasted like they just keep a bunch of pre cooked shrimp from a bag in a pile for just such an occasion. I also ordered a LARGE garlic shrimp that was over $10.00 and had exactly 6 shrimp in it which were again flavorless & rubbery but it had about a whole head of broccoli... I make this at home and know that one can get a large bag of shrimp for under 10.. retail soooo how are they skimpin when they get it wholesale and how does a person decide with a family of 4 who gets the extra two shrimp?? What a joke we work very hard for our money and take out is a special treat I spent the night apologizing to the family for wasting our money. Back to Xin Xin in Brooklyn park....

Consistently decent Chinese take-out food. We like the Vegetable Mai Fun, Sesame Chicken, and most everything else that we've tried. The egg rolls are a little bland. If I'm going to eat a deep-fried appetizer I prefer their cream cheese wontons.
