Thought I'd try this location when I saw a "now hiring" sign. The staff was pleasant and efficient, so I'm assuming they replaced the staff from prior reviews (?). And as usual, the bowl with chicken was great and very filling.

3 stars for the iPhone app, 1 star for the food. Chipotle is good, not great but good. My only real beef with them is they need to teach their people that more isn't always a good thing. I ordered Chicken Tacos and they had so much stuffed in them that you had to use a fork. I asked for "light on the sour cream" and my god I wonder what a regular amount would be. There is something to be said for many flavors working together. Not a bunch a stuff slopped together wrapped between taco shells. The iPhone app rocks though. Order on your way home. Pick all the toppings and special requests and each item is tagged with the name and ready to roll. This location missed a few requested items but that's on the location not the application. KT

If you like Chipotle, you will like this spot. With so many options in Maple Grove this still is one I love. There is some decent space to eat in the restaurant, but be ready to be in a tight spot during the lunch rush. Also, getting in and out of the area is kinda difficult in a rush. There is only one way in and out of the area.

Wow - the service here was indescribably poor. The line chefs were chatting with each other - barely noticed we were there. Had to repeat our order quite a few times. The staff knew the person in front of us and the group behind us and chatted with them instead of helping us. When we got to the check-out, no one was there. One of the line chefs said the check-out staff member had gone out for a "smoke break". I counted at least five employees but not one made a move to come up to the check out until prodded (and then he complained). Not only did we have to wait for the girl on the smoke break to return (at least a good 4-5 minutes), but then the woman in front of us (friends with the staff) actually checked herself out because she knew the system or worked there or something. The group behind us told the check-out girl to comp our food. They did but it didn't make up for the incredibly bad service and the only person who apologized to us (half-heartedly) was the woman in front of us in line (who worked there or something?). No one else made any effort to apologize... even the check out girl who was out on a "smoke break" and was told to comp our meal - she just rang up the comp without saying a word and we eventually asked what we owed and she said "no". Awful.

I used to be a big Chipotle fan, but I was just a naive burrito consumer at that time. I have since learned that there are better places out there that give you more options and more food for much better prices! My most recent visit reminded me why I don't go very often. I had undercooked, crunchy rice, got pushed though the line so fast that they messed up my order, and had to empty my wallet to pay. I told them to give me a "very small" amount of mild salsa and I got a giant, heaping scoop. Why not give me more of what I actually want...the meat! They are more concerned about how the animals that they cook are treated than how they treat their own customers.

I have only dined at this establishment once, but my experience was memorable. The parking lot is of great concern to me. I had many issues navigating my Buick and this left a bad taste in my mouth before I even entered. The staff has less Mexicans working than I would have liked, and the employees seem stingy with their portions. The ladies in my book club always rave about how massive and filling the Chipotle burrito is, and unfortunately my own burrito was only adequate. The ingredients seemed fresh, and although there was a very daunting line when I entered, they were able to get to my order timely. I will probably return, although I'll have Agatha drive because she's a better driver than I am and she has a smart car which is the only type of car you could possibly imagine parking in that godforsaken lot. Her late husband Franklin left it to her after he passed away from a skin infection. This Maple Grove Chipotle deserves three stars, maybe the other locations put more meat in their burritos, hopefully it's just this location that is stingy!!!!

Well, this is Chipotle. It is good, quality food prepared just the way you like it. I am not sure that this location has anything more or less to offer than any other. I was happy with my service and left full...all night...

Go in here 1-3 times a week for lunch since I work just down the road. You get a lot of turnover in quick serve styled restaurants like Chipotle, but surprisingly the quality of food here is very consistent. I here Chipotle hires anyone that smiles, so why I see so many long faces. That's literally half of the job for many of the employees. Scooping food, and smiling. I'm kind of a customer service nut though, and don't understand how it's so hard to be nice. That's just me being nit picky though and knocking off a star. Overall I'm a fan of this place, and I've yet to get food poisoning from the amount of Chipotle chicken bowls I consume a week.

I've been to this chipotle a few times before and my experience was satisfactory compared to the other chipotle's nearby. The number one thing that disappointed me about my meal was that someone dumped a heaping of salt in the burrito bowl or forgot to stir an ingredient. Not to mention they forgot my guacamole and the chips were stale..

I hesitate to "review" a Chipotle but the service was so curiously awful here that I had to. Went for lunch at 2pm yesterday. No one else in line. One cook, 2 front counter girls who actively ignored me for over 5 minutes. I coughed to get their attention (lame but old-school) and they looked at each other and laughed. Finally, the bigger one (I say that in the hopes Chipotle management reads this and figures out who's who) comes over. I start to order, "I'd like a burrito bowl with white rice..." I am forming my next word when she very angrily says "Anything else on that?" Oh sweet Lord, really? Are we really going to play some weird lady prison game where I have to grovel for my food? Then she really showed her cards that this WAS a game when she made me repeat everything else like three times, "Chicken? Chicken? You want chicken?" I completed sixth grade and was really hoping to not have to do so again. I can't imagine going back here. Though if I want to re-enact Orange is the New Black, I will consider it.

You can't go wrong with cilantro in your rice! I love the barbacoa burritos. I'm actually getting a craving now. Dang it! Chipotle's always remind me of Subway's when I order. Move in a line, looking through the sneeze guards. Regardless of efficiency, sometimes I feel like a sheep. The foods great and I've never had a problem with the service here.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
