They've gotten my order wrong so many times now the employee even said as much the other day. Even with that being said I'll continue to order from them. The food is always tasty and Hey when they do mess up I always end up with some extra so I can't complain to much ^_^

Over 2 hours and no delivery. Called after an hour and a half and was spoken to rudely. Told it would be another 35 with no apology. Called after that 35 minutes and was placed on hold for 13 minutes... Until I called from another phone. Then they answered. Told me it wasn't even out for delivery yet. No apology. No offer for a future discount. Almost 2 and a half hours. Ignored my 2nd call about it. What a joke. They should be embarrassed. I will never order from here again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends as well. Get it together and learn some customer service or don't offer delivery. BTW, I used to deliver pizza. I know stuff happens. Apologize and make it right. If they sent it out after my 2nd call it would have taken nearly 3 hours to arrive, that's unacceptable. Ugh. So disappointed.

I would give them a zero but not possible!! I've never been so unhappy with phone etiquette EVER!!! I called to place an order and the boy answered the phone saying "just to let you know, we are three hours behind on orders". Seriously?! It's 1:45am you close at three???

Over three hours to complete an order, after the promised 20 minutes. I went in to pick up and observed. They were a disorganized mess. They were filling current orders and ignoring older ones, even though I was sitting right there.

There pizza is really good, but the wait for delivery is ridiculous. Hire more delivers or pay them more so it doesn't take 90 minutes to get your pizza.

I order my lunch here about once a month and I love it. Their pizza is so delicious. I always get their pepperoni calzone and cheesesticks. There have been a few times where delivery is slow, but usually it's pretty quick. Also, if you order online there is a 15% off coupon! Just click the promo box and poof, 15% off

Not my favorite pizza, but sometimes I crave different then my favorite and crave the very unique tastes Sarpinos offers.Despite whatever some other reviewers say that their sauce is too sweet I totally disagree, I love the taste of their tangy sauce, I love how you can get link or ground sausage on there pizzas whuch by the way the link sausage is very great on anyone of their pizzas.Anyone of their specialty or gourmet pizzas has been excellent here, try anyone that has something with sun dried tomatoes on it or better yet try their taco pizza, my favorite taco pizza of all time with the exception of the one Godfathers pizza used to make back in the day but Godfathers aren't too common in the Twin Cities now a days so this Taco Pizza here fills that void.Sarpinos beats the heck out of Dominos, Pizza Hut, or Little Ceasers any day for taste and if you save their coupons you can get some pretty good deals here, especially on the buy one get one free deal on any of the gourmet or specialty pizzas. This location is very convienient for me as I live one block away from it and always pick it up and save the delivery charge and tip and the pizzas are always done promptly.

Visiting from Orlando, FL. My food, which, as far as taste is concerned, was nothing to mention, was delivered 35 minutes later than the time quoted for delivery. When I called to inquire I was told it was out for delivery and would be about 15 minutes away. I am 2 miles from the restaurant, pretty sure that's less then a 15 minute drive away. Not worth the time or $.

Delivery time has really suffered ... they are nice about it, but it took more than 90 minutes on the last two occasions ... pretty terrible considering I live about a mile away. I could pick it up on foot faster! Next time we'll order and pick up on our way home. Pizza is still really good.

I ordered online and the confirmation email informed me I would be receiving my pizza in 45 - 50 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later I called to cancel my order because it had not yet arrived. The manager told me delivery was an hour and a half to 2 hours! How was I supposed to know that, and what type of legitimate pizzeria expects their customers to wait 120 minutes for pizza! Get your delivery area figured out Sarpinos because it's absolutely ridiculous. I won't be ordering again, which sucks because your food is awesome but your service is apparently terrible.

This would undoubtedly have been good if it was hot. We are literally around the corner-45 minutes after calling, we called to see where the pizza was, and we were told the employee wrote it up as pickup. Drove over to pick it up and there were 2employees just leaning on the delivery vehicle. No apologies from the manager. Nothing. Won't happen again.

This is our local pizza joint. Okay, so they're not really local, since it's a chain. But we like the online ordering (15% off, every time!). The menu is big. The crust is tasty. I always get take out so I can't comment on the delivery problems that others have detailed. It's good stuff.

Never again. We waited almost 3 hours for our pizza. When we called to check on it, they lied to us and told us it would be right there. It wasn't. They did not offer any discounts for their late delivery or any coupons to use in the future. Poor service and the pizza was just okay. I'll order my pizza somewhere else next time. Sorry Sarpino's but you lose.

I am usually not a fan of thick crust, but this is really good. Fantastic sauce! The only thing I wasnt crazy about was the thin sliced sausage. I could barely tell there was sausage on there. I would give it 5 stars if they had good sausage.

    (4)
  • Rhonda G.

I ran into this old flyer and remembered just how good this pizza was. I was impressed that they offer 2 types of sausage, hot and sweet. The hot was pretty spicy. I like how its sliced rather than chunks, for varieties sake. A delicious sauce too. You call them and they know immediately who you are. A nice personal touch. This place is so cool, no minimum order, and free delivery. They deliver all over too. Oakdale, Woodbury, Maplewood, North St. Paul, Lake Elmo, and St. Paul around McKnight area. Not for eating in pick-up and delivery only, and Mon-Sat they open at 10 AM, Sun.11 AM, that's got to be good for the hang over crowd.

I tried Sarpino's delivery for the third time, and they are either figuring things out, or were not very busy. The order taker was easy to understand, friendly, and helpful. He said my order would arrive in 45 minutes, and it was actually at my door much sooner then that. I can only hope they've taken steps to correct their previous delivery snafus, as I have them back on my pizza short list - for now.

Never again. The people working on Saturdays are idiots. One time waited 2 hours for cold pizza. Got free food because of this. Next time, went to pick up and was told I couldn't use my free pizza because its BUY One get one. Needless to say I didn't pay for anything. Tonight, ordered tortellini. It was made with taco meat. Ummmm gross? Oh...and the piece of plastic that was in it tasted awesome. Sucks because they are open late and deliver to my house, which doesn't happen much on the East Side!
